Here you live in a well-maintained archipelago villa with heritage, surrounded by green meadows and protected by lush forest. The house has plenty of space with its three floors and approx. 200 m2 of living space. The large, privacy-protected balcony is in a sunny south-facing position and invites you to long, lovely days outdoors. The plot is generous, with space for both play and relaxation, and with parking for several cars, it's easy for the whole party to gather here. The house has three bedrooms – a master bedroom with a double bed (180cm), a room in the basement with a double bed (160cm) and a smaller room upstairs with a single bed (120cm). In the newly built guest house (approx. 15 m2) there is a double bed (180 cm) and a toilet with wc and wash basin. In the main building there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for a comfortable stay. In the nice kitchen with dining area there is most everything you could possibly need. The house has four nice bedrooms. One with a double bed (180cm), the second with a smaller double bed (140cm), the third with a 90cm bed that can be pulled out and made up into a 180cm wide double bed. In the fourth bedroom there is a bunk bed where the lower bunk is 120cm wide. You have two fresh bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is located in the middle of Byxelkrok but with a secluded and scenic location where you can enjoy the peace and the nice view. In the garden there is a dining area and sun loungers. There is a walkway that leads directly down to the beach. There is also a jetty at the nice shallow beach. In Byxelkrok you can stroll around and enjoy the nice atmosphere down by the lake cottages in the harbor. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and ice cream cafes. There is a beautiful pebble beach where many people enjoy an ice cream or a glass of wine at sunset. You are also not far from Bödabukten where you can enjoy miles of undulating beaches. You only have a few minutes walk to take a morning swim from the ladder or the dock in the harbor. Then set for breakfast on the fine wooden terrace while enjoying some sea view. Here you can relax over a good meal as you follow the sun's way in the sky. You live in a quiet residential neighborhood where you have walking distance to all the services in Rönnäng. Here it is easy to enjoy both spring, summer, autumn and winter, it is a sheltered location with a mountain behind the cottage and a fence around the terrace. On the terrace there is a dining area, lounge furniture and sun loungers where you can enjoy. The house has an open plan with a kitchen, large dining area and living room. There are three bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other two with bunk beds each. The tiled bathroom is neat and fresh. There are plenty of beaches here. The closest are Källa Harbor and Tingskullen's white beach. You are also not far from Böda's undulating sandy beaches or Byrum with magical beaches and rauks. In Källa there is the popular Källa ice cream shop where you can enjoy a refreshing ice cream and let the children play. There is also Ninnis's kroppkaksbod where you can enjoy delicious kroppkaks. This is the perfect place to stay to explore both the East and West sides of Öland. The old coastal road runs along the West coast and offers stunning views. There are plenty of fine restaurants in Löttorp.

There is a large bedroom on the entrance floor that has beautiful double glass doors. It can also be closed if more blackout/privacy is desired. Upstairs there is the second smaller bedroom with a 160cm wide double bed. In the living room the sofa bed can be made up into a double bed for two (140cm + divan). The room is equipped with a door for those who want to close themselves off. Upstairs there is a toilet and sink. Under the stairs there is a slightly simpler shower room where there is also a washing machine. Note that the water heater is of a smaller size, which is good to keep in mind if there are several of you who want to shower after each other. The house is fenced for those who wish to bring a dog. There is a lot to explore and do here. Two houses away from the house you can rent a canoe. If you want to swim at a larger swimming area there is the nice Hammarsbadet 3.6 away with its 10-meter diving tower, floating obstacle course, mini golf and catering. Here you can also rent a wood-fired sauna, pedal boat, rowing boat or motor boat. You can see Garpedansberget from the house. Here is a well-known magic path with sculptures from the world of fairy tales. There is also a mountain on the other hole that you can climb and enjoy the magical view. Those of you who want to visit Astrid Lindgren's World but still want to live by the sea are perfectly situated in Gamleby, only 50km away. There are golf courses in both Loftahammar and Västervik. In Gamleby there are restaurants, cafés, shops etc.
