You are greeted by a large inviting terrace with outdoor furniture where you can sit at will and after the sun sets. In the cottage there is a small kitchen corner and here you will find the most necessary utensils. More accessories are on the shelves under the TV, including cutlery and microwave. The kitchen is a combined living room with a sofa bed 140 cm wide. To the right you will find the bathroom with toilet and shower. To the left of the kitchen corner you will find the bedroom with a bunk bed 90 cm wide and wardrobe. Walk through the garden down a small path down to Rinnaren, a small lake with a jetty and where there is sun in the morning, so why not start the day with a morning dip. Here you also pass a public boules court on a nice lawn for the public. If you want a larger bathing area with restaurant, toilet, sausages and ice cream kiosk, you can take a 10 minute walk to Flämslätt. The owner of the cottage has a summer cottage on a common plot about 50 m from your house. The cottage is only 10 minutes from Varnhem's monastery ruins where you can have coffee and experience one of many beautiful pilgrimage routes. If you want excitement, you can choose to visit Skara summerland, about 15 km from there or play on Axvalla trotting track which is also about 15 km from there. Good to know about the cottage: We recommend short showers when the water heater is small and plug in when you arrive. Welcome to a fresh cottage built in 2019 in the nice, coastal cottage area of Adriansnäs in the middle between the towns of Västervik and Oskarshamn. Welcoming hall, open plan with family room and kitchen. State-of-the-art kitchen with all equipment such as dishwasher and kitchen island with bar stools for e.g. an early cup of coffee, large substantial dining table with plenty of space. The common room part has a cozy seating area and flat-screen TV. There is also a large glass area with access to the large balcony (approx. 30 sqm). Perfect place with outdoor furniture and barbecue for both sunny, lazy days and warm pleasant evenings with dinner. The house has three bedrooms, one slightly larger with a double bed and two slightly smaller with a bunk bed in each. WC/shower room with plenty of space, underfloor heating, washing machine and very tastefully decorated. At the front of the house there is a garden and on the other sides of the house smaller grass areas for play and games. About 400 m from the house there is a public playground with associated soccer field. The well-arranged sandy beach with sauna is about 1 km on small village roads. The beach is very child-friendly with a long shallow sandy beach, jetties, jumping tower, playground equipment, seating, outdoor gym and nice grassy areas. Here at the swimming area there is also a sauna that can be booked for the cottage area. It also includes a simple rowing boat which is about 1 km from the cottage. Bring your own life jackets. There are also 2 bicycles (for adults) belonging to the cottage. Please bring bicycles for the children. Please note that the cabin is not rented for more than 6 people and not for hunting or fishing. It is also important that guests bring their own sheets and duvet covers. Not allowed to charge electric cars. In the area there are many pleasant hiking trails and paths in wonderful nature close to the sea. Along the coast there are several small charming communities and villages. The cities of Oskarshamn and Västervik, both about 35-45 km away, are well worth a visit with both shopping and picturesque city centers. Notice, that there are no grocery stores near the cottage, so (if possible) shop in advance at least for supper and for breakfast the next day. Not too far to the "Glasriket" with several classic glassworks. It is about 80 km to Astrid Lindgren's World. Perhaps a must for the slightly younger ones. The house is located in a residential area on the owners property and you also have a small terrace. Lysekil is in a magical location surrounded by the ocean. It is a charming and bustling summer town. From here one has an excellent starting point for exploring the archipelago, rent a kayak or take a bicycling trip. There are lots of events and attractions for the entire family during summer time. Lysekil is a town abundant in beautiful sandy shallow beaches, perfect for the entire family.

The holiday home comes with two bedrooms, the master bedroom is suitable for two people. There is a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. The kitchen is also spacious and comes with almost everything you could need. The single bathroom has a toilet, a wash basin, and a shower, renovated 2022. The basement,which includes a laundry room, can be accessed via staircase from the outside of the house. The garden is a great place for fun and games and of course is perfect for simply relaxing by the lake. For those interested in playing golf, Vittsjö Golfklubb is within reach, only 20 kilometres away.
