From the house, the plot slopes slightly downwards towards one's own small beach. With swimming shoes, it is absolutely possible to swim from here, but if you want to go to a larger bathing area, it is only a few kilometers to a beach with a sandy beach, playground, etc. The cottage is located right near the so-called Listerlandet, a peninsula that stands out between Blekinge and Skåne. Welcome to a cozy house on beautiful Värmdö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is beautifully nestled in greenery overlooking the Baltic Sea. Here the big ships glide towards Stockholm, a pleasant sight when you sit on the terrace and relax. If you want to take a morning dip or sunbathe on the rocks, just follow the path a few minutes down. The rocks have evening sun, pack a picnic basket and take dinner down to the water and enjoy. The house is modernly furnished, it was built in 2013, has a separate bedroom with two beds that can be put together into a double, the living room has a double bed and a sofa bed. The living room has a door to the nice terrace which is built in terraces so you can sit on the steps with your coffee cup in the morning, or at the table if you prefer. If you want to go into Stockholm and experience the city, there is a bus that goes into Slussen, there is also a car ferry to Vaxholm via Rindö, that ferry goes only a few km from the house. Vaxholm is a lovely summer town, with plenty of restaurants and shops. A cozy quay runs along the city, stroll there or take the ferry over to Vaxholm's castle, an old defense castle from the middle of the 19th century with period furnishings about military remains.

Here you live in a well-planned single-storey villa with a large lovely terrace with lounge furniture, large parasol and sun loungers as well as tables and chairs for dinners or coffee breaks. Everything is cleverly planned and you enter a small hall. On the left is a double bed 140 cm wide and screened-off sleeping alcove with cozy lighting. The TV is set up on the wall so you can choose whether you want to lie in bed or sit on the comfortable sofa and watch. The sofa is great comfortable for lazy days that becomes bedable easily via a good and comfortable mattress that is behind the sofa. The plot is well hilly and you get there with a staircase up to the top where the accommodation is located. There is an incredible view with its own vantage point over the sea with a bench. The house is combined with simpler style and with more modern elements. You enter the back by the comfortable terrace. There is a dining table for dinners in the shade when the sun is on. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and the kitchen area is since 2021 with induction stove. The house has summer water with hot and cold water. The living room is brightly furnished with pleasant style. Here is a cozy stove that makes the season longer and that crackles well if you want to come here in spring or autumn. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a seating pouf. Next door is a bedroom with a bed of 140 cm. You can glimpse the sea from the window.
