The plot is spacious and secluded with trees and shrubs. Next to the sea there is a wonderful nature reserve and here the beautiful Suseån meanders into the sea. The cottage has two bedrooms with two single beds in each. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is open to the living room and here is all the equipment you need. The living room has both a dining area and seating area as well as a TV. The TV has no installed channels but can be watched via chromecast or DVD. From here you have access to a small covered terrace. There is additional garden furniture and barbecue to place on the plot according to the wishes of sun or shade. The plot has space for the children's activities. The beach in Långaveka is about 1600 m. There the children can splash around in the water and the adults can relax and sunbathe. The cottage is only a short distance from Vesslunda Nature Reserve. Nearby, the Suseån flows into the sea. On the way down to the beach there is a nice summer restaurant, which is very much appreciated. The summer town of Falkenberg is only a short drive away. Here are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops. The beautiful, long sandy beach at Skrea, is quickly filled with bathers in the summer. Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with serving and a temple with outdoor seating. There are several golf courses nearby, the closest being Falkenbergs Gk at Skrea. For those who are interested in fishing, there is the opportunity both in Suseån, in Ätran and in the sea. The house is of older style with character with new elements inside. You are welcomed into the heart of the house which is a large kitchen. The kitchen is new, bright and has a nice mix where the old meets the new. The kitchen counter is made of stone and must be treated carefully and the stove is an induction hob. The oven is a combined oven with Micro built-in. Here is a stove that you can use with the wood that is in the house. Enjoy the sound when it crackles from the stove on a late summer evening or when autumn creeps in. Straight ahead there is a patio door out to the back of the house. Here the sun is on and it is a perfect place to have your first cup of the morning. Next door is a fresh bathroom that is fully tiled. Spacious shower area with charming decor. Upstairs is the bedroom which is a large spacious floor with sloping ceilings, here you sleep well in a double bed 160cm. There is also a cot and there is a travel cot to borrow from the owners. For those of you who want to swim, there is a nice bathing place about 5 minutes drive from the house at the church's summer home. Otherwise, there are plenty of excursions and bathing places around the cottage. Take a day trip to the city of Nässjö. There you can play mini golf in the city park, shop, have coffee and on Thursdays market shopping. Feel free to visit the Railway Museum where you can learn the history of the railway. Here is a steam locomotive from the beginning of the 20th century, a train from the 1960s with 1st and 2nd class, stinsens expedition and much more. Another town that is nearby is Eksjö, here you can stroll around the old wooden town and also go on to visit Skullaryd's moose park. In the middle of the old cottage and villa idyll at Sandskogen between Löddeköpinge and Barsebäckshamn lies this fresh and modernly renovated cottage. Despite the fact that you only took off from the E6 between Lund and Landskrona for a few minutes, you are struck by the tranquility and the chirping of birds from the surrounding forest of pine trees. The cottage is located on the plot next to / in front of the owner's house, with its own wooden deck to round off the evening's barbecue dinner and sunset from. Beautiful shrubs and plants adorn the outside of the cottage. Youth groups are not allowed to rent this house! If you want to explore the local area in western Skåne, there are Bjärred's and Lomma's long dunes that invite you to wonderful bathing days, the cultural city of Lund and Malmö a few more miles south. To the north is Järavallens Strövområde with beautiful beech forests, sheep pastures and nice barbecue areas by the Saxtorp lakes. The shopping center Centrum Syd with a large selection of shops, grocery stores and restaurants is at a convenient distance only a few minutes from the cottage. The cottage is located on a quiet street with little traffic between the second summer - and year-round house and 10 m from the owner's home, which is not always in place. However, as a tenant you can not use the owner's pavilion, outdoor kitchen and spa pool. GOOD TO KNOW: Power is only included up to SEK 500, if it exceeds SEK 500 the owner will charge extra. In this charming cottage you are thrown back in time. Here you can enjoy the simplicity of a croft that breathes history and live life in the country as in the past, but with today's comforts. You go here to get relaxation close to nature. Here are fantastic berry and mushroom forests and wild strawberries along the endless gravel roads. Here you get birds, foxes, deer and even Icelandic horses close by and you live next door to nice birch groves. For those who want more and other activities, it is not far to Växjö which is a city full of activities, restaurants and culture. The owners have preserved the cottage almost as it may once have looked. In the spring of 2021, a completely new bathroom was built. The cottage has a large and cozy living room with a sofa bed and dining table. The sofa bed is best suited for 2 children to sleep in, not 2 adults. In the living room there is no TV or anything else that disturbs, but here there is time for socializing or to curl up on the couch and read a good book in the evening. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people. The bunk beds are 105 cm each. Next to the bedroom is the kitchen. Good to know is that the owners of the cottage live next door to the cottage, but you still feel with the help of a fence that you have your own plot with little visibility. Here you can enjoy a full day on the beach which is one of Sweden's longest sandy beaches and Skummelövstrand is a distinctive seaside resort. Skummeslövsstrand is a popular seaside resort and for those who are tired of the sea can go to Skummeslövsbadet about 500 away. It features a temperate seawater pool of 80 feet. By the pool there is also a kiosk with easier consumption. The garden outside the house is large and invites you to play. At the back you have a private exit with its own small path directly to the sea. In the building next door is the laundry room and under the roof at the back you can hang bath towels. If you want to make a day trip visit Svarvareskogen, a green oasis with a large number of hiking trails and two exercise trails. For those who like tennis take you to Skummeslövs Tennisklubb, one of Sweden's largest tennis facilities. If you like adventure, you should take on Kungsbygget Adventure Park, they offer active experiences with summer tort, zipline, climbing, cycling and bungee rocket. There's a lot to do and see here. Welcome to beautiful Lalleröd on the southwest side of Orust. Here you live with proximity to the sea, magical views on top of the mountain, beautiful nature and a variety of attractions. The cottage is located at the end of the road with a large lawn and a private terrace safely behind the mountain. Bring your coffee cup and walk the last steps up to the top in the morning and enjoy the sunrise or towards the evening the famous sunset. A few steps up to the entrance door you enter the hall of the cottage with direct connection to fresh fully tiled bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Straight ahead there is a dining area for 4 and to the left an open kitchen. Inside the kitchen is one of the bedrooms which has a day bed 80cm and which out bed becomes 160cm. In the same room there is also a single bed - 80cm. From the hall to the right you enter the living room. Here is a large cozy u-sofa and a TV of a larger model. In the middle of the house there is a wood burning stove for cozy evenings. Inside the living room there is another bedroom with a double bed - 160cm. Via a balcony door you come out to the bright and lovely glazed veranda with large sliding sections that make the inside feel like the outside. There is another dining area with seating for 6 people. The cottage has a high chair and also a travel cot for the youngest holidaymaker. Feel free to make an excursion to the nearby picturesque island of Lyr which can be reached via a free car ferry with a crossing in just 3 minutes. Lyrön was formerly called a Bohuslän in miniature with its bare, barren sea side and green, leafy inside. Here are ancient monuments from the Bronze Age, idyllic, green surroundings with small roads and several nice bathing places. On the island there is also the well-visited Restaurant Bryggvingen which also has a fish shop and is open in summer. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly called "Little Ullared" and is only 15 minutes from the cottage. Otherwise, take a trip to Gothenburg with Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Universeum which is only 30 minutes from the cottage. The cottage, which is from the beginning of the 20th century, breathes history and memories from the past. Small cozy hall at the back of the cottage leads into the kitchen complete with the equipment you need for your stay. On the right you have a bedroom with a double bed and in direct connection bathroom with wc, sink and shower. On the left from the kitchen you enter the living room which has a well-stocked bookshelf for those who want to enjoy some new reading. There is also a sofa with two armchairs, a small rocking chair and a cozy fireplace centrally in the room. Inside the living room is the dining room in a beautiful glass veranda where all the weekly meals are enjoyed. There is an exit to the soft lawn and a café set for the morning coffee. From the bedroom with the double bed by the kitchen, a staircase leads up to another bedroom with a single bed. If you want to sleep 2 in the bedroom, there is a simpler tent bed to place in the same room. Fjärås Bräcka is a powerful ice stripe formation that rises 60 meters above sea level. It offers stunning views, walks, swimming and fishing. Visit Li's burial ground, Halland's largest, with over 100 Iron Age bautastes. At naturum, which is open all year round, you can see an exhibition about Fjärås Bräcka's education and the popular café serves homemade, organic and locally grown. This house is located on a large leafy plot on a quiet street in the cottage area Orrhammaren. The area is a large peninsula that juts out into Lake Orrhammaren and you have several lovely bathing spots a short walk from the house. The house has two large terraces, one at the back and one at the front, which guarantees many hours of sun or shade depending on what you are looking for. The plot does not have a fence but there are gates that allow you to close around the terrace. You enter the hall where the kitchen is located with an open floor plan with a dining area where you have a glimpse of the sea from the window. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and the freezer is in one of the smaller bedrooms. A living room with a lovely sofa that also serves as an extra bed, TV with large selection and access to the terrace at the back with plenty of seating for the whole family. The double bedroom has access to the terrace to the rear. The other two bedrooms have a single bed and an extra bed, you can decide your self where to put the extra bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, wc and sink as well as a washing machine, the laundry is preferably dried out on the washing line. For sporty people, there is a tennis court that belongs to the area and it is free to use it, you go there in about 10 minutes from the house. If you are interested in going hiking, it is easy to connect on one of the stages in the Sörmlandsleden that passes through Orrhammaren's cottage area. If you bring bicycles on your holiday, there are excellent roads around Orrhammaren that invites to long bike rides. In the immediate area there is much to discover with both peaceful nature and attractions in the form of castles and farms. The proximity to Flen means that you can easily buy food and other things that you may need for lazy, beautiful days. Approximately 10 minutes' walk from the cottage, by the large pool, you will find a place to play "boule" and a tennis court. There is free fishing in the lake! Good to know Cleaning is included in the rent, but you are responsible for dishes and rubbish. It is important that you follow the specified check-out time, which is 10:00 on the day of departure.
