Just inside the entrance door is a WC and wash basin. From the kitchen you reach the shower room, equipped with curtains for privacy. The homeowner lives in a separate part of the house. The green plot has an additional patio and a pond for extra enjoyment. The house is located in Hemmesta, where it is close to golf courses and sea bathing with both beaches and cliffs. If you want to take a day trip with an archipelago boat, you can easily get further out to the archipelago's many islands. There is a bus into Stockholm if you want to go sightseeing there. The buses basically run around the clock. New in the area are water buffaloes at Hemmesta Sjöäng, which you can go and see. The house includes cleaning which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the holiday a little extra. Bed linen and towels can be pre-ordered.

One with a double bed 180 cm wide, and the other with three single beds. Everything is bright and homely. An accommodation perfect for families with children who want to fish for crabs, have absolute proximity to the sea and a perfect summer accommodation. This lovely holiday home is located in the little village of Näs, on the border between Dalsland and Värmland. It is set in scenic surroundings, only 100 metres from lake Västra Silen. The house is set on a dairy farm with 20 cows. It is surrounded by pastures, fields, and woodlands. Chances are you will spot elk, deer, and foxes in the neighbourhood! The house features a light and airy kitchen equipped with a dining table and the basic amenities. Next to the kitchen, there's a spacious living room . The bottom floor also features a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin, a bath tub, and a washing machine. On the upper floor you will find another living room and another bedroom with two beds. There's another two beds in the annex, 10 metres from the main building. The owner appreciates advance notice if you wish to use the annex. Electric motor for the boat is available for rent for a weekly price paid on site to the homeowner. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and lake Västra Silen is only 100 metres away. A rowing boat is included in the rent. Why not go for a fishing trip, the lake is well known for it's excellent fishing water, with pike, bass, and salmon. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit! Imagine forest, lakes and a log cabin beautifully presenting this opportunity for a lovely stay. This log cabin, which has only become more beautiful over the years, stands proud in its place with tall trees and greenery all around it. The cabin is well thought out, which optimizes your stay here. The cabin also has a nice fireplace. This place is as rewarding summer as winter, welcome in! Once inside the cabin, you have the opportunity to hang up your outer clothes and put your shoes away. The cabin offers 4 beds. You have three bedrooms in a row. The first two are each with a single bed (80x200). The larger bedroom has a double bed (180x200). There are also two larger sofas and armchairs in the living room that can accommodate the whole party. The open plan between the kitchen and the living room makes it easy to be together as much as you wish. There is a dining area for everyone and here you can eat good breakfasts and dinners. You have a toilet with wc, shower and wash basin. Unfortunately, the sauna cannot be used at the moment. Once outdoors, there are no direct restrictions. Here you have seating groups and large areas to play and move around. You have nature around you and can just relax to the beautiful chirping of birds. Barely 2 kilometers away you have Sövdesjön, where it is possible to swim and buy an ice cream in the small kiosk. An incredibly beautiful lake with jetty and small sandy beach! If you want to go on excursions throughout Österlen, this place is very well located. You have a beach and outdoor swimming down at Nybrostrand just a short drive away. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and several lakes for both swimming and fishing. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to the small cozy island of Bornholm. ATTENTION! Here at Sunnanå harbor just outside Mellerud you will find a real holiday idyll. This nice boathouse is only a stone's throw from beautiful Lake Vänern. Here you can enjoy the fantastic view of the marina and the old stone magazine. For those of you who want to experience "a Sweden in miniature", you get to experience part of Dalsland's magnificent nature with rushing forests and sparkling water. Here are nice hiking trails and kayaking opportunities. Sunnanå nature reserve is very close by Sjöboden is located in a scenic area where it is close to swimming and golf, Melleruds Golfbana is only 1km away. In the area there is a playground, several barbecue areas as you are not allowed to grill at the boathouse due to the risk of fire, café and restaurant. Here you probably have Lake Vänern's best trolling fishing, loading ramp is in the area. You are welcomed into the boathouse in a living room as where there is a sofa bed for two people, kitchen table and a kitchenette with fridge / freezer, kitchen table. Bathroom with shower and toilet is on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, here you have a small window facing the best view. In front of the boathouse there is a cozy porch where you can enjoy your meals or maybe just be and enjoy the evening sun and the nice view. Behind the boathouse there is a small porch where you can meet the day with the morning sun. There is a space at the back of the boathouse where you can lock in belongings such as a canoe or other. It is also at the back of the boathouse you park, there is free parking and the boathouse has a special parking space Sjöboden is winter-sheltered, which makes it possible to live there all year round and perfect for those who want to go out and fish for salmon or take part in other events! When you rent the boathouse, you have access to the service house which has toilets, showers and washing machines. Things to do: Vita Sandars camping is almost a must here, you have a nice shallow sandy beach that is out of the ordinary, at the campsite there is also a restaurant, mini golf, tennis, volleyball, playground etc. Take the walking path through the forest from Sunnanå about 2 kilometers walk, by car it is a few kilometers further. The nearest town about 3km is Mellerud where there is a complete range of shops and restaurants. Dalsland's most popular tourist attraction, the aqueduct in Håverud, you will find 18 km from the boathouse, where there is a unique meeting between land, rail and water. In a nice little glade in the woods, this cottage is located on a smal hill. Here you live completely without visibility on a cozy plot with lawn and forest. The house has been respectfully renovated and much of the old charm has been retained. The house has up to ten beds, but is considered suitable for about six people as there is only one toilet. At the front of the house there are two balconies with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Here you have sun most of the day. The house has a simple kitchen, a living room with sofa group, a bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the spirit two bunk beds. Upstairs is a steep staircase and here is another bedroom and a smaller living room with sofa and football games. Homemade lunches and dinners are offered here, locally grown and locally produced. Here is also Lilla Galtsjön's bathing place, which is one of the best bathing places in Ronneby municipality in terms of water quality and natural environment. Charming 1700's house located in Södra Norrby which is a typical Öland village with its densely located older farms. This cozy 1700's annex with a rural location about 8 km outside Köpingsvik offers: On the entrance level you will find a kitchen with adjacent dining area with a beautiful tiled stove. Bathroom with shower and wc. Living room with sofa group, TV and staircase to the upper level. When you come up you will find a large room with three beds and a bedroom with three more beds. On the south gable of the house there is garden furniture if you want to sit and relax or eat. The owner's summer house is located on the same plot. Here you live at a comfortable distance to Köpingsvik which has several nice restaurants and lovely beaches. If you would rather have some peace and quiet, you can go east to Kårehamn which, in addition to the beach with white sand, has both a nice fish restaurant and fish shop. Öland offers bird watching and wonderful nature life all around the island. For the active, you can also cycle, hike, wind and kite surf, dive, ride, play mini golf, etc. To Borgholms, which is the main town on Öland, it is about 13 km with its many shops, restaurants, some of which are located on the quayside down in the harbor. To Borgholm Castle it is a few more km. In this beautiful ruin you can wander around and feel the wings of history. In the summer there are several different activities for children. Guided tours, alottery workshop where you learn to shoot a bow, bake bread, make wax candles, paint your coat of arms. In the ruins, even national musicians usually perform on summer evenings. Welcome to a cozy house in Stavsnäs on Värmdö, the house is located high on a natural plot, with the water below the mountain, just a couple of minutes walk from the house. At the beach there is a bathing islet with beach, jetties and a football field with a boules court. The house has three bedrooms, one double and two single rooms. An open new kitchen with living room and dining area, with access to the terrace with several seats and sun lounger. The terrace runs between front and back, at the front there is a grill, which you can easily move to the back if you want. A fresh bathroom with electric toilet is in the house. The water in the house is used for dishes and showers, but should not be drunk, there is delicious drinking water to be fetched in a pump in the area. In Stavsnäs and the surrounding area there is a lot to do, Stavsnäs village is cozy, with café, restaurant and shop, there is only a short walk. Many boats out to the islands in the archipelago leave from Stavsnäs, take a day trip to Sandhamn or to another of the lovely nearby islands.

For children, Mönsterås Water Palace is usually popular. A day trip to wonderful Öland or to Kalmar with its old town and beautiful castles is highly recommended.
