A very pleasant holiday home on the outskirts of the community. The cottage is located by the beautiful Krokån. Enjoy the view of the river and the serene feeling of rippling water from the terrace. From the cottage you have several lovely walking paths in the area and a number of small bathing areas. A very good starting point for excursions to all the area's destinations. The cottage has a well-preserved, charming interior of "retro style". From the entrance hall in the small hall there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A smaller bedroom has a single bed. Storstugan has large windows overlooking the roaring waters of the river. It includes comfortable seating areas and a modern TV. There are two more bedrooms. One with a bubble bed and one with two single beds. The kitchen is open and includes a dining area. The terrace is partially overbuilt and gives you a magical view of the water. The cottage has a hilly, verdant plot with several small patios. Right by the river's edge there is a lovely little patio where you can spend your barbecue evenings. Krokån is quite shallow and rocky. A heated outdoor swimming pool is located within a short distance of Flammabadet. At the campsite there is also a place for canoes and barbecue area as well as wind shelters. Rent canoes and paddle along Lagan and out to the beautiful Hjörneredssjöarna. In the immediate vicinity is Kvarnen, a popular destination with a summer café and exciting swimming area. Note: The house is not for rent to youth groups. It is not permitted to charge electric and hybrid vehicles on site. In the small community of Knäred there is everything you need for your holiday. The nature around Knäred offers nice mushroom places and berry fields andmany nice destinations and nature experiences. Hjörnered with the beautiful Hjörneredssjöarna is a popular outdoor recreation area. Here you can fish, hike, swim and canoe (available for rent). Make a visit to Vippentorpet, a high-loft cottage from the late 1600s. To Laholm it is only a short journey. There is a nice trade and a drawing museum. In the city, Lagan meands out to sea, here is a nice salmon fishing. Fishing license is required. A bit from Laholm you will find the long sandy beaches of Mellbystrand.To the north you have Halmstad, which is a lovely summer town. Tylösand's white beaches and salty baths attract many bathers. Here you will find a wide range of entertainment options including: The country of adventure, many restaurants, cafes and a large selection of shops, art and nature. Welcome to a stay in this nice cottage with its annex in Hovfjället, which belongs to Torsby municipality. The yellow cottage has a terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the morning breakfast or grill the evening dinner. The cottage with one floor consists of a welcoming bright hall, a warming wood burning stove, an open kitchen with living room that has a table with an extension top so that 6 people can sit around it. There are two bedrooms with a bunk bed in each room, the beds have a width of 90 cm, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. With only 5 meters from the cottage, you will find the annex which is brand new with two single beds of 90 cm, a table with two chairs, a kettle, and a small bathroom with a Separett (no water toilet). The annex has no running water, water bottle/tank is available. The house is located in a small cottage village and a footpath to the beautiful nature reserve Hovfjället and wonderful views are near the cottage, but you can also take the car up the mountain. Many attractions of various kinds, such as finn farms, studios, museums and opportunities for other activities in the area. Feel free to visit one of the many cozy cafés that you will find in the small communities, when you want to have a nice coffee break and just sit down for a while.

This cottage is peacefully located a few hundred meters from Lake Multen, with large open lawns in front of the cottage. The cottage has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room and dining area. On the lower level there are two bedrooms with a single bed in each room and in the attic, there is a room with two single beds. The bathroom has a toilet and sink as well as a narrow shower area. A short walk on the gravel road takes you down to Lake Multen, in the absolute vicinity of the cottage there is no landscaped bathing place, but then you need to move to the other side of the lake. Here you can visit Sixtorp's bathing place where there is also some café activity. For those who are interested in fishing, there are many lakes where the pike, bream hit the reeds. Fishing licenses are often required. Mullhyttan is located right on the edge of Kilsbergen and in open places you can see the Blue Mountains looming on the horizon. If you are inclined to hike, there are several options to choose from and perhaps the Bergslagsleden is one of the more well-known trails. The limestone mines are located just north of and testify to the history where, among other things, iron and ore mines were what made the area grow, it is well worth a visit to explore the area. If you want to swim in a limestone quarry, it works great in Lanna Badgruva, there is a small sandy beach and a toilet, and you can swim in designated areas based on safety reasons. The cottage has plenty of space for a party of six people (4 adults, 2 children as the bunkbed is shorter than usual), with two separate bedrooms and a guest cottage with a double bed. A living room with a large and cozy sofa where you can relax in front of the TV. The bathroom is equipped with shower/ wc and also a washing machine. At the front of the cottage in the best sun position there is a large terrace with space for both dining table and sun loungers. You have around 4,000 meters down to Marviken. No motorized boats are allowed on the lakes within the nature reserve, which makes the lake area very idyllic and peaceful. The famous canoe trail between Lake Mälaren and Vagnhärad passes through the reserves and canoes can be rented in, for example, Åkers Styckebruk. Fishing is allowed, but fishing licenses are required. The area actually consists of two nature reserves, Krampan and Marvikarna. For visitors interested in birds, geology, ancient monuments and flora, there is plenty to see. Hiking-friendly forest roads and paths are located adjacent to both Svinsjön and Körnstorp holiday home areas. You can connect to Sörmanlandsleden where one of the stages passes between Marviken on the way to Skottvångs mine. To Mariefred it is about 13 km and there is everything for the shopping enthusiast and is a perfect excursion destination with its beautiful old wooden buildings, Mariefred is classified as one of the country's best preserved wooden cities.

For those of you who have a boat and want to fish, there is a loading ramp so that you can easily get out on Lake Vänern and explore the beautiful islands around Värmlandsnäs. You are welcomed to a nice and bright cottage with a flexible floor plan and a large, lovely, glazed terrace. At the entrance you have a large porch without a roof where you can relax in the sun. You are welcomed into a small hall, bedroom with double bed you have to your right side, bathroom straight ahead, to the left of the hall is the kitchen, which is shared with the living room. Inside the living room is the cottage's second bedroom with double bed. By the large, glazed terrace there is room for a wonderful meal, breakfasts, barbecue food or other small and good things you might want during your holiday. The whole area, which is a new construction project, is nice and fresh, it is admirably beautiful when you only have Lake Vänern at your disposal at a distance of about 150 meters. Things to do nearby: In addition to swimming and fishing and relaxing on site, there is much you can do, an example is hiking on Värmlandsnäs. At the far end of Värmlandsnäs you will find Ekenäs, from there the walking trails Ladholmens- and Åkerhusleden start. Here you get a fantastic view of Lake Vänern.
