A truly unique and newly renovated holiday home, build in timber and located on its own beachfront property. The beachfront is on 11 hectares and is on the outskirts of the charming fishing community Hälleviksstrand. Enjoy the untouched setting with the lovely panoramic view and overlook the shifting ocean. The holiday home consists of a main building on 55 m² and two annex (10 m² and 12m2). There is very easy to relax here during all of the seasons. Enjoy the great atmosphere and the untouched nature on the large patio or around the warm wood burning stove during the cold evenings. This holiday home has a bright and modern decoration. The main building is made of a sunken dining area, a modern kitchen, a large living room equipped with a TV and around 30 different Swedish and English channels, two bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has access to the nice shower cabin) and a separate WC with washbasin. There are two extra beds which consist of a sofa bed in the living room. The two annexes have two beds each, and offer an amazing ocean view. You can take a swim in the private bay from the bridge which is part of the property and is approximately 300m away. There is also here where the boat is docked which is at your disposal. The boat is available during the weeks 20-40. The local beach offers both sand and rock beach, bridge and are about 750m away. There is approximately 7km to Ellös. Good to know: Simpler experience and knowledge of charts and/or plotters/gps is required if you want to rent the motorboat. Cost: SEK 1000 per week. Payment to the owner on site.

A wonderful house with a panoramic view of the ocean situated in the charming fishing village of Hälleviksstrand, in the archipelago. Includes a newly built, private boathouse (or Angler’s house), and a jetty, only 60 metres from the house. This beautiful turn of the century house is situated in a residential area. It has been renovated to a high standard. There is a large veranda with a gorgeous view. The two-storey boathouse includes a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave oven, two cooking hubs and a coffee maker. The two-storey house is tastefully decorated, light and airy. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped, open kitchen and a dining area. The living room has a wood stove and a TV with thirty channels, both Swedish and English. The ground floor also contains a tiled bathroom, and a bedroom with one single bed. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms with three beds in one of them. The upper floor rooms have sloping ceilings. Washer and drier in the cellar/basement. There are several dining places by Hamnplan: Kiosken is situated by the jetties and famous for it’s hamburgers. The pub, Mitt Andra Hem offers live music several nights a week, and a microbrewery. Or you can visit Sjöbodscafeet which offers delicious sandwiches and pastries, and a beautiful view of the water. The owners of the café offer fishing trips,a seal safari, and lobster fishing through their other company, Anders Båt och Brygga. The boat is available during week 18-24 and 32-41. There is a public, sandy beach with a bathing platform 400 metres from the house. The closest town, Ellös, is only 7 kilometres away and offers basic services. Welcome to this charming cottage set in a wonderfully peaceful environment — perfect for a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful nature, tall trees, and lush greenery. The cottage is located a short distance from the lovely, shallow lake Kråksjön, and the large natural plot offers plenty of space for play and outdoor activities. In Skruv, you will find a nice bathing lake where you can also buy a fishing license and go fishing. The kitchen is a compact kitchenette equipped with hotplates, a coffee maker, and a microwave. In the living room, there is an open fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere and invites you to relaxing evenings if the weather turns chilly. The cottage dates back to the 1800s and has preserved its historic charm. The ceiling height upstairs is 185 cm, typical for houses of that time. Please note that the staircase to the upper floor is steep. Upstairs, under the sloping ceiling, you will find two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. The fresh bathroom was renovated in 2003 and includes a toilet, shower, and washing machine. Outside in the garden, there is a lovely patio where you can fire up the grill on a warm summer evening — and with a bit of luck, you might even spot a moose at the edge of the forest. An excursion to the various glassworks in Emmaboda, Kosta, and Nybro — with shopping in several outlet stores — is usually a popular activity. In Lessebo, you can shop and also visit the old paper mill to see paper being produced in the traditional way. You will be staying in the famous “Emigrant district,” an area strongly influenced by Wilhelm Moberg’s story The Emigrants and the lives of the people who once lived here. This comfortable holiday home is situated by the sea, in a residential area in Pukavik. It is a terraced house ( row house), fifty metres from the shore. A lovely holiday destination for those who enjoy bathing, fishing, and boating! The open plan house features a well-maintained kitchen, a living room with a double extra bed (sofabed), and two bedrooms with a double bed in each. The house has a terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, and of the nearby stream. There is a bathing dock down by the shore. Mörrumsån offers excellent fishing water, possibly the best in all of Sweden! Visit “Laxens hus” in Mörrum to learn more about Salmon. The nearby town of Karlshamn is a charming town with plenty of shops. From Karlshamn you can take a boat trip in the archipelago and discover one of the many delightful islands. A great holiday home in the perfect location for experiencing all the delights Blekinge has to offer!

Nice and newly renovated house in a good location close to fishing access in Lake Åsnen. Your house has a practical interior, with kitchen and living room downstairs and a stairway leading up to two bedrooms, as well as a pleasant balcony with great views over the lake. A rowing boat can be rented weekly for nice fishing trips on the lake. A lovely beach is available with grill area and kiosk. Your holiday location is a very nice area with lots of lakes close by. Fishing licenses can be bought at the nearby boat center. You can also try guided cultural and fishing trips, which you will find more information about in the house.

Welcome to the heart of Småland, to the area where the films about Emil in Lönnerberga was recorded. The house is large and spacious and built at the beginning of the 18th century. It was renovated in the early 2000s, but you have tried to keep the original style. There is a large, spacious kitchen here. Living room with two bunk beds, alternatively sofa beds. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms. In the house. There is also a sauna. There is space in the garden which is shared with another house for the children to play on. There is also a trampoline and swings here. A boat is at your disposal, where there is good fishing. (More information in the cabin) For the family, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's world is a must (approx. 20 km). Västervik is also a nice excursion destination. The lake view cannot be seen from the house.

This beautiful house from the mid 1800s was recently renovated. The spacious house is situated on a large plot, where the owner has another house further away, yet completely out of sight for both of you. A beautiful view from the house and from the yard, overlooking the beautiful scenery. If you are interested in the wildlife of the forest, there are good opportunities to see moose, deer and fawn. The lake is 2 km away. Upstairs you’ll find the bedrooms, from which you have a beautiful view of the countryside. A room upstairs is closed for storing the owner's belongings.

This large and beautiful house is located in the beautiful "Glasriket", where it is located several glassworks to visit. Your house will be a good starting point for one successful holiday. The house is spacious and well-kept with a large living room and dining area. The bedrooms are upstairs. One room has a double bed and the other has four single beds. The living room on the ground floor has a pull-out bed with place for two. However, the maximum number of people in the house is 6. In the kitchen, there is also a kettle and a toaster, and the house is equipped with a hairdryer for extra convenience. The large terrace with roof is a wonderful place to sit and cuddle. Here you can look at the game and the cattle that walk on the other side of the small road. There is also a horse paddock further away where children can pet the horses. The house has free wifi via fiber. Visit Kalmar with Kalmar Castle and cross the Öland Bridge to beautiful Öland with its large summer country and Zoo. A full day excursion to Astrid Lindgren's world at Vimmerby is an appreciated excursion for the children. The archipelago islands along the coast in Östra Småland are a wonderful experience as well as the beautiful old Strandvägen to Mönsterås. The nearest lake is Hindsjön (approx. 10 km).

Welcome to this charming holiday home, set right by the seashore in Ljungskile, on the beautiful west coast. The holiday hme has it's own bathing dock by the beach which is only 30 metres away!This is a perfect holiday home for a big family or group of friends. The two-storey house features a well-equipped kitchen with a high chair and a dishwasher, as well as all other amenities you need. The light and airy living room has a stunning view of the sea. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a comfortable double bed, the other with a bunk bed that sleeps 2-3 people. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. There's also a second bathroom with a WC and a washbasin. You will find a second living room downstairs, as well as another two bedrooms. One bedroom features two single beds that are put together as a double, the other has a bunk bed for 2-3 people. In the laundry room there's a washing machine and a dryer. The house has WiFi and a TV-set. The house is set on a large beach plot and you have access to a beach hut (with sun loungers) which is set by the dock. The area offers plenty to see and do. Ljungskile is only nine kilometres away and offers services, entertainment, and restaurants. From Ljungskile you can catch a ferry for a tour of the archipelago. Don't miss a visit to the clam bar Musselbaren! There's a big shopping centre with about 80 shops in Torp. Göteborg is 72 kilometres away. Welcome! Good to know: During the winter, the land between the beach and the house has been reinforced and improved in preparation for the future. Work on the grounds will continue throughout the spring and summer of 2026. A large part of the lawn will be under regrowth during summer 2026 through spring 2027. As a result, the view is not as nice as usual, and we kindly ask guests to avoid the marked area so that the grass can properly recover. The rest of the property can be used as normal, and the work does not affect access to the house or the outdoor area. Access to the beach remains, but may require a short detour.
