You live in a nice newly renovated cottage close to beautiful surroundings and fantastic bathing spots, such as Marum's bathing area - the best beach north of Stockholm according to the owner! The cottage is located in a quiet summer cottage area and a thorough renovation of the cottage has been done in 2023. The cottage has a spacious kitchen with a dining area and good work surfaces, the living room with a lovely wood burning stove and nice windows. From here you reach a large bedroom with an exit to the back facing the peace of the forest. In the bedroom there is a double bed in one part and a bunk bed in the other, no wall separating them but the room is oblong so you lie in each part of the bedroom. There are two more beds in a cozy guest cottage on the grounds for those of you who want some privacy. Fresh bathroom with shower and toilet located in the hall in the main house. ATTENTION! The lawn on the grounds is newly planted and there is no guarantee that it will be ready for use on arrival, but there are fantastic surroundings to enjoy. Youth groups and parties are not permitted. Only a few hundred meters from the house you will find the sea, where you can take a nice dip from the rocks or just enjoy the sea's fresh breeze. Marums Badet is a perfect sandy beach for families with children, with a playground and large areas to run on. The beach belongs to Marum's nature reserve, which offers nice walks. If you want to eat a good piece of food, the Farmer & Burger in Älmsta is a good tip! Nearby there is also Kröns Trädgård café, which is worth a visit. Further north is Grisslehamn, which is worth a visit during the summer, from here you can also take a trip with the Eckerö line. Also, don't miss a visit to Norrtälje, where you can stroll in the alleys along the canal!

This small cozy cottage is located in Grödinge in a leisure village, close to nature and swimming. After a short walk in rural surroundings, you will find the bus stop that takes you to shops and the commuter train into Stockholm in less than an hour. The house has a nice garden with patios, trees, lawn and a cozy outdoor sink. Standing outside in the sun and washing the dishes while listening to the chirping of birds is lovely. Of course there is a sink inside as well. The kitchen is open to the living room, has a round table with room for four people. A lake for quick dips is within walking distance, if you want a more child-friendly beach, there is one 2 km from the house. The area has a lot of culture to discover, farms, restaurants and cafes.

At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. Welcome to a fantastic newly renovated barn house with a rural location in Långlöt on Öland's east coast. The accomodation has been renovated with style and class and here you can really enjoy the lovely atmosphere and the fine material choices. Outdoor furniture is available directly outside the house or under the pergola if you prefer. A nice boule court is available for those who wish (boules balls are available to borrow). There is also a sauna in the bathroom that can be rented from the owner for an extra payment. You have your own part of the garden, the owner of the house who lives in the house next door mostly stays on the back side with a secluded location. The house has a large living room where you can enjoy the beautiful stone walls and an incredible space as the roof is open right up to the ridge. There is a stylish, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and a living room with TV. One entire gable is fitted with large window sections facing the road for nice light. A tall, beautiful spiral staircase leads you up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are. Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility due to this stair. Directly above the stairs, screened off with glass railings, are two single beds. From here, you have a view of the barn, but can turn back towards the hallway that leads you into the wonderfully beautiful bedroom, where you sleep soundly directly under the ridge in a double bed. Here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the landscape with the sea in the distance. Between the bedrooms there is a bathroom with toilet and sink and a large wardrobe. You have another bathroom on the lower level with wc, sink, shower and a beautifully glazed sauna. The sauna can be used against extra payment to the home owner. It is possible to charge an electric car by agreement with the owner for a fee. Here you live in the countryside and can enjoy fantastic nature and nice walking paths. Öland's museum Himmelsberga is only 1.9 km away, where you can experience historic Öland farm environments. The coffee house offers coffee and a good lunch with fresh, locally grown, organic ingredients. Many activities are organized here for both adults and children. Take the opportunity to explore the slightly quieter East side, where you can find fantastic beaches, views and attractions. If you want to enjoy a wonderful sandy beach with jetty, you can go to Bjärby badplats, which is approx. 6km away. If you are looking for a nice event for the evening, there is Kackelstugan where you can enjoy great artists in a lovely environment during the summer. You also don't have far to the West side if you want a greater range of events, shops, restaurants and more well-visited beaches.

Welcome to a fantastically cosy, sunny and unique accommodation on Östholmen, a peninsula north of Grebbestad in Tanum municipality. Here you live 10 m from the sea with a lovely sea view, salty baths and "your own" jetty just a few meters away in a calm and pleasant environment with the forests near the beach, forest animals and birdsong around the knot. Start the day with a lovely morning swim in the sea before enjoying your breakfast in this peaceful beachside environment. The cottage includes a small rowing boat, perfect for taking you over to the island opposite, where there is the opportunity to dive from bare fine rocks or for a while fishing for mackerel or trout. The cabin is also perfect for those of you who want to go out with your own kayak, there are many fine paddling routes in the area. The cottage and associated annex have been carefully renovated and updated over time while preserving the fine older environment. From the front porch you are welcomed into the cozy country kitchen with kitchen furniture and a nice warming wood stove. In the new kitchen area there is a fridge and freezer, microwave, built-in oven, induction hob, fan, coffee maker and dishwasher. Living room with a comfortable sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a 140 cm bed. The newly built bathroom has its own entrance from the outside and is equipped with a shower and a Cinderella electric toilet. Note that there is a step up to the bathroom. In the kitchen area there is kitchen furniture, stove, oven and fridge/freezer, however, water may be fetched in a bucket from the cabin, living area with sofa bed and TV, bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed. From the lawn you continue out onto the small headland where the jetty is located, here you can sunbathe from the rocks and enjoy lovely salty baths. It is not far to several of northern Bohuslän's picturesque fishing villages, eg Grebbestad, where in addition to experiencing the narrow alleys, summer shops, restaurants, you can also rent boat charters, fishing trips or why not a kayak to experience the beautiful archipelago outside. Several nature reserves with fantastic nature can be found in the area, such as Sweden's first marine national park Kosterhavets national park is well worth a visit. Also take the opportunity to visit the Vitlycke museum, which is a knowledge and experience center in Tanum's world heritage - an area with around 600 petroglyph sites. Here you can go with a guide, or wander freely between the outcrops and interpret the unique carvings.
