A wonderful holiday home with high standards and an amazing panoramic view over the ocean, located on the island Vindön. Start the day with an early morning swim from the private bridge, later you can sit down on the patio and admire the amazing view. This is a perfect holiday home for families or couples who got high standards, and would like to be able to relax and feel well during all the seasons of the year. The holiday home is build during the 40´s, and where later renovated in 2014 with many of the original details left intact. On the entry you can find a fully tiled bathroom with a beautiful ship door, the laundry room and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room is on the upper floor is equipped with a TV-corner and a inviting wood burning stove and has a exit to the lovely patio which goes around the house and where you will have an amazing view over the Hafstens fjord. There is also a modern kitchen on this level equipped with a gas cooker, followed with two bedrooms where one of them has two folding bunk beds.You can rent a rowing boat, a canoo or/and a motor to the boat. Due to the steep location, the house is not suitable for small children. There is only 40m to the private bridge which belongs to the property (which is sheared with the owner). If you want to go on some lovely bathing or fishing trips there is a boat docked at the bridge which you can rent from the owner. There is some outdoor furniture and a barbeque which you can use to enjoy the incredibly setting. There are several small beaches nearby; to Vindöns camping there is approximately 1 km, where you can bathe from the beach or the nearby cliffs, there is also the opportunity where you can rent a pedalo, there is also a playground and a convenience store where you can buy fresh bread for breakfast among other things. If you want to visit the Hafsten resort with spa, restaurant, sandy beach and waterslide, there is approximately a 7km car ride away or you can take the boat across the straits (about 1km). There is approximately 9 km to the central town of Henan where you can get all kinds of services, there are also many events organize here during the summer period. The closet supermarket lies in Rotviksbro and is about 5 km away. If you want you go shopping there is Torps shopping center just a few minutes car ride away from you holiday home, which has around 80 different kinds of shops. On Orust you can find many kinds of activities, there is kayaking, diving, fishing, golf or you can just enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful nature in the area. You can also visit the small charming fishing communities named Hälleviksstrand and Mollösund. The big city of Gothenburg is 80 km away. Very well maintained, modern and fresh smaller cabin with a fantastic location for excursions near and far. Your cabin consists of a combined living room/kitchen and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a toilet/shower. In addition, there is a large covered terrace next to the living room where you can sit really comfortably and look out over the surroundings. The entire cabin has been renovated and it is completely "tip-top" with modern furniture, bright and fresh. In the living room is the sofa bed intended for 2 people, it is 120 cm wide. A walk or drive down the hill will take you after about 800 metres beautiful lake Bunn where your boat is ready to take you on exciting fishing trips (fishing license) for pike, pike and perch, a fishing that is admittedly good. If you want to swim, you can do it from the jetty or take another couple of hundred meters to a good swimming spot. You live undisturbed with only one neighbor nearby and it's easy here relax and enjoy the time off. Outside the cottage there are large fine grassy areas, perfect for play and games. The area by the lake and the community of Bunn is very popular and in this wonderful environment, time passes too quickly for those of you who enjoy nature, the lake and the forest! If you still want to go on an excursion, you have Gränna about 10 km away and Jönköping 15-20 minutes further by car. If you want to go on slightly longer car trips, it is quite possible to take day trips to attractions such as Kolmården Zoo or Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby and in the other direction all the way to the west coast and Gothenburg. Keep in mind that pets are not allowed in this cabin. The electricity fee is paid on site with Swish or cash! But most of all, you stay safely at home if you choose this fresh little cottage and love peace, quiet and nature together with your family!

In the forests around your house, there are plenty of mushrooms and berries. In addition, you have a very good chance of encountering the forest's king, the moose. Short excursions can, for example, take you to the alpine hill Isaberg (40 km), which is also worth visiting in summer. Longer day trips can take you to the big cities of Gothenburg, Borås and Jönköping as well as to Astrid Lindgren's World on the east coast. Here you stay really comfortably in this modern and exceptionally well-kept cottage, close to the sea. The entire cabin's interior is modern, well maintained and fresh and it will probably not be so easy for you to go on excursions when you stay so nicely. The kitchen is well equipped with clean and nice surfaces and a dining area where you can see the sea while you eat. The living room is a nice place to be on and here feels undisturbed and inviting to be while the creek meanders the last bit down to the sea right outside the window and door. Adjacent to the family room is also a fresh and nice bathroom. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom maintains the same fine standard as the rest of the house. Finally, we have the comfortable and inviting conservatory where you like sitting on the evenings it's too chilly to be outside, but where you still don't wants to really retreat into the house. If it's coold in the conservatory there is a heater in the ceiling that you can switch on. Outside the kitchen there is a large and well-furnished terrace with nice furniture, barbecue and the beautiful sea view. The whole garden borders the stream and in the garden there are many beautiful plants as well as several sitting areas. Down by the jetty and sea there is a place that all the houses in the area have access to and here you are happy to settle down for a while. At the pier your rowing boat is also waiting for an excursion or fishing (free fishing with rod and hook). It is also possible to take a dip in the sea here down. Should you manage to tear yourself away from this charming accommodation after all, you have excursion opportunities in large quantities. Take a trip to Sölvesborg with you a bit of luck comes at the same time as the jazz days start, or why not a trip to Hällevik in Listerlandet, where there is a nice small harbor and a good smokehouse. The kitchen features the necessary equippment and in the living room there's a pellet stove, a TV, and free wireless internet access. The bottom floor bedroom features two single beds. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a sauna. On the upper floor, you'll find a family room and a bedroom with three single beds. Here you can take the day as it comes, angling down in the lake or go hiking on the fields. When you enter the house you are met by a spacious hall and from there you have a bedroom on the left with a double sofa bed and an extra bed. The living room has TV, comfortable furniture and a beautiful wood burning stove from 19th century that gives a cozy atmosphere if any evening would feel a little bleak. Here you can sit down with a good book and really relax. Please note that there is no wifi in this cottage. From the living room you move on to the kitchen which has both induction hob, dishwasher and even a wood stove. and bedrooms. At the kitchen table you can go out on the large terrace and enjoy your breakfast there while looking out over the lake.
