Saltkällan with its sandy beach and salty baths to deep forests with lakes and rivers. Hedekas is located on the edge of Kynnefjäll, which is an approximately 20 km long, and one mile wide, high plateau in northern Bohuslän. The plateau stretches between the Bullaresjöarnas fissure valley in the west and the Örekilsälven valley in the east, with Kornsjöarna as the northern outpost at the border with Norway. The area offers beautiful hiking in a distinctive landscape. Here you will find a unique flora and fauna. The topography of the area has made species that are otherwise more common further north in the country thrive here. Örekilsälven which is also a popular river for salmon fishing where many sport fishing enthusiasts have tried their luck over the years. From the cottage you also make easy day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and boat communities in the northern part of Bohuslän. The house is called Älvan and is one of three nice houses that are surrounded by rural air. Everything is located on a large farm called "Sägnernas hus" and has an entertainment facility with a dance floor, boules court, concerts and its own museum right next door. Here you can find probably just about everything a family with children or larger groups could wish for. The lower floor of the house is adapted for those with functional variation with large rooms and spacious bathrooms. You are welcomed with a small patio overlooking the field. The hall is bright and with an open floor plan where the kitchen and living room are in one. To the right is the bathroom, which is light gray and fresh. To the left is the first bedroom which has a double bed 180 cm. Next to this bedroom there is a bunk bed and also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. The kitchen is airy and lovely. With a very rural and peaceful location in Arboga municipality is this 19th century croft that has been renovated to today's modern standard but with retained charm. A courtyard with large lawns that look down on open meadows away towards the forest edge. The croft has a lovely patio in the best sun position where barbecue evenings can be interspersed with ball games and games. Inside the croft you have a spacious kitchen with the old iron stove preserved while you have the modern kitchen with everything needed. The house has a living room with TV and stove as well as a kitchen with a dining area outside. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and in the other a bunk bed. Good to know is that there is no door to close in to the bedroom with the bunk bed but the possibility to draw with a curtain and that these beds reach slightly shorter than standard. The cottage has a large bathroom with shower as well as washer and dryer. Around the cottage you have a large lovely lawn. Just a short walk from the house is a campsite that has a swimming area, but there are also many other nice swimming areas nearby in, for example, Norje and Norjeboke. For those who want to take a dip near the house, just walk straight down to the sea a few hundred meters! The cottage is located right near the so-called Listerlandet, a peninsula that juts out between Blekinge and Skåne. In this area there is a lot to feel and experience. A perfect peninsula for those who like to stroll in village centers, walk along the beach, pause in the harbor and take a dip. There are several cozy coastal villages such as Hörvik, Nogersund and Hällevik with most nice cafes, restaurants and fish smokehouses. In this area you will also find several nice beaches. In the other direction is Mörrum with Laxens hus and fishing opportunities (fishing license) and in Karlshamn there is a wonderful place for the curious called Kreativum. If you want to go out in the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing trips that start from several places. The nearest town is Sölvesborg. In Sölvesborg, nature is always close, regardless of whether you just want to be or get active. Here it is actually not far to anything that is nice. Most are located within a pleasant walking distance or a bike ride away. Here is the nature reserve Ryssberget, where one of Sweden's largest beech forests grows and here also Blekingeleden starts. Other nice summer towns to visit that are close are Ronneby and Kristianstad where you can shop, eat well and stroll around. The area is full of great excursion destinations! In northern Skåne, just north of Hässleholm, is this hunting lodge located in quiet surroundings with forest, walking areas and horse farms close by. This traditional forest cottage has both a modern fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with rustic wooden floors throughout. The open floor plan creates a pleasant overview from the kitchen over both the dining area and a smaller living room with sofa and wood stove. The many hunting horns on the wall, the old wood stove and the rustic interior give character to the cottage and create a homely and cozy atmosphere. On the lower floor there are three separate bedrooms with a total of five beds, of which one bunk bed. This nice country house is located in Järbo in Högsäter, Dalsland. There is room for 11 guests so it is a perfect house for several families celebrating holidays together. This is a perfect location for a house as the house is centrally located in Dalsland and you can reach all municipalities within a maximum of one hour; Färgelanda, Bengtsfors, Dals-Ed, Mellerud and Åmål. The house was built in 1870 and has a wonderful country style. You are welcomed into the house in a glazed entrance to then enter a hall, the first room on the right is a room with two single beds, you continue into a large lovely living room where there is also a tiled stove to fire in too high a comfort factor, the next room on the ground floor is a small living room and toilet and shower are adjacent, then you enter the large lovely country kitchen. A steep staircase leads you upstairs where the first room on the left has a single bed, in the next room there is a double bed and a single bed, if you continue to follow the hall there is another large bedroom with double bed and a single bed and inside this bedroom a sleeping alcove with a single bed, outside the master bedroom there is another sleeping alcove with a single bed, upstairs there is also a toilet. At the end of the house there is a large lovely terrace where there is room for cozy barbecues with a view of the house's nice pond. At a few miles distance you will find Kroppefjälls nature reserve, where there are several nice hiking trails and you come to a scenic environment. Fishing, swimming, canoeing, cycling, going to flea markets are some tips on what you can do on your holiday. Dalsland is flooded with nature and cultural heritage in all its forms, among other things, it is definitely worth visiting the Aqueduct in Håverud in Dals-Rostock, which is located in the middle of Dalsland in Mellerud municipality. There is an old spa with interesting history. you can visit an artist's studio with a shop and a rural museum. When you are in these areas, it is almost a must for those who like long fine white sandy beaches to visit Vita Sandar. For the adventurous, we recommend Dalsland's Activities, which is one of Europe's largest facilities when it comes to adventures out in the woods and on the ground, there is also both a restaurant and a café that offers local ingredients.
