The cottage has lovely areas with a large kitchen open to the living room. The TV is equipped with Chromecast. In the large conservatory which is adjacent to the lush garden, you will want to spend long balmy evenings over a good piece of food and drink. In the large garden there is outdoor furniture and barbecue and there is plenty of space for play and games. You have about 1600 sqm for yourself on the large plot of about 4000 sqm that is shared with the owners. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a family bed (120 cm x 80 cm) and a bathroom with a washing machine. Fires in the fireplaces are not allowed Bergkvara is also perfectly located for various excursion destinations if desired. You are close to the sun and the winds island Öland for sunbathing and swimming and Öland Zoo. Kristianopel, about 20 km away is a lovley place well worth a visit with its small shops, restaurants, popular cafes and nice guest harbor. Café Sött o Salt is a hot tip. Boat trips to Garpen's lighthouse start from Bergkvara. Blomlöf's fish smokehouse is well worth a visit. Kalmar offers attractions such as Kalmar Castle and Kalmar County Museum. Skälby farm with fun playgrounds and close contact with the farm's animals is usually a popular excursion destination for families with children. Welcome to this nice cottage not far from Kivik and Simrishamn. The cottage is wonderfully rural in a small cottage area and is a perfect accommodation for two people. Around the cottage you have a beautifully landscaped garden with lush corners, garden furniture and barbecue. The owner lives next door and has an art studio, but you still have peace and quiet through the secluded location. The kitchen is bright and fresh with everything you need, two hotplates, oven and microwave, fridge and small freezer and a seat for two, there is also a high chair. From the kitchen you can go straight out to the lovely garden to enjoy the floral splendor and the day's meals. From the kitchen, a staircase leads up to the attic where you have a TV corner and double bed. Please note that the stairs are steep, so it is not recommended if you have reduced mobility. Right next to the kitchen is the bright tiled bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The nearest bathing lake is Gyllebosjön, about 4 km. If you would rather swim in the sea, it is approx. 5 km to the coast with its lovely sandy beaches. The nearest shop is in Kivik, about 8 km, if you arrive at the right time in the summer, you should of course visit Kivik's market. If you would rather go to Simrishamn, it is approx. 12 km there. Simrishamn and Österlen have a wide range of unique and wonderful experiences. Stroll by the harbor in one of the many small fishing villages along the coast or in the old town of Simrishamn. A visit to the medieval castle of Glimmingehus is also an exciting experience. In Ystad - about 30 kilometers away, you can follow in the footsteps of Henning Mankell and his famous commissioner Wallander. Welcome to Öland and this nice and bright cottage near the harbor and the beaches in Byxelkrok. You have only 500 meters to the water and you quickly reach the beautiful beaches on foot. The house has a large lovely terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the sun. Part of the terrace is under a roof, where you can enjoy in the shade of something cooling to drink or relax with a good book. If you want to explore the island, there are 4 bicycles at your disposal, maybe you take a trip to Bödabukten with its unbeatable kilometers of sandy beaches. The house, which is on one level, has an open kitchen / living room, a bedroom with two beds that can be put together into a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. You have a large lovely lawn around the house, why not challenge each other on a batch of "Kubb"? To the center of Byxelkrok it is only 400 m, here is incredibly beautiful, a true holiday paradise and you can enjoy strolling around in the small shops down by the boat cabins. Here you can enjoy a piece of food and good drinks in one of the many restaurants. Or why not bring an ice cream to enjoy away on the wonderful pebble beach with its beautiful headland. Here it has become a bit of a tradition to enjoy the sunset. To the south along the water you will find a lovely sandy / pebble beach with a bathing jetty, where you can swim. If you want more privacy and let the eye enjoy, there are wonderful, desolate pebble beaches even further south. You only have about 5 km to Bödabukten and Böda Sand which suits those who want more activity. For a little calmer beach stay, Lyckesand and Homrevet are suitable. You have a wide range of leisure activities nearby: Golf, horse riding, mini golf, fishing on the shores of the Baltic Sea or from fishing boats. Many arts and crafts exhibitions, farm sales, museums and the famous Viking village attract many visitors to Öland. Other attractions are Borgholm's castle ruins, the lighthouse Långe Erik and the limestone formations at Byrum Sandvik and Neptuni fields and Trollskogen with its Naturum are all worth a visit. On the opposite mainland, Kalmar with its castle and the famous old town is a popular destination. Welcome to the genuine village of Lima only 9 minutes south of Kläppen and with Sälenfjällen's offer within half an hour by car. Here you can fish in rivers and lakes, pick berries according to the season and enjoy a typical holiday in Dalarna. The cottage is on two levels and on the entrance level there is a nice porch to enjoy the coffee cup on. The hall is airy and welcoming with kitchen on the left and living room on the right with nice dining area, cozy sofas and TV. On the entrance level there are two of the bedrooms, each with its own double bed (180cm). The house's bathroom with toilet, sink and shower is also upstairs. Downstairs there is a hall for the children who like to play with the house toys and inside a combined bedroom and living room with sofa as well as TV and ping pong table. There are two single beds (90 + 90cm). Inside the living room there is a smaller bedroom, each with a single bed (90 + 80cm). A total of 8 people can stay in the cottage. The cottage also has a drying cabinet, boot dryer and hair dryer so you can stay dry. Via a door from the hobby room you come out to the nice back with the large lovely lawn that goes almost all the way down to the river. Here is the opportunity for outdoor play for the children and rest for other family members. Nearby is Karelius where you can buy game that is found in the surrounding forests. Why not try their famous Lima sausage or the exclusive bear sausage or a piece of smoked moose. If you want to swim, there is Äråbadet with a 25 meter pool and a smaller pool for the little ones and if you are hungry for a dip in the river, there is also the possibility. Kläppen has a jumping tower and a sandy beach by the river, which is very popular. For the active holidaymaker, there is a bicycle park in both Sälen, Kläppen and Rörbäcksnäs. If you want to paddle a canoe, it is possible to rent in Sälen village. Do not forget to pay a visit to Vasaloppsarenen in Berga By and if you want to pack your backpack for a hiking trip for a few hours, we recommend a trip up to Njupeskär. Here in Lima is also Sixten Jernbergs Museum with Restaurant just 6 km from the cottage. This nice house is located on a peninsula right next to Frisjön just outside Borås. The house is located in one of the most beautiful area by Arnäsholm with a beautiful chapel next to it which is a copy of Hedared Stave Church, built in 1925. You have a lake view and walking distance down to Frisjön and a private path behind the house leads down to a smaller beach. The house was newly renovated in 2014 and is bright and homely furnished. You have patios, balconies in the sun all locations with large lawn that invites to play and mischief. A perfect accommodation for families with children who want proximity to swimming, peace and proximity to everything that Borås has to offer. Not for rent to companies or youth groups! You are welcomed into a smaller bright hall. Bathroom is directly to the left which is fully tiled with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. To the right is a large closet where you can hang out and set bags. Straight ahead, the nice large country kitchen opens up. Large dining table there and a very cozy kitchen where nothing is missing. The old stove reminds that the house dates back to older days. To the right is a large living room with stove for chilly evenings. From the kitchen window and the window by the TV can look out over the sparkling lake. Upstairs you will find all bedrooms. If your are tall look out for the ceiling in the middle of the stairs so you do not hit your head. To the left are two bright and lovely bedrooms, each with single beds 90cm. The living room on the upper floor is large and there is also a sofa bed 140cm wide. Next to it is the large bedroom with a double bed 180cm. Everything is tastefully decorated with a warm feeling. Attention: It is not allowed the charge your electric power car / hybrid car at the cottage. Smoking not allowed in or around the house. If you want to take the car to the shopping city Borås, you can get there in about 15 minutes and there it is easy to make bargains in the center or out on "Knalleland". Also visit Borås Zoo, which is a really well-kept zoo on the outskirts of the city. Borås has plenty of good restaurants and nice cafes. The city of Gothenburg with sights such as the parade street Avenyn, the amusement park Liseberg and the interesting Universeum can be easily reached in less than 1 hour by car. Welcome!

With only a few steps down to the water is this charming wooden house located with the forest as a background. Why not take a morning dip in Lake Nerbjärken to wake up and then sit on the jetty and enjoy your morning coffee before the day starts. There is also a boat you can borrow if you want to get further out on the lake. The boat is included in the rent and the lake is relatively large, so bring your picnic basket and go on a voyage of discovery. Remember that fishing must not occur in the lake. But there are very good fishing opportunities in the surrounding lakes in the immediate area. In through the hall to the left you have the living room where you can sit the whole family and cuddle around the warming stove on cold evenings. There is also radio, CD player, TV with Apple TV and Netflix so there is something for the whole family. There is an open floor plan to the kitchen where there is room for six people to sit down and eat together. You can also go out to the glazed conservatory from here if you prefer to sit there and look out over the lake. There is also a dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave in the kitchen. Further into the house there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two have a bunk bed with two beds each. In the bathroom which is located between the bedrooms and the kitchen you have a washing machine to facilitate longer stays. Hultsfred, which most people associate with the Hultsfred Festival, is just over 9km away. Even though the festival can no longer be visited, something called "The Walk" has been created where you can follow the history of music both through physical signs outside and via an app. This is perfect for you who are interested in music and if you want to move around a bit more, there is also a DiscGolf park which is a perfect activity for the whole family or group of friends. If you want to see more of nature, you can cycle the dressage on the Smalspåret. In Hultsfred, there are shops, restaurants and a few shops for the shopping-hungry. Welcome!

Above the large property without direct neighbors, some sheep graze for a few months a year.
