The house is a corner house. From the entrance you enter the kitchen which has all the equipment needed and a dining area. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room has comfortable seating and modern TV with Netflix. The glazed conservatory facing the small garden is spacious and bright. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bath. There is internet and free wifi. A short walk takes you to Sweden's most visited beach and the beautiful cold bath house. The beach is shallow, child-friendly and bustles with activities during the summer. Here is also Båstad's harbor area with a large selection of cafés and restaurants. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and excursion destinations. There are nice cycle paths on the entire Bjäre Peninsula. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. To Laholm you only have a short drive. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here, Lagan winds around the city and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. Fishing license required. In winter, you have Vallåsen's ski resort a short drive away. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smith, its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all golf courses. Your nearest golf course is Båstads Golfklubb.

The house is part of a larger mansion and has once been an official residence and is beautifully surrounded by large lawns so there is plenty of space for games and outdoor activities. The house offers a spacious living room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. In one part of the living room there is a cozy sofa group where you can sit and enjoy the fantastic view down to the lake which is surrounded by a beautiful forest. A beautiful cast iron stove that spreads a lovely warmth is in the house for chilly days or as a cozy factor. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two separate single beds standing as a double bed. There is the possibility of an extra bed suitable for children. The bathroom is fresh and divided with separate toilet, sink and the other bathroom with a shower and a sink. In the basement with entrance from the outside there is a washing machine that is combined with dryer. In the spacious annex located about 15 meters from the house there are two beds, a cozy cast iron stove and another bathroom. On the terrace that encloses the house facing the lake, there is comfortable outdoor furniture and a large brick barbecue. If you want to take a dip in the lake, there is a small cabin available where you can both change and jump in the lake from the steps. For those interested in fishing, fishing is allowed in the lake when you are a guest at the manor, other lakes require a fishing license. In the immediate area there are wonderful forests for hiking or biking and with the proximity to both Lake Vättern and Lake Vänern there is much to discover. You have your own jetty and terrace right by the water as well as a sauna and barbecue hut on the plot. A spacious house for several families or larger groups. Both rowing boats and canoes are available for fishing trips and experiences on the lake. Enjoy the lake's sparkling water, feel calm and hear the birds singing from the jetty and terrace. The entrance to the house is through a beautiful glass porch. The ground floor has two bedrooms with four and three beds respectively. Towards the lake there is a modern open kitchen and a large lovely dining area. There is one highchair for kids to use. There is plenty of time for large pike, pikeperch and perch. Fishing license required. In the community there is everything you need for your stay. The public bathing area has both a jetty and toilets. Across the road is the historic Alebo guest house, with restaurant. Make a visit to the nearby Bäckahästen's stone oven bakery. A short drive away is Lake Bolmen. Here is everything for those interested in fishing. Bolmen is rich in different fish species, it is possible to rent a boat and book trolling. If you have the children with you, Kneippbyn is a must, namely Pippi Longstocking's own summer country. Please note that charging an electric car is not permitted. But charging options are available nearby at Toftagården and the parking lot by Tofta Beach. No rental to youth groups. Visby GK Kronholmen, one of Sweden's best and most beautiful golf courses, is only a few km from the cottage. In the summer, local buses Klintehamn - Visby pass Tofta once every half hour. Here you have a kilometer-long sandy beach with beautiful dunes. If you want life and movement, you choose to swim at Böda Sand, if you instead want a calmer beach stay, there is e.g. Happiness Sand and Homrevet. The coffee house in Böda has fantastic pastries, bread, salads and pizza. The smokehouse in Böda with its restaurant and fish shop does not disappoint. You must not miss Byxelkrok, where you can enjoy strolling around in the small shops down by the boat cabins. Enjoy a bite to eat and a good drink in one of the many restaurants. Or why not enjoy an ice cream away on the wonderful pebble beach by the harbor. Here it has become a bit of a tradition to enjoy the sunset. If you want more privacy and let the eye enjoy, there are wonderful, desolate pebble beaches south of Byxelkrok.Other attractions are Byrums Raukar, the lighthouse Långe Erik, Neptuni fields and Trollskogen with its Naturum.Öland Zoo with its animals, carousels and water park is usually appreciated by the children. Visit Bockstensmannen's grave and Bexel's talking stones. For those who are interested in fishing, can find several lakes in the area that offer good fishing. Fishing license is required. The closest ones are Svarten, Boksjön and Stora Mellsjön. Also pay a visit to the nice summer town of Varberg with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. The guest house is sheltered behind the mountain on the owner's plot, with a wonderful terrace where you will enjoy many of the day's hours of sunshine.
