You are welcomed into the kitchen through the house entrance where there is a small kitchen table with chairs, further into the living room there is a dining table with five seats and a sofa corner consisting of a sofa bed and armchairs, here is also TV and the possibility to fire in the stove for high cosiness factor in the cottage . Both from the kitchen and living room you have a view of Fryken and out into the lovely garden where you can taste the seasonal fruits and berries. To the right of the kitchen is the bathroom, in the bathroom there is a shower and toilet, to the toilet there is a shower curtain instead of a door. In the bathroom you can lock the door from the ground floor leading to the kitchen, there is no door between upstairs and bathroom. To get to the upper floor, take a steep staircase that goes from the bathroom and leads up to the second floor. Upstairs there is a double bed a two single beds all in the same room, table and chairs and a stove that you can fire in for a wonderful evening cozy. Parking just outside the cottage. The washing machine and dishwasher are located in the garage, not inside the house itself. Next to the house node there are nice walking paths to follow along the lake and nice swimming opportunities. There are plenty of berries and mushrooms in the woods and on the ground. The famous ski resort Ski Sunne, Selma Spa, Sunne Sommarlands water park, Rottneros park is about 30 km from the cottage. Cycling, hiking, fishing, golf, paddling, there is something for everyone. Mårbacka Minnesgård is located about 11, 7 kilometers from the cottage, here Selma Lagerlöf was born and raised. At the mansion you can go on a guided tour or just walk in the garden, where there is also a cozy cafe. This pretty holiday home is located just outside of Jönköping, near the beautiful lake Lomsjön. Along the garden there is a small trail that takes you down to the rowing boat, perfect for a little fishing trip. The house is an old cottage, featuring entrance doors that are about 160 cm high, and the ceiling height varies between about 182 and 190 cm, which gives a nice feeling of bygone times. The furnishing is very typical of the time and well maintained. The kitchen and the bathroom are of a more modern style compared to the rest of the house. Welcome to this nice, practical and spacious house in the genuine fishing village of Hörvik. You have a large living room here with a wood burning stove for cool evenings and in the house there is also a sauna for the whole family. Here you can really have a good time all year round. After the sauna you can enjoy a cooling dip in the sea and if it feels too cold, the heated pool is right outside. The pool is heated to about 20 degrees celcius all year round. The large patio has a roof and the glazed conservatory is wonderful when it gets a little cool in the evening. The garden is protected from outside viewers and facing south.
