Here you can enjoy life outdoors – perhaps with your morning coffee in the hammock or a lovely barbecue evening at sunset. The cottage is spread over two floors. On the entrance floor you will find a large and spacious kitchen, equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven – perfect for preparing everything from breakfast to a festive dinner. There is also a cozy bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed and a TV, as well as two large living rooms. One living room is furnished with a dining table for shared meals, while the other offers a comfortable sofa group where you can relax and enjoy the peace. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also on this floor. Upstairs there is another bedroom, furnished with a 180cm double bed. There is much to discover in the surrounding area. Only 7 km southwest of Ljung is Mollasjöns badplats – a small, scenic spot with a sandy beach, jetties, coffee tables and a dry toilet during the summer. If you want to swim somewhere else, Norra Sämbadet at Norra Sämsjön is an excellent alternative. There are two jetties, a sandy beach, large grassy areas, a changing cabin, a barbecue area and proximity to Säms Camping & Café. For families with children, there is LillPuttLand – a miniature country with small cabins and playhouses, located at Noleråsen north of Hudene. Here you live close to the lake in scenic surroundings and at the same time have proximity to the coast. The house has two lovely balconies with outdoor furniture. From the balcony at the house's entrance you have a view of the yard and from the more secluded one at the back you can enjoy the view of the extensive meadows. There is also a nice balcony at the front. You have a large, bright family room with a dining area. The kitchen is fresh with modern equipment. The beautiful curved staircase leads up to the upper floor, to the pleasant living room with sofa group. You sleep in two bedrooms, one with two single beds that can be put together to make a double bed, the other with a single bed. The fourth bed is in the living room upstairs. You have a fresh bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. The whole house is in good condition and several of the rooms have underfloor heating. The house also has a fiber connection for fast data traffic. At Mulestad farm there are horses, sheep, chickens and a cat. In front of the house, large, nice grassy areas for play and games. The farm is surrounded by large beautiful meadows and forests with lots of wildlife such as moose, roe deer, deer, foxes and hares. In addition, fine grounds for berries and mushrooms in the right season. There are many beautiful lakes for swimming in the surroundings, but the nearest lake Oppsjön that you can see from the farm is not a swimming lake. It is about 8 km to the nearest village of Odensvi and here there is a shop, a small cafe and a large, nice municipal beach with a shallow sandy beach, jetties, bathing ladder, playground and outdoor gym. You can rent a rowing boat in Lake Trehörningen, about 4.5 km away, where you can try your luck at fishing or take a relaxing rowing trip. You are also close to the popular Loftahammar, which is known for its nice baths, its beautiful nature and archipelago. A must for the younger ones is perhaps a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby or Wirum's moose park where you can enjoy the moose up close. Visit the cozy summer town of Västervik with lots of charm, city life, sights and events during the summer.
