A wonderful cottage that is hidden by nature, located high up with a fantastic view. Here you breathe peace and quiet to the chirping of the birds. The cottage has a large lovely open terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet, depending on the weather you choose whether you want to sit outside or in the glazed conservatory overlooking Lake Kabbosjön. The cottage has an open floor plan where you are welcomed into a small hall, where there is also the entrance to the bathroom, you continue into a large open kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Inside the kitchen are the two bedrooms. Further from the kitchen there is a large lovely living room and TV. The cottage is cozy and cosily furnished. The plot is well hilly and with sharp edges at the back of the house. Large parking, turntable in front of the house. If you want to take a nature dip, it is about 1 kilometer away from the cottage. Bring bathing shoes. Stones at the bottom of the lake. Here you jump into the lake from a rock. There are two nearby bathing places at about 7 km distance in different directions from the cottage one Strömmersvik which is a Municipal bathing place located by Lake Örsjön there is a large changing room and a ramp down into the water, grass and sandy beach to sit on and a long wooden pier, the the second bathing place where there is also a launching ramp, barbecue area, outdoor toilet you will find below Dalskog's community. An obvious excursion destination is Vita Sandar and Vänern, where there is a large and very shallow beach in a beautiful environment, Vänern also has fishing opportunities or the opportunity to get on by boat inland to Köpmannebro and further up through Dalslands Kanal. Kabbosjön is a beautiful lake about 20 meters deep, here you have the opportunity for a varied sport fishing, perch, pike, tench and trout. Fishing requires a fishing license. You can also fish in Örsjön, fishing licenses are also required here. There are fantastic cycle paths here. It is never far to a marked hiking trail in Dalsland. A well-visited hiking trail can be found in Karolinerleder Karl X11's road, it runs across the northern part of the Kroppefjäll plateau, about 15 kilometers of hiking on paths through fine forests. The trail's western starting point is in Järbo about 27 km from the cottage. Borekulle, Dals-Rostock is an old ancient castle located on a high mountain ridge with a fantastic view located about 6 km from the cottage. In Dals-Rostock you go to Ekholmen and take a shrimp sandwich, or to Kerstin's studio which is a greenhouse and shop, there is an herb garden in Brunnsparken which is open 24 hours a day during the growing season, here you can book guided tours, also for hiking the forest as desired. Day trips to Kroppefjäll, Håveruds Sluss, Dalsland Glashytta, Dalslands Activities, Dalslands Moose Ranch are a selection of everything that Dalsland has to offer. Welcome to this wonderful cottage!

Welcome to a wonderful house in Bovik. The house is located in a picturesque area by Lake Storsjön. There's a private swimming bridge and lots of nice sandy beaches within walking distance. There's a sauna in the house, great after a swim if the water in the lake is cold! Please note that it is forbidden to charge your electric car / hybrid car at the cottage. There's lots of attractions in the area for the entire family. For example, Furuvikparken, Gävle Zoo, lovely hiking trails, forests rich in berries and mushrooms, and golf courses. Sandviken and Gävle is both easily accessed for shopping or dining purposes!

Thehouse was built in the early 1800’s and features a large kitchen with a wood burning stove and an electric stove. The house has been maintained in it’s original style but features a modern kitchen and a tiled bathroom.The bedroom features a Wood stove and a double bed with a beautiful 19th century headboard. The landning on the upper floor is furnished and suitable for relaxing and spending time together. The garden is large and includes garden furniture. There is also a wood fuelled sauna. The lake is only fifty metres from the house, the sea is one kilometre from the house and both offer fishing opportunities. The owner has a rowing boat that you can book and the owner also provides five life vests. There are several beautiful golf courses in Uppland. The closest ones are Väddö golf course, only four kilometres away, and Hallstavik, fifteen kilometres away. Älmsta, 3 kilometres away, offers two golf courses, one with gravel and one that is paved.

Two of the bedrooms have two single beds in each. The third bedroom has one single bed and a cot. Two of the bedrooms are rooms you must pass through to get to the next bedroom. Note that there is no possibility to charge electric cars at this house. The seaside is within walking distance, only 900 metres from the cottage. Kungshamn, Smögen, and Hunnebostrand are all about 10 kilometres away. Golfers will enjoy Sotenäs Golfklubb. Sotenäs has a top notch 27-hole golfing course. In Smögen you will find plenty of shops and restaurants, and the famous dock Smögenbryggan. Here you will also find Nordens Ark, a park for endangered animal species and a petting zoo with farm animals. There are plenty of other lovely towns and attractions in the area. Furholmen or Kosteröarna but also to neighboring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own exploration trips. The cottage has a fibre connection for internet and TV. There's a number of channels, amongst other a children's channel. If you bring your own ipad or another similar device, you can stream content through the internet connection.
