The kitchen enables you to cook a light breakfast or prepare something to eat during the day. The bathroom with shower is conveniently located next to the kitchen for your convenience. Outside the cottage awaits a nice covered terrace, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meal or relax with a cup of coffee. A lawn also offers the opportunity to play and relax in the warm summer sun. In addition to all the wonderful beaches a short drive away, there is plenty to do in Skåne and Blekinge within reasonable distance. Only in Åhus you have padel, mini golf, tennis courts and much more. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have as much beauty as possible. Other attractions and excursion destinations are Bosarpsjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center and Kristianstad Golf Club. At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more. The Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing areas and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out into the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing tours that leave from several places nearby. From Nogersund there are boat trips out to Hanö, which is a real pearl of the archipelago! In Nogersund is Sweden's largest fishing port, but they have still managed to maintain the genuine atmosphere, with the harbor tavern Skutan facing the sparkling water and the fishing boats. The village has old traditions and parts of the 19th century buildings are still there. This can be seen, among other things, in the plots' oblong nets, where people once hung their fishing nets to dry.

Either in the cozy bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed, or you can choose to climb up to the spacious sleeping loft, where two single beds await to welcome you. For the younger guests, the sleeping loft invites adventure and play. Please note that the house has its own character, in some places in the house the wooden beams or the doorway may be slightly lower than today's standard with varying ceiling heights as it is an older stone house. The steep stairs up to the sleeping loft require a little extra caution. We ask you to respect the private spaces in the house. This is a place for you who want to get away from stress and city life, where tranquility is the focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have large, beautiful beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach, Kivik and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.

The nearest restaurant is in Arontorp where you can enjoy the very popular dish "kroppkakor" and more. You have a garden with outdoor furniture that is surrounded by beautiful stone walls where there is another beautiful house that is not included in the rental, but you have the whole garden to yourself as this house is not in use. The house has a large living room with a beautiful brick wood stove where you can light a candle and enjoy the atmosphere under the beautiful ceiling beams. No fire is allowed in the stove. You have two stylish sofa beds that can be made into comfortable double beds with comfortable pocket sprung mattresses. In the pleasant kitchen area with dining area there is a coffee machine, bistro brewer, etc. You have a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There are plenty of walking paths in the area and it is a place many people visit to see the Arontorps rose when it blooms on Christmas Day. The lovely plot with blooming apple trees has room for all the family's activities. With only a short walk you will reach the sea with several different bathing beaches. In the spacious main cabin there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a modern Apple TV and free Wi-Fi and a dining table. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has a washing machine. One bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and one has a bunk bed. In the cottage there is a shower room and with the entrance outside by the entrance door there is a toilet. Facing the sea is a large, lovely terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, dining table, barbecue and a hammock. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. The cottage area is wonderfully scenic with proximity to two lovely beaches and a beautiful nature conservation area. The summer town of Falkenberg is only a short drive away. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. For those interested in golf, Falkenbergs Gk is within easy reach. If you want to fish, there is good fishing both in Suseån and in Ätran. Fishing license required.

The house, which dates back to the 19th century, has been used as a private residence as well as by Red Cross activities in the post-war period. You are already greeted at the main entrance on the veranda by an inviting, beautiful and contemporary interior. The house has been carefully renovated with well-preserved windows and high ceilings, but still modern. Here, peace can be found and the days are spent indoors by mixed ages in everything from playrooms, social rooms to dining rooms. A spacious kitchen with all possibilities for self-catering and with large fridge space for storing food and drinks. The well-proportioned bedrooms with varying numbers of beds and storage are furnished with beautiful interior details in different styles. Most bedrooms have a double bed, but there are also some family rooms with bunk beds distributed on both levels. A family room on the upper floor at the front with large windows with a view, has room for many people on the sofa in front of the smart TV. In adjoining rooms there are toys for the children, including a school desk from the past. The dining rooms downstairs have room for all 21 people for shared and pleasant moments at meals. Two bathrooms upstairs, one with both a shower and a bathtub. There are a total of 4 toilets, distributed upstairs and downstairs. In lovely surroundings a stone's throw from Lake Ylen is this cosy, newly renovated cottage. The cottage is not huge, but has everything you need and a generous balcony with a view of the lake. Enjoy summer meals here, or sit and enjoy the view. The cottage has a fantastic location, with a small path directly below the house down to the lake. A rowing boat is included in the rent, and a motor can be rented from the owner on request. More boats are also available for hire if desired. There is a bedroom with two single beds, which can also be placed next to each other if desired. Two additional beds are available in the sofa bed in the living room. In the large fresh bathroom there is a small shower and washing machine. The kitchen has the best location in the house, and has a dining area with the same lovely view as the balcony. There is also an exit to the balcony from the kitchen. The cottage is one of several located on a large farm that also contains the owner's house.

The bedroom is small and divided into two sections. One with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and at the back there is also a terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The guest house is newly built and bright and fresh. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There are several alternative beds in the room. A bunk bed with 140 cm + 90 cm beds. The sofa bed is for two people. In the annex there is also an Apple TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in both buildings. In the storage building next door, there is an extra toilet and also a simple outdoor shower. There are soccer goals and a trampoline on the grounds. There are also outdoor games and games for rainy days. The owner also lets you borrow a variety of older bikes free of charge. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis padel and mingolf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk.
