In addition to Lake Tiv, which offers good fishing and there is also the rowing boat that is included when you rent this cabin, you have lakes within a few kilometers that offer fishing for noble fish. Down by Tivsjön you have access to a wood-burning sauna, you contact the host couple who help with heating the sauna. Down by the sauna, there is both a jetty and a dining area where you can grill the day's catch for dinner and enjoy it at sunset. If you want to take a trip in the canoe, it is down by the lake waiting. The cottage is from the end of the 19th century but has been modernized and rebuilt during the 90s. You have a small covered terrace outside the entrance where you can sit with a cup of coffee in the afternoon when you get home after the day's excursions or, weather permitting, eat your dinner. The cabin has a large cabin where you have a kitchenette and dining area and also a built-in bunk bed. In the cabin's other room there is a double bed and a sofa group. The bathroom is fresh and equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Activities for young and old can be found at Mid Adventure, which is about 30 km from Tivsjön. Here there is everything from a climbing park with a zipline to a beaver safari and paintball. If you want to hike and enjoy nature, there are good opportunities for this and depending on the season, there are a lot of mushrooms and berry fields around Lake Tivsjön. Welcome to a classic red cottage with white knots, where horses and cows graze in paddocks outside in rural idyll. The house is of an older character and is located on a horse farm. A perfect accommodation for a family or group of 4 people. Here you are in a quiet area but close to several historical places. The house probably has most of what you could need for your stay, there is a separate biochemical toilet in the bathroom, but still bright and fresh. The kitchen is rural with plenty of dining and social space. There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a sofa group with a TV corner. In the bedroom there is a double bed of 180 cm and a bunk bed. You enter the back of the house and you come straight into a smaller hall and the kitchen to the left. If you open the door on the front, you will see the garden surrounded by a stone fenced yard where the cows graze on the other side. The owner of the house lives in the white house behind Ert where there is also a stable. Pets are welcome as long as they don't run loose because of the farm animals and the road outside. The road is a minor gravel road that leads you out to the E20. The cottage is located near Mariestad where you can take nice dips in Lake Vänern or in any of the other lakes that are around. For those who like nature, you can hike, cycle, pick berries and mushrooms. Bathing areas are available in several places not far from the house. A pleasant and well-maintained holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The plot is spacious and partly protected from view next to a green area. A perfect choice for the small family. From the entrance via the conservatory there is a small hall and in the left part of the cottage there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. In the center of the house is an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The spacious living room has comfortable seating, TV (Allente) and a wood stove for the slightly chilly evenings. From here there is an exit to the patio at the back of the cottage. From here you have a clear view of a green area. There is also a laundry room attached to the cottage. There are also two adult bikes and two children's bikes etc. to borrow. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis padel and mingolf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). Welcome to a cozy house on a leafy and spacious plot on Vindö/Djurö in Stockholm's beautiful archipelago. The property has two houses, a larger one and an annex, of which the larger one has two bedrooms. One room has a bunk bed with 80 cm wide beds and the other a 120 cm bed. In the annex there is a double bed. The large house has a cozy living room, toilet and kitchen. The house has two balconies and on the back, which is very private, there is an outdoor shower connected to the water heater. A lovely experience out in the open. The larger balcony that faces the road has a substantial dining table with sun protection awning and barbecue. The plot consists of a large lawn with space for play and games. The plot faces the forest, so there is very little visibility. On the grounds there is a fireplace with a muurikka (stove) on which it is cozy to cook outside in nature. There are several baths in the area, the nearest one is 600m from the house by the jetties and sandy beach. If you want to take the bus into Stockholm, sollenkroka or just to the store, it runs 1.2 km from the house. From Sollenkroka or Stavsnäs piers, boats go out into the archipelago, where there is car parking. There are cozy cafes, restaurants and excursion destinations on Djurö, just get around and discover. If you like to hike, there is, among other things, a loop around Vindö. The owner lends out three bikes for pleasant bike rides. If you want to cut the lawn shorter during your stay, there is a lawnmower under the guest house for use.

Here you live close to several attractions such as Tjolöholm Castle, A short drive from the cottage is the village of Äskhult, a living cultural heritage. There is also a lovely café here. Fjärås Bräcka is a mighty ice ridge formation that rises 60 meters above sea level. A fantastic view, walks, swimming and fishing attract here. Visit the Li burial ground, Halland's largest, with over 100 tombstones from the Iron Age. At the Naturum, which is open all year round, you can see an exhibition about the formation of Fjärås Bräkka and the popular café serves home-baked, organic and locally grown food.
