This spacious holiday home, set in the small village of Odensvi, was renovated in 2017. The floors are new, wooden floors. On the bottom floor, you will find two entrances, one of which has a veranda. The large kitchen features the necessary kitchen appliances. In the living room, you'll find a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was built in 2017 and features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. There's also one bedroom on the bottom floor, it is equipped with two single beds. On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds . Both bedrooms have a lot of wardrobe- and storage space. The spacious garden is all of 2000 square metres and has a lovely lawn and many fruit trees. The lake is only 600 metres from the house and this is where the boat is docked. Why not go fishing for pike and bass? You can buy a fishing permit in town. There's a public bathing area about five kilometres away, in Odensvi. It has a sandy beach, bathing docks, a bathing ladder, and shallow water. The sea is 18 kilometres away, a 20-minute drive through the scenic landscape of Småland, with it's beautiful forests and open landscapes. You have good chances of spotting elk, deer, and fox. The forests are rife with berries and mushrooms and there are a number of pretty lakes in the area. The closest grocery store is in Odensvi, five kilometres from the house. The picturesque town of Västervik offers a shopping centre and many different events in the summertime. It's 46 kilometres away. Vimmerby is only 35 kilometres away. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World. Katthult and Bullerbyn, well known from Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, are also close. Or why not take a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? The Kingdom of Crystal, Glasriket, is another interesting destination. Welcome to this adorable holiday home set in idyllic surroundings of woodlands and pastures. It is located next to a farm, there's plenty of wildlife, and excellent fishing possibilities. The beautiful nature reserve Säveåns Dalgång is not far. The cottage features a small kitchen with an electric cooker and a fridge. The cosy living room contains a TV and a sofa bed for two. There's a single bed and a double bed on the mezzanine, which you access by climbing a steep set of stairs. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The cottage also has a delightful little terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea whilst admiring the stunning view. The size of the cottage makes it less suitable for five adults and more suitable for a family with children or just two adults. The big city of Göteborg is only 30 kilometres away. Göteborg offers entertainment and culture, as well as the very popular amusement park Liseberg. Set on a large, elevated plot in the north of Värmland, and surrounded by forests, this is a lovely, secluded holiday home suitable for those looking for peace and quiet. It is set only 300 metres from lake Hässlingen and you have access to a boat if you wish to go rowing on the lake. The area is rife with wild animals, such as deer and elk. The interior of the holiday home is delightfully decorated in a traditional, old fashioned style. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and a washing machine, amongst other amenities. The three bedrooms sleep a total of six people. There's a double bed in one bedroom and the two other rooms have a bunk bed in each. In the bathroom you will find a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The living room is equipped with a TV with satellite channels. There's also a wood-burning stove in the living room, perfect for cosy nights in. You also have access to free wireless internet. The cottage is surrounded by a large, natural garden plot, there's also a terrace and a garden grill. Lovely house with a roofed patio, and wood stove perfect for chilly evenings (firewood included). Located on a nature lawn about 500 meters from Lake Grässjön, where you may fish or go for a swim. The beach has a kept lawn, so you can sunbathe, barbecue and play beach volleyball at the volleyball field. To the north you’ll find forests and wilderness, and to the south towards the lake you’ll have pastures. During winter you may go skiing about 45 km away from the house. Kindly observe that only four people may stay in the vacation home during winter time, due to the annex not being winterized.

With a view of the sea and the beach meadows at Galtabäck just south of Varberg, this small cottage with nice grassy areas is located in a child-friendly area. In the cottage there is a small kitchen, living room with carpet, two small bedrooms - one with a bunk bed and sliding door, the other with a double bed (new in 2022) and a curtain that separates the room from the living room. In the living room there is a single bed. New, larger water heater installed in autumn 2015. The cottage has Wi-fi with unlimited surf. The sleeping places are divided into four in the large house and four in the annex on the plot, built in 2010. There are two bunk beds in the annex. Glazed conservatory built in 2020. In the conservatory there is the possibility to set up tables for 10 people. There are folding tables and stacked chairs to use if you are a larger group that wants to have a lovely dinner together. In the area there are mostly holiday homes and the traffic is minimal because the road ends here. Bathing facilities are within walking distance. By car or bicycle, it is also close to the cozy community Träslövsläge or Björkängs camping with swimming and mini golf. Galtabäck's harbor a few hundred meters from the cottage is a quiet marina with boathouses, a bird tower, seating and a small boat museum which, among other things, displays wreckage from Galtabäck's ship from the 12th century. Near the harbor there is also Lenasofia's silversmith (limited opening hours). The lovely summer town of Varberg is less than 10 km away. Here there are nice little shops, outdoor restaurants, the well-known cold bath house and the Fortress, a defense facility that brings to mind wars in ancient times. The museum in the Fortress displays the bullet button that it is said Charles XII fell victim to. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous birding areas. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café here. Bring your swimwear as Goat Island offers several nice beaches.

There you can take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage all around the island. Or why not book a hot air balloon and see the area from high above? There are other great attractions within driving distance. Kolmårdens nature reserve and zoo is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away by car. Vimmerby is also about 1 hour and 45 minutes away. It is set close to the sea on the island Stora Askerön, in the fjord between Tjörn, Orust, and Stenungsund. The holiday home is open plan and has skylights that let in a lot of daylight. Sundsby Säteri offers beautiful walking paths and caves to explore. It also offers a bakery and a coffee shop. Stenungssund offers a large shopping centre and Gothenburg is only 55 kilometres away. The town of Skärhamn offers plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment and culture. There is, for instance, a lovely art museum specialising in contemporary art, especially aquarelles. Vacation home located in Sälen/Lindvallen, one of Swedens largest ski-resorts. Even during summertime there’s a lot to do around the area. The house sits on a high point with several other cottages. Nice fishing possibilities in the rivers of Västerdalälven, Fuluälven and Görälvend. 15 km from the house you may go for a swim, or some fishing in Lake Närsjön. Inside the house you’ll have four bedrooms, one on the bottom floor and another one is a walk-through to the sauna. The bright kitchen seats four, and in the living room you’ll have an additional dining area for four more people. Here you may also enjoy the fire place or watch TV.
