Welcome to Skutskär, here you live within cycling distance to the many lovely sandy beaches and rock baths around Gävle bay and the Baltic Sea. Here, there is plenty of room even for a larger group as you have access to three separate cabins. The larger house has an open floor plan with a cozy living room where you can curl up on the sofas and watch TV, and at the same time there is a kitchen and dining area close by. In addition, there are two separate bedrooms with double beds and a freshly renovated bathroom. On the farm you have two guest houses, one of which contains a kitchen area and a separate toilet. Here, two people sleep well in the double bed. In the second guest house there is a separate sleeping area with two comfortable beds and a sauna area with an adjoining bathroom. Outdoors you have two perfect dining areas with room for the whole gang and of course there is a good grill available to prepare delicious meals. If you cycle, you have about 20 minutes to the seaside. There are, among other things, Brämsands Havsbad and Rullsands Havsbad with kilometer-long sandy beaches that also have a restaurant with simpler dishes and you can rent Stand Up Padel, play mini golf, etc. Feel free to visit Furuviksparken, which is an animal and amusement park in Furuvik just outside Gävle. If you want to try your luck at fishing, you can go to Älvkarleby's sport fishing for tips and advice on, for example, salmon fishing. The Gropholmarna nature reserve has many fine hiking trails where you can also pick mushrooms and berries. If you want to go shopping or eat at a restaurant, you can go to Skutskär or Gävle or why not take a day trip to Uppsala.

A modern holiday home with an excellent location between Frillesås and Åsa. The house is located high and has a view of the coastline. The spacious terrace has everything you could wish for. Lovely outdoor furniture, shade under a sailcloth and at the same time a rural calm. A short walk takes you to the sea. From the entrance you have a very spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a guest toilet with shower. To the right is a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. Next to the kitchen is a living room equipped with both comfortable seating and dining area. There is a large TV, Apple TV and stereo with Bluetooth. There is broadband and free wifi throughout the house. In the other part of the house there is another spacious bedroom with two bunk beds and a single sofa bed for two people. The bathroom here also has a shower. There is also a laundry room in this part. The lovely terrace on the entire south side of the house has both a dining table, garden furniture. And sun loungers. A stretched sail provides shade on sunny days. Outside the terrace there are two barbecues that you can use for your evening dinners. The plot is hilly and small children must be careful. The house is still under development externally with more patios. The house is not rented to youth groups. A short walk takes you to the beach where you don't have to be crowded with tourist bathers. The nearest public beach is in Frillesås, which offers both rock swimming and sandy beaches. Golfers can visit Sjögärde GK's 18-hole golf course, which is about 8 km away. Frillesås's center is a charming small community with, among other things, a grocery store and a restaurant. In Bua there is a picturesque small fishing harbor and several restaurants and swimming areas. A trip to Kungsbacka is a 25 km journey, Varberg is 27 km in the other direction and the big city of Gothenburg is only 50 km away.

The accommodation is located between Grisslehamn and Älmsta, which offers service in the form of a grocery store, good food at Boenden & Burgaren at Väddö Gårdsmejeri, which is also a nice excursion destination. From Grisslehamn you can take a trip to Åland with the Eckerö Line. If you want the pulse of a big city one day, Stockholm City is only about 1.5 hours away by car. Just south of, you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Everything is connected with nice cycle paths. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. There is very good salmon fishing in Lagan. Fishing license required. For those interested in golf, there are also several fine golf courses in the immediate area.

Enjoy the evening sun and sunset over lake Norresjö. When the evening approaches, you can enjoy the wood-fired hot tub. You take water from the lake to fill the hot tub because the cottage has a dug well that does not have the capacity to supply the hot tub. The cabin is in good condition with an inviting kitchen with a kitchen island that invites you to cook and socialize. Dinner can either be enjoyed in the dining room or in the glazed conservatory. Airy living room with large glass section that smoothly slides to the side to really enjoy the fantastic view. On the entrance floor you will also find a hall with underfloor heating, a fresh bathroom with shower, WC, wash basin and underfloor heating. Welcome to this sunny and idyllically located cottage with a large balcony, annex building and lawn for playing and games. Here you live very peacefully and comfortably with nature, animals and birdsong. Around the corner of the cabin, nature is waiting for you who want to walk along roads and in a forest environment, pick berries or mushrooms and maybe meet some of the forest's animals. 15 minutes' drive away is the sea, salty baths and the famous fishing spot Fjällbacka, along the coast you can also reach other nice excursion destinations and bathing spots in Norra Bohuslän. Just as quickly you reach the mile-wide Bullaresjöarna, lakes known for their many nice bathing spots and good fishing opportunities (fishing license required). The cottage entrance is reached via a small staircase and further into a large welcoming hall. From the hall you enter the kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. Here you have the best from the west coast, crab and mackerel fishing, salty swimming, boating and also Fjällbacka's summer bustle with shops, restaurants and cafes! The archipelago off Fjällbacka is considered by many to be the most beautiful in Sweden. If you prefer swimming, there are both child-friendly beaches, for example at beautiful Sälvik, or rock pools and jumping towers at Badholmen, located in the harbor. There is also a nice disabled-friendly bath at Badberget's bathing area. For those who want to go out to sea, there are several opportunities to take a boat trip with one of the archipelago's boats. Fjällbacka has an incredibly beautiful archipelago with many both small and larger islands. Via the Tourist Office, you can rent both a kayak and a boat with a motor to explore the sea on your own. There are also several nice nature reserves and coastal paths to hike in, don't forget the camera, there is always a chance to see something that is worth a photo and that can become a memory for life. Lovely cottage outside Loftahammar with its own private swimming area. Here you can enjoy a cooling bath from the rocks or the jetty in the magically beautiful bay. Enjoy the peaceful walk along the forest path that leads here, directly from the back of the house. Here at the cottage, you can really gather energy and just enjoy the forest, the sea and the peace that prevails. The cottage has a large garden of over 5,000 square meters that faces the forest. The kitchen is beautiful and nicely furnished with a dining area. The stove and dishwasher are of a smaller model. You have a large living room with a dining area and sofa furniture by the wood stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with four single beds. Here is also the bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Fires are only allowed in the stove in the living room. Own firewood included. Water comes from our own well and can therefore have an aftertaste. Municipal water can be collected at the fire station. Water cans are available in the house. It is about 10 km to the summer idyll of Loftahammar. Here you can enjoy restaurants, boating, a cozy atmosphere and nice bathing spots. You are also close to the summer town of Västervik, where you have a large selection of restaurants, shopping and events during the summer. Here you can also find the popular Lysingsbadet with a nice beach and water park that the children usually love. A spa day with lunch at Gränsö Spa is also recommended. Tour boats depart from both Loftahammar and Västervik to take you on lovely archipelago tours. Good to know: The water is from an own well. It is drinkable but may have an aftertaste. Potable/municipal water is collected at the fire station. Instructions can be found in the cabin's guest folder well on site. Wi-Fi is included, but max. 10 GB per day.
