Welcome to a charming accommodation close to the lake for a cool swim. Lake Torstholmen is only 4 minutes walking distance from the cottage where your own small rowing boat is waiting and which is part of the house. The accommodation is perfect for a family with children or a larger group who want proximity to swimming, beautiful nature and where you can also live alone. The garden is lush and embeds the plot beautifully. The plot is large and invites to play. A short walk away you will reach the lake with its own small jetty and boat. Here is also "Ätradalsleden", a fantastically nice bike path. This is stage 3 of a total of 4 so feel free to bring bikes and enjoy beautiful nature. You are welcomed to a large plot with the main house directly in front and the guest house next to it. On the gable side is a large and conservatory with comfortable furniture where you can have all the good meals in the summer. The house has an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining area and living room are integrated into one. Directly to the left of the entrance is the kitchen area with stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. Here is most of what you may need. To the right you will find a dining area for at least 6 people. In the living room is a stove that warms plenty of chilly evenings. smart-TV with armchairs and a sofa bed is next door. From the living room you go straight out to the lovely spacious conservatory. Next to the kitchen is the bedroom with a double bed 180cm and next door is a bright bathroom which is fully tiled with shower / wc and washing machine. The house is tastefully decorated with warm and secret style. The guest house is located behind the main house and has its own small terrace. You enter the side of the cottage and there are two single beds. Bathroom with toilet / shower is in the second door. Perfect for those who have older children or a company that wants to be by themselves. In the area there are fish-rich watercourses, many lakes where fishing licenses are required. You have everything you need for a fantastic holiday here in the house with its own jetty and boat. Not far away is Påarp's farm which has a restaurant, café, canoe rental and football golf. You only have 55km to High Chaparral, or 110km to Liseberg, or maybe a little shopping with a little over 40km to Gekås in Ullared. There are more houses in the same area if you are a larger company that wants to book houses close to each other. If you like to walk and wander in nature to pick the season's berries and mushrooms, there are many nice places. It's absolutely amazing. Welcome!

Cozy, traditional sauna in the best location on Skrea beach. A well-kept cottage with a fenced terrace. Only 200 m to the fantastic sandy beach. Only 30 m to service facility with all amenities, toilet, shower, dishes and laundry (access cards are in the cottage). The cottage has a living room with sofa bed and a double bed that folds down from the wall and a well-equipped kitchenette. On the protected and lovely terrace there is garden furniture, electric barbecue and sun loungers. Free WiFi is available in the area, no private wifi in the house. 200 m away there is a grocery store, open during the summer. Skrea beach long sandy beach is quickly filled with visitors every beautiful summer day. At the Båtsmannen block, a larger leisure area begins where there are excellent opportunities for walks and the like or to bring a picnic basket and sit among the rocks that are a bit reminiscent of those in Bohuslän. In the area there are also several kiosks, restaurants, indoor swimming, mini golf and tennis courts. It is about 3 km to Falkenbergs center with its beautiful wooden houses, small shops and a bustling tourist life. Taking the bus or cycling is just fine. Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a famous bakery / café and ice cream café. The nearest golf course is Falkenbergs Gk. The property is located just over 40 km southeast of Örebro and covers 15,000 hectares. In addition, approximately 1,000 ha of water is added. With the proximity to smögen, Kungshamn, Torp Shopping Centre and all excursion destinations nearby, you will stay excellent here. The cottage, which is from the beginning of the 20th century, remembers the time from the past and is today cozyly decorated and is ideal for family for four. There is a bedroom with a single bed – 80cm. In the living room there is a daybed that during the day can be used as a sofa and in the evening can easily be bedded out to a double bed -160cm. In this cute little K-marked 18th century house you get an unbeatable proximity and views of the beach and water, a lovely large natural plot. On the beach there are piers, volleyball nets and large grassy areas. The sleeping areas are divided, double bed in the living room, double bed in the guest house and 2 campingbeds on the sleeping loft. The loft has a steep staircase, so it is suitable for larger children. To reach the beds in the attic you walk through a space that is used as storage. A fully renovated fresh bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer makes the stay pleasant. The kitchen is small but there is everything you need for a cozy holiday. Resarö is an island near Vaxholm which is a lovely summer town, close to water everywhere, lovely nature for walks and the proximity to Vaxholm with cozy restaurants and archipelago boats both to Stockholm and further out in the archipelago's many islands. Just 600m from the house there is a bus stop that goes both to Vaxholm and Stockholm.

The holiday home is set on the same plot of land as the house that the landlord lives in. Your part of the land is secluded by a plank fence which offers you privacy. There are also tennis- and riding possibilities. Stroll through the Old Town and admire the picturesque view, stop for a coffee in one of Falkenberg's excellent cafés, such as Ståhlbom's. Take a walk along the River Ätran and admire the stunning view. Another nice place to visit is Tylösand, one of Sweden's most famous and popular beaches, several kilometres ling. It is situated close to Halmstad, a larger town offering shopping, culture and entertainment. Your holiday home is less than an hour's drive from Gothenburg, with it's famous amuzement park, Liseberg. To the famous shopping centre Gekås, in Ullared, it's about a 35 minute drive! In the northern forests in Västerbotten, you have the chance to live in a house from the early 20th century located in Kattisavan, a bit outside Lycksele. Here you can enjoy an outdoor life you will soon forget with the forest as a neighbor and only 80 meters down to the lake, which borders the Ume River, with access to its own rowing boat and jetty.
