Pets are welcome, and for guests bringing dogs, a large enclosed dog yard is available. In summer, the beautiful Jämtland nature invites you to enjoy fishing, hiking, and berry picking. The famous Vildmarksvägen (The Wilderness Road) runs nearby, taking you through dramatic landscapes of mountains, waterfalls, and untouched wilderness. Along the way, you'll find many scenic destinations, including Hällingsåfallet, Stora Blåsjön, and other natural highlights. In winter, the area offers excellent opportunities for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice fishing. Electric car charging is available in the village of Lidsjöberg, though not directly at the house. Perfect accommodation for a couple, fishing buddies or a small family who want to look around the wonderful archipelago. The house, which is built on a rock, has a wonderful view of the lush garden. On the spacious terrace there is outdoor furniture to eat meals at or relax in. The bright home has an open plan with a sofa bed in one part of the room and a kitchen for self-catering in the other part. There is kitchen equipment and a dining table with chairs for 4 people. A lounge chair with a footstool for extra relaxation and plenty of storage space. An attic ladder to the sleeping loft with limited ceiling height only has mattresses on the floor and is recommended for children of an appropriate age. The tiled bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower cabin. A short walk from the house there is a beautiful view with outdoor furniture that is made for a cozy evening at sunset over Karlskrona. From here a slope down to the jetty with additional furniture to sit at and a barbecue to use. The bathing ladder makes it easy to get down for a swim in the lovely sea with a sandy bottom. A more child-friendly beach a short drive away is in Trummenäs. A summer open restaurant and Viking village can be visited at the bridgehead on the neighboring island of Senoren. The archipelago traffic boats also depart from here, which easily take you into Karlskrona city. Attractions such as the Marine Museum can be highly recommended. Bicycles and boats can be rented from the owner on site. Wood-fired sauna is included but needs to be booked in advance by guests who wish this, contact the owner. The house has its own entrance and parking. Deposit is paid upon arrival to the owner directly.

Through the gate at the front of the house you reach the entrance on the wooden deck that surrounds 3 of the house's sides. The hall is spacious and inviting with an open plan between the kitchen and living room. There is a stove to burn in for warmth and increased coziness. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and has room for everyone around the dining room furniture. With double exits to the terrace, it is close to the grill and outdoor furniture to gather around for shared meals. Bedroom with bunk bed for 2 people on the lower level. Open staircase to the upper floor with high ceilings has another large living room. A sofa set with various board games to use during your stay is available here. Patio door to a larger furnished balcony with endless views of the sea and a smaller balcony at the front of the house also here with fantastic views. The bedroom with an open view up to the ridge has a double bed and a single bed under the sloping ceiling. Downstairs there is a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. There are several child-friendly long sandy beaches in the area. Alholmen, which is the closest, also has a convenience store, ice cream and a summer restaurant with full rights. Gummagården's farm shop with home furnishings, clothes and locally grown vegetables can be recommended. Eriksberg's wildlife safari, half an hour's drive away, offers beautiful nature with freely roaming Swedish wild animals. There are also hiking trails around the area and a suspension bridge over the bay. The holiday home is located midway between Karlshamn and Sölvesborg, both of which are small town idylls to discover.

**Forest oasis with spa, sauna and two accommodations ** Welcome to a natural accommodation in a beautiful forest environment, where you have a total of four beds spread over two buildings – a cozy cabin up in the forest and a separate annex about 150 meters further down. The cabin and annex are located on a plot that is shared with the homeowner's main house. A place that is secluded and peaceful, but still easy to find thanks to the main house being located close to a major road. Here you live in a clearing with the forest as your closest neighbor. Parking options are available both down by the road and halfway up to the cabin, and if you have a four-wheel drive car it is usually possible to drive all the way there. Inside the cottage you will find a kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and a countertop dishwasher as well as a dining table with chairs. The bedroom has a smaller double bed (140 cm), and the living room invites you to relax with a spacious sofa, TV with Chromecast and a wood-burning stove that spreads warmth during chilly evenings. The bathroom has a shower, combustion toilet, washbasin and washing machine. There is also wifi here, which is not available in the annex. Outside the cottage there is a terrace and in the storage room at the back you will find a portable grill - perfect for summer evening dinner. For families with children, there is both a travel cot and high chair to borrow - just let us know before arrival. The annex has two more sleeping places in the form of two larger mattresses in a loft. Please note that the loft is reached via a steep ladder and that it is not standing height. The annex has lounge furniture, a microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a regular toilet with a sink. Cooking is done up in the cottage. There is also a lovely spa with a shower, a sauna for about 6 people and an indoor jacuzzi for two. On the spacious terrace there is also a wood-fired hot tub that can accommodate about four people - a perfect place for relaxation under a starry sky. The accommodation is surrounded by dense, living forest where you can fill your basket with berries and mushrooms during the season. Enjoy warm summer evenings in a quiet area surrounded by forest and beautiful pastures. The cottage has a combined living room and an open kitchen with all equipment. There is a small dining area and a sofa bed for two people, TV with Swedish channels, A small staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a double bed (170). The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower and a washing machine/dryer. On the patio you can enjoy the tranquility under a terrace awning. There is also an electric grill. If you cooperate with the owner, you can charge your electric car for a fee. The area by the cottage has nice and beautiful walking paths. Nearby is the beautiful Grimejön whose cliffs invite you to rest and enjoy. Here you will also find the nature reserve with Bexel's talking stones, a different and exciting excursion destination. Here is also the radio station in Grimeton, which in 1994 was included on UNESCO's list of the "cultural and natural environments in the world and which are considered to be incomparably the most outstanding". A little further away is the Åkulla beech forests as a very attractive area. There are many nice places to visit and many hiking trails. Visit the Bockstensmannen grave. For those interested in fishing, there are several lakes in the area that offer good fishing. A fishing license is required. Åkulla FVO. In Skällingesjön there is a lovely public swimming area with a sandy beach, jetty, diving tower, etc. For those interested in golf, Varbergs Gk Ö is almost within walking distance. The course borders Grimsjön. Varberg is a real summer town with a crowd of people, restaurants, cafes and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and is visible from afar. Take a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea.

Here you can walk down to the sea and enjoy a refreshing swim from the bathing jetty. It is also close to the beautiful sandy beach of Garnkullaviks Stugby. It is also not far from the wonderful beaches of Böda. There are two patios where you can enjoy. Lean back in the comfortable sun loungers for a restful rest. The house has a kitchen with a nice dining room. In the beautiful living room there is a larger dining area and comfortable armchairs. Here the roof is open up to the ridge, which gives a lovely space. There are patio doors out to the back patio where you can enjoy the fantastic seaview and Öland's North Lighthouse. You sleep in the house's three bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with two single beds, the other two bedrooms are equipped with two built-in bunk beds each. Please note that these bunk beds are only 190cm long. There is a toilet with a sink and a newly renovated shower room. Not for rent to youth groups or parties. Maximum number of people is 6. It is not allowed to park a camper van, which means that there will be more people staying in the house. Not allowed to charge electric cars. There is a guesthouse in Grankullavik that serves food. At the cottage village there is a playground, rafts, docks and rental of bicycles, rowing boats and a tennis court. Here you will live perfectly for just taking it easy but also for exploring Öland. Here are Öland's finest sand and pebble beaches. Don't miss cozy Byxelkrok where you can stroll around among the small shops in the lake cottages in the harbor. There are plenty of fine restaurants and ice cream cafes. Trollskogen is close by for those who want to hike in exciting nature that brings to mind the world of fairy tales. Byrum's raukar and beautiful beaches are also well worth a visit. A grocery store that also carries Apoteket and Systembolaget is located in Byxelkrok.
