In the cottage's ground floor there is a spacious, open and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a small TV. Here there is a bedroom with two single beds and one with a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is a drying cabinet in the utility room. Upstairs there is a living room with comfortable seating, medium-sized TV and a large selection of board games. The large window area has an adorable view of the sea and the coast. There is a bedroom with three single beds and a guest toilet. The house has free wifi. The plot has several patios to choose from. There is an open pond at the back of the plot, which families with small children should pay extra attention to. In Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor there is a restaurant, pizzeria, street kitchen, mini golf and the very popular ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people like to queue up to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice swimming beach here. Just south of is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, restaurants, cafes and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will immediately reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Varbergs Gk, the western course.

A few kilometers away is a nice beach with a jetty, where you can also rent paddleboards and canoes from the owner on-site if desired. Perfect for a little trip out on Lake Mälaren to Sigtuna harbor, which is within easy reach. Lovely large summer house where you can enjoy the scenic location with fantastic views while you have the community of Högsby close by if you need anything. You have a large garden with a nice patio deck and outdoor furniture. Here you can really enjoy the tranquility surrounded by meadows and unbeatable nature while you catch a glimpse of Högsby in the distance. Take a walk by the wonderfully beautiful Emån, which runs so beautifully through Högsby. Emån is also popular for those interested in fishing as the fishing is good. Gösjön is a large, nice swimming area with a jumping tower and jetty where you can enjoy wonderful holiday days. There is also mini golf and a kiosk. The house's entrance floor consists of social areas, such as a kitchen, dining room and two living rooms with sofa groups. Upstairs you have a total of four bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other three each with a single bed. There is also a sofa bed in one of the rooms. You also have a beautifully furnished attic with two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There are therefore plenty of beds, but the house is rented out to a maximum of 8 people. The house has only one small bathroom, it is located on the second floor and is equipped with wc, sink and shower. Note that the windows in the houses are older and very fragile and therefore cannot be opened. Burning in the fireplaces is not permitted. You are close to more bathing islands and also the coast. In Oskarshamn you can enjoy sea bathing and a larger selection. Here you can take a day trip with the ferry over to Byxelkrok on Öland. You also have nice sea baths at Oknö. More Kastell, Småland's Grand Canyon with its 8 km long gorge is well worth a visit. There is a restaurant at the Aboda Klint nature reserve. You have two popular cafés in Berga that are well worth a visit, Café Tre Århundraden and Elsabo Herrgårdsscafé. Moose Park is in Målilla. You are also close to the Kingdom of Glass and to Vimmerby where you have Astrid Lindgren's World.

There's a highly acclaimed café down here, "Olof Viktors," which comes highly recommended. Also, make sure to visit Gamla bageriet – Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik on Österlen, and Glimmingehus as well as Örum 119, a place for a true pizza lover. If you want to try something unique, you have the restaurant Vyn along the coast between Skillinge and Brantevik, run by Daniel Berlin, who previously ran a Michelin restaurant in Skåne. A short drive away, you have Ales stenar, Kåseberga, and much more. For the children, there is plenty to explore, such as Skånes djurpark, Ystad djurpark, Tosselilla Sommarland, and much more. The nice beach is only 200m away. To the north is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and exercise area here. To the south you have the Skummeslövstrand summer center. There are also nice cycle paths both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. On Hallandsåsen there are also several lovely hiking trails. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smed with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. In the cabin there is a stove that is out of order and not allowed to burn. Perfect for taking both morning and evening dips. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The plot is enclosed via a net fence 90 cm high. Perfect if you are traveling with pets and also for smaller children. Mellby shopping center is within easy reach. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. Not allowed to charge electric cars on the plot. Electric car charging is available at Maxi, a little over 1 kilometer from the house. You will have a good time here!
