In the villa, which is a terraced house consisting of four apartments, you have a separate entrance and balcony to the apartment. Your apartment is on half the ground floor. Free parking and storage outside the house and the stairs to the right takes you down to the apartment. Bright and fresh home with a homely feeling. Cozy sauna and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a hair dryer avaliable. One bedroom with bunkbed (80 cm) and one bedroom with a family bunk bed(120 cm, 80 cm). The apartment is equipped with all necessities. Kitchen and living room are combined in one with several windows to the large terrace to the south which adds a wonderful light and magical panoramic views. Here you also have a sofa bed for one person (90 cm). Let your eyes wander on the horizon and enjoy nature's masterpieces. In Tegefjäll there is a lot to discover, it is very beautiful to hike on Tegefjällsberget and pick berries and mushrooms. There are several attics and barbecue facilities, perfect break during a long excursion. Below the mountain you can see Tegeforsen, where you can also swim, grill and fish. You also do not want to miss Sweden's largest and most powerful waterfall, Tännforsen about 17 km west of Tegefjäll, which offers an incredible show! Ristafallet is also worth a visit about 25 km east of Åre, where the recording was made by Astrid Lindgren's Ronja Rövardotter. In central Åre you will find most of what you may need; shops, cafes, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, paddle courts and a charming square to stroll on. Take the cable car up to Åreskutan to enjoy the view. If you want to go on organized tours, there is a lot to choose from, everything from guided bus tours, sleigh rides with Alaskan Huskies dogs, moose safaris and fishing trips. The core of the house is the spacious room where the kitchen, dining area and sofa groups coexist in the light that flows in through the panoramic glass wall. The fully equipped kitchen works great for cooking meals that can then be enjoyed indoors or out on the large terrace. The lounge area with comfortable sofas invites to relaxing moments with board games or in front of the SmartTV (Apple). The exclusive feeling continues with high-tech solutions throughout in terms of lighting, ventilation, alarms, camera surveillance and of course free wifi. Therefore, we recommend parking the car at one of the free car parks available at Vens Cykeluthyrning or Alpacaboden to then rent or bring your own bikes to the island. Small but perfectly planned, that's what this little cottage is. Divided into 1.5 floors, everything you need can fit! The cottage is newly renovated and has both a new kitchen and a new bathroom. The kitchen is open to a dining area and living area. Which leads to the best with this cottage, the fantastic terrace but views of Kalmar Sound and Ölandsbron. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed if desired, otherwise there are 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft above. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling height, 1.45 m as a maximum in the middle. Which allows a person of medium height to sit in bed. But you can not stand up on the sleeping loft. The size of the house makes it perfect for a couple or maybe small family, as a eg a travel cot would fit up in the sleeping loft. If the family of four is attracted to this cottage, you could have the children in the sleeping loft and the adults sleeping down on the sofa bed and thus also in the evening have access to both kitchen, TV and the lovely terrace. The cottage has a new AC installed in May 2022, for a pleasant stay in the cottage even during hot summer days. Enjoy the summer on Öland on this terrace which has got the best view from the owner's plot. Summer breakfasts or why not long warm evenings out here overlooking the Kalmar Sound. In addition to a fantastic view, this cottage also offers a perfect starting point for exploring Öland while being only 15km from Kalmar and all the city has to offer. Straight down from the cottage to the sea is Saxnäs swimming area, and there is also the campsite Kronocamping Saxnäs, which has a restaurant, ice cream kiosk, sauna, pool, workouts and much more!

On beautiful island Vätö, just outside Norrtälje, you will find this wonderful place, a large house with fantastic space and high ceilings, tastefully decorated and lovely plot with direct exit to the forest. Bathing areas are located everywhere on the island, including a lake with jetty. The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan with kitchen island, plenty of seating areas, cozy corner, dining area and sofa, a glazed patio with direct exit from the living room, here everyone can socialize and still have their own space if you want. Beautiful floors that come from an old church, cover the entire living room. There's a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with comfortable double beds in two of the rooms and a bunk bed in the smaller. There are two bathing facilities, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a walk-in shower by the laundry room, and a guest toilet by one of the double rooms. A spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available. Please not that it's not permitted to charge your electric car on the plot. The plot is a little higher and has no direct neighbors, so it is free from transparency. A meadow is located in front of the house, where you can spot both moose and deer until the evening. Just a short walk to Vätö sund there are swimming opportunities, perfect for a morning or evening swim. A few km from the house there is a center with shops for the essentials, but it is not far to Norrtälje for larger shopping. The bus goes up on the main road, about 200m to go. The cottage is located in a small holiday home area and here you experience the peace and quiet with the forest in the knots. A perfect accommodation for nature lovers and close to central Örkelljunga. A short walk takes you to Hultasjön's nice bathing spot. The cottage has a large lovely terrace and a spacious glazed conservatory. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature and the sun during hot lazy days. Large and bright living room with sofa corner and dining area, a warming wood stove if any evening can feel a little chilly. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. One bedroom with a double bed and one with a single bed and a junior bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. From the living room you have access to the terrace and terrace. The garden is spacious and has both a playhouse, swings and a sandpit. Perfect for families with children. Broadband and free wifi along with a modern TV with viasats range can be convenient if any day is rainy. Outside the cottage there is a pool tub/outdoor spa to cool off in on hot summer days. Hot water or jets cannot currently be guaranteed. The nature with its lakes is very nice and there is plenty of game in the pace, even moose can be seen from time to time. Örkelljunga has everything you need in its pleasant city center. A good selection of shops and restaurants. In the area there are nice walking paths and around Hultasjön you can walk on paths and smaller roads. The bathing area has a nice lake bath with jetty, changing rooms with toilets, sauna and barbecue areas. In the lakes here are perch, pike and roach. The fishing license is valid for most of the nearby lakes. A bit north of Örkelljunga is Kungsbygget's adventure park. At Hallandsåsen you can visit Vallåsen's ski resort in winter. A short drive away are the beaches in Vejbystrand and also the metropolis Båstad. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest being Örkelljunga Golf Club. Örkelljunga also has one of the country's best mini golf courses. A few miles north, at Markaryd, is the elk park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family.

Here is everything a family with children wants. Large lawn that invites you to play, close to the bathing area and beautiful surroundings. You are welcomed directly into the living room which is bright with nice furnishings. There is a dining table with room for 4 people and comfortable armchairs. On the left you have a bedroom with two single beds. To the right is the small kitchenette where there are two hotplates on one side. On the other there is a bench stove with oven which also has two hotplates. Then you have a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Inside you will find the cottage's second bedroom with a bed of 140cm. Outside there is a barbecue area for pleasant evenings under starry skies. Out here in the countryside it is incredibly nice sunset and very open spaces. The homeowners live in the house next door and are happy to help. Inside the barn called "Sägnernas hus" is a dance band lodge / gathering place and you can also pre-book food / café from the homeowners. In the area there is also a magical little museum about the essence of the former "Folktromuséum". This is something for both children and adults. In the area there are fish-rich rivers, lakes and rivers where fishing licenses are required. If you like to walk and roam in nature, there are nice hiking trails. The house has been completely renovated yet it keeps its historical charm. The plot is shared with the owner, but there's plenty of private space in front of the house. You'll have garden furnitures and a grill, perfect for lovely outdoor cooking. If you want to explore your surroundings there's plenty of attractions close by. There is a lot to spend the days off with. How about a day trip by bus or why not rent a bike for 50 SEK/day or 100 SEK/week and discover the cottage's surrounding area? If you want to relax after the excursion, the wood-fired sauna is available to book. The owners also offer the opportunity to book breakfast or barbecue packages for self-catering. Then sour herring sessions can also be arranged if there is interest. There is also a restaurant just 50 m from the cottage, Folk & Fä, where you can book both breakfast and dinner, subject to availability. The restaurant has full rights.
