The cottage has a small kitchen, equipped with the necessary amenities. There's an extra fridge and freezer in the storage room, where you'll also find a washing machine. The main bedroom features a double bed. There's also an open plan bedroom/ living room with a bunk bed. In the living room, there's a sofa suite, a TV, and a HDMI-outlet. On the other side of the lovely conservatory, there's an annex with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a window overlooking the wooden terrace. The seaside is only 1.8 kilometres away. There's a lovely walking path that leads through the forest to the sea. There are several great beaches in the area, Mälarhusens Strandbad and Sandhammaren, to mention a couple. Both of these beaches have ice cream kiosks and public bathrooms. The water in this area can be deep in some places and shallow in others, so ask around if you have small children. Österlen offers plenty of art and culture, you will find many little art shops, farms shops, and second hand shops in the area. There are many great destinations for daytrips, such as Tosselilla and Fyledalen. The town of Ystad is 30 minutes away by car. Ystad is known to beone of southern Sweden's most beautiful towns. This is the town where the Wallander- films and TV-series were shot! Ystad offers a lot of sights, such as he monastery, Munkaklostret, and the cathedral. Be sure to visit the museum and the theatre when you are there. And don't forget the old town, with it's picturesque little alley ways, shops and cafés. Welcome to Österlen!

There is an open kitchen with a combined living room and in the center of the house there is a cozy wood burning stove. Please note that it is forbidden to fire with coal/briquettes in the stove! Next to the cottage there is a terrace with a roof where you can sit in the shade and relax and there is also a patio at the front for those who want to enjoy the sun. Behind the cottage it is leafy with trees and even open fields. Just a short walk from the house is a campsite that has a swimming area, but there are also many other nice swimming areas nearby in, for example, Norje and Norjeboke. The area is full of nice excursion destinations! During the summer, Sölvesborg is a real festival municipality, the festivals take turns, big is mixed with small and most music tastes are satisfied. Maybe you want to live in the cottage under Sweden rock which is the ultimate festival for you who are passionate about rock music. There are good cycle paths in all directions. Why not take a trip to Hällevik on Listerlandet where there is a nice little harbor and a good smokehouse. In the other direction is Mörrum with Laxens hus and fishing opportunities (fishing license) and in Karlshamn there is a wonderful place for the curious called Kreativum. You have a short drive down to Skåne's long sandy beaches as well as to all the castles and mansions in that area. You can also take a car or small ferries out to the beautiful islands in the archipelago where you are guaranteed to find your own small undisturbed bathing bay if you are looking for this. To the north, you will soon enter the Småland, deep forests where both berries, mushrooms and wildlife can be attractive, or you can visit one of the world-famous glassworks. In the middle of the hilly Göingemarkerna among small villages, beech forests and meadows, this larger cottage is located directly by the rushing rapids and the old mill. Here you live in the summer nestled in greenery directly above the rapids, only with the owner's corporate property (one-man company) as the nearest neighbor in undisturbed surroundings. The large cottage was a representation villa once upon a time but now constitutes a spacious accommodation for a larger family with 7 beds divided into 3 bedrooms, of which a charming children's room with 3 beds. There are generous areas with a lounge area, a large living room with sofa group and a lovely wood stove to snuggle in front and a large dining area with windows to the rapids. The newly renovated, well-planned kitchen also has a small dining area. From here you can go out into the large glazed bright terrace furnished with a sitting area where you can enjoy cool summer evenings. Down the balcony stairs you also reach the large wooden terrace next to the watercourse, furnished with outdoor furniture and barbecue where you can catch the morning sun or enjoy barbecue evenings. From the house you can basically see no neighbors and you are also not disturbed by the owner's fine mechanical work in the property next door. It is peaceful and quiet and is hidden from view. In front of the house is only forest and a large parking area. The bathroom contains a shower cubicle and WC. In Vittsjö's surroundings you enjoy outdoor life among lakes and forests. There are bathing places to explore in the surroundings. At Vittsjö camping there are canoes and rowing boats for rent, mini golf and fishing opportunities. Just under 10 kilometers to Vittsjö village there is a grocery store and a couple of restaurants as well as the popular Cafe Sjöstugan during the summer. About 4 km from the cottage is Wittsjö Golf Club with a summer restaurant. The hiking trail Skåneleden runs through Vittsjö. It passes through beautiful beech forest and in places along water. The Vieåleden and Ubbalt nature reserves are also available for those interested in the outdoors. At Hörlinge meadows there is a bird watching place. In the surroundings around the city of Hässleholm are beautiful Hovdala castle and Tykarpsgrottan. In Osby, Brio Toy Museum is a nice place to visit.

The accommodation has a very good standard and a perfect location with sea views both from the front and back out over the mile-wide Gullmarsfjord, Sweden's only threshold fjord. The cottage with its large balcony areas is located sunny and peaceful in a small cottage area bordering the sea, fields and meadows. Walk the few meters down to the nice swimming area, here are jetties, rocks and sandy beach, a nice place to eat, swim, fish for crabs and hang out, the area is also known for its great diving opportunities in deep oxygen-rich underwater environments. The area has an active cottage association that carries out many pleasant activities during the summer period, in the immediate area there is a football field, boules court, tennis court, pay & play golf course, mini golf and great opportunities for walks on coastal paths and roads. From the kitchen you enter the house's living room which is also a yoga room with space for 4 mats, here is also an excellent place for a bowling tuning with the house's VR games. After a yoga session, you can go out through a patio door and immerse yourself in a home-built pool device that is 120 cm deep and 6 sqm located on the large terrace, there is also a large lounge group, large dining table and barbecue almost completely protected by the garden plants . There is a single bed 80 cm and in the evenings you can light a cozy fire in the stove or enjoy the crickets playing if the balcony door is open to the terrace. Adjacent to the living room is another bedroom with wardrobe and a single bed, 80 cm. High chair and travel cot available. In the basement there is a freezer and washing machine. At the end of the lawn towards the forest edge is the friggeboden which has two single beds, 90 cm. Here it is popular for the older children to sleep and hang out together.
