On the entrance level you will find the social areas as well as the toilet and upstairs three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, one with a 120 cm bed and one with a 105 cm bed and a bathroom. You can place the two extra beds where you want, for example in the living room or basement. Via the living room you reach a nice patio in the south with an awning against the green common. Here are a number of play equipment such as trampoline and football goals you can dispose of. There are also several playgrounds in the neighborhood.
