The stairs / steps up to the upper floor / sleeping loft are very narrow and steep, so small children and people with movement / balance problems must be careful. Up there are two sleeping areas with a double bed against one end of the house and two single beds against the other. The sleeping loft is open to the ridge and without partitions. From the cottage you can reach the lovely dunes at Kämpingestranden in just a few minutes by bike or a walk of ten minutes. The center of Höllviken is a few kilometers away with several grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. In Falsterbo and Skanör there are many popular restaurants, cozy inns and stalls selling fresh fish in the summer. There are also nice walking areas in Ljunghusen, nice golf courses and bike paths. Malmö's large selection of shopping, entertainment and shops is also just a couple of miles north, as well as the entire Skåne south coast with all the fishing villages to Ystad for a wonderful holiday stay. Good to know There is a small hole in the conservatory roof that can leak in when it rains. Bed linen and towels are to be brought by the guest themselves. Hjörnered with the beautiful Hjörnered lakes is a popular outdoor area. Here you can hike, swim and canoe (available for rent). Or why not just a lovely barbecue evening by the beach. Flammafallet is a popular excursion destination in Krokån. Foaming, the golden-brown water plunges down meter-high ledges. There is also a popular outdoor bath here. Very close by is Vippentorpet, a high-loft cottage from the end of the 17th century. It is only 5 km to Knäred, here you will find all the services you need. It is only about 12 km to Laholm. There are pleasant shops and a drawing museum here. In Glänningesjö there is a nice swimming area with a jetty and jumping tower. In the city, Lagan winds its way out to sea, there is fine salmon fishing here. Fishing license required. The long sandy beaches of Mellbystrand are only a short drive away. To the north you have Halmstad, which is a lovely summer town. Tylösand's chalky white beaches and salty baths attract many bathers. The cabin is located at the end of a narrow gravel road, a "hideaway" with a completely secluded location between meadows and forest.
