The apartment is located high up surrounded by natural land as well as garden and patio deck. It has its own entrance on the north gable side and is accessed via a staircase from the upper level. Once inside, you are greeted by an open welcoming floor plan with living room with TV, open kitchen with dining area, hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher, large lovely bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub and sauna. Two bedrooms, one with a large comfortable double bed and one with a bunk bed 120/90. The apartment has fiber connection. From the living room and from the master bedroom you have patio doors to the patio areas where you have access to sunbeds and summer furniture and barbecue, all so you can have cozy and pleasant moments both at rest and around dinner table with something good on the plate and in the glass. Bovallstrand is a nice old fishing village and with its location right by the sea makes salt bathing a given activity and here are also the famous bathing islets which are one of Bohuslän's finest bathing spots suitable for both swimming and fishing. The buildings are very well preserved from when shipping, fishing and stonemasonry flourished, which gave Bovallstrand its fine atmosphere. In the immediate area there are more pleasant and worth visiting archipelago communities such as. Smögen and Hunnebostrand, there is also a zoo called Nordens Ark where you can meet about 80 of the world's endangered animals. The beautiful nature and the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline Amurtigern make the zoo a very popular excursion destination. In nearby Gerlesborg there is an art school and a collective workshop where you can both look at various different exhibitions but also attend various educations. For those who want to swing a golf club, it is not far to Sotenäs GK. If the weather should be overcast or you feel the need for a workout in a gym environment, Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality's swimming pool and wellness facility are located in the coastal community Väjern.

The house is located in the so-called Listerlandet in, a peninsula that juts out between Blekinge and Skåne, in the charming old fishing village Nogersund. In this area there is a lot to feel and experience. A perfect peninsula for those who like to stroll in village centers, walk along the beach, pause in the harbor and take a dip. The house is completely newly renovated and you notice that the owners have a mind for interior design! With a charming style where they have chosen to mix new and old, they have made this house come alive and become really homely and cozy. On the ground floor you have a nice kitchen and a comfortable living room with TV and the bathroom with shower. The stairs to the upper floor are a so-called "Spare stairs" which is quite steep. Here you have six beds, two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed with space for two. On the large plot there are several places to sit and enjoy the sun! A piece of furniture on the front and one on the back and that there are hammocks and small places to sit on if you prefer to enjoy in the shade. In several places in the garden you can see all the way down to the sea. Especially on the cozy little balcony that is just outside the bedroom. Here you want to sit with your morning coffee wrapped in your blanket. After that you have only 200 meters down to the sea for a morning dip. In Nogersund is Sweden's largest fishing port, but they have still managed to maintain the genuine atmosphere, with the harbor restaurant Skutan facing the sparkling water and the fishing boats. The village has old traditions and parts of the 19th century buildings still remain. This can be seen, among other things, on the elongated nets of the plots, where they once hung their fishing nets to dry. Here is also Julla's house, a small genuine local history museum, where you can see how a fishing family lived once upon a time. Southwest of the village is Kråkenabben with its beautiful barren nature. On the other side there is a hiking trail through the beech forest towards Listershuvud and Hörvik. In Norgesund, there is also a sauna that guests can use and that in the summer of 2021 they plan to have an emergency shop. There are several cozy coastal villages beyond Nogersund, for example Hällevik. Hällevik is the oldest and most famous of Lister's fishing villages. The village is located by a deep bay, beautifully embraced by the two headlands Björkenabben and Kråkenabben - the latter a well-known orchid and bird place. The old village center has traditional wooden houses and faces the harbor with its well-preserved old stone huts. Here you will find a guest harbor, food and various shops, smokehouses, a fish shop and a harbor restaurant. During the summer, the small art gallery is also open, as well as the handicraft shop and an ice cream café. There is also a charming fishing museum, which provides insight into the village's history. In Hällevik it is close to everything. The nice beach is just a stone's throw away, as is Stiby Backe, for those who crave cooling beech forest and beautiful views. The Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing areas and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out in the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing trips that go out from several places nearby. From Nogersund there are boat trips out to Hanö which is a real archipelago gem! The nearest town is Sölvesborg. In Sölvesborg, nature is always close, regardless of whether you just want to be or get active. Here it is actually not far to anything that is nice. Most are located within a pleasant walking distance or a bike ride away. Here is, among other things, the nature reserve Ryssberget, where one of Sweden's largest beech forests grows and here also Blekingeleden starts. Welcome to a charming holiday home built in the 1700's. It's located in one of Strömstad's oldest areas. The cottage is set only 500 metres from the water. The view of the sea and the harbour is enchanting! The bottom floor of this two-storey holiday home features a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a bathroom. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is also an extra bed (140 centimetres) in the living room. Next to the house you will find a parking space which is yours to use. It's only a few minute's walk from the lovely beach in Govik, a beach with shallow water, a dock, and a diving tower. It also includes a kiosk and a public WC. Lahälla is a great base for making day trips to the lovely towns that are set along the coast. , the picturesque towns of Fiskebäckskil and Grundsund, to name a few. Many nice excursion destinations in the beautiful Sjuhäradsbygden. Feel free to take a walk along the nature trail on Näset. There is a barbecue hut, benches and barbecue areas. Another popular attraction is the Gräne mine, where feldspar was mined for, among other things, the porcelain industry from the end of the 19th century. Feel free to bring the picnic basket and have coffee at one of the landscaped picnic areas. At Holsljunga camping 4 km, there is a convenience store and café with simple dishes, ice cream and cakes. The nearest town is Svenljunga 20 km. This tastefully decorated apartment is located in the archipelago town of Åkersberga, outside Stockholm. The apartment is within walking distance of Österåker's nice golf course, where there are also paddle courses outdoors if you like. In the area there are plenty of nice golf courses, Ullna, Waxholm, Arninge, so living here if you are a golfer is perfect. The apartment is located upstairs, and consists of a room where there is a double bed and a sofa bed, a bar table with 4 chairs, a kitchen area with everything you need. The bathroom has a washer and dryer. In Åkersberga it is also close to water, if you want to swim or fish it is only a couple of km away. Buses go into Stockholm all the time, if you take the bus in the other direction you will quickly get further out into the archipelago, where you can experience very nice surroundings, take archipelago boats out into the archipelago or discover the beautiful nature in the archipelago.

The lake is only one kilometre away and offers a lovely, child-friendly beach. Indoors, you will find a spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, as well as a washing machine. The living room features a lovely, open fireplace, a wood-burning stove, and a TV. Since the cottage is situated in the woods, you might at times have difficulties with the TV-reception.. There is a VCR if you want to bring your own films. There's a laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a biological toilet, a washbasin, and a bath tub. The house has four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds in each, and one with a bunk bed. There's also a cot if you need one. The lovely towns of Kristianstad and Åhus are near and well worth a visit. The coast of Blekinge is another great destination. On the coast, you will find delightful towns such as Bromölla, Sölvesborg, and Karlshamn. Or why not drive north and visit Växjö? Vimmerby is about 2 hours and 45 minutes by car. It's an excellent destination for a daytrip. This area is the setting of many of Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books such as Emil of Lönneberga. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World. Katthult and Bullerbyn are also close. Or why not take a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? When you are in Vimmerby, you might also want t visit an area that is called “The Kingdom of Crystal”, because of it's many glassworks. This is where the world famous Kosta Boda glassware is made.
