Outside the lake a few miles from Härnösand lies this mansion gem, a 150 square meter apartment with a lake view by Lake Mörtsjön. Scenic surroundings with swimming area, bathing jetty and beach. Large common plot for hanging out and playing, fantastic places in the yard and down by the lake there is a sauna for at least 6 people that can be booked by the owner. The apartment is on the second floor and has three bedrooms, there are two double beds and one room with single beds. Kitchen with dining area and a dining room for several people, next to it is the large living room with a spacious sofa and TV with several channels. Wifi is available. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer for those who wish. For the stove and sauna you need wood, which can also be bought on site by the owner. High coast here there are several activities, detours and unique nature experiences to take part in: deep forests, high calott mountains, lookout mountains and cliff coasts, clapper fields, bathing coves and nature reserves. Sometimes you are at a level 250 meters above sea level. Nowhere else in Sweden can you hike as high and close to the coast as here! Regardless of whether you are a beginner or a seasoned hiker, there are stages that suit you along the trail. You can also get to the top with the Skuleberget cable car. In summer, you can ride the cable car up to the top and walk around and enjoy the view. The trip takes about 8–15 minutes up to the top. Härnösand, 20 minutes away by car, has a rich cultural life and a historic city center located on an island in the High Coast's southern archipelago. Welcome to this wonderful cabin with a panoramic view of the "Hafstensfjord"! The cottage is located high up which gives a magical view of the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of a private summer cottage area. This is the perfect place for families with children who want to be close to sun, swimming and all the beauty that the West Coast has to offer. When you enter the cottage, you are greeted by a bright and nice hall. Right at the front of the hall is a bathroom with toilet and shower. To the right of the hall is a large and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Here you will find a coffee maker, stove, oven and plenty of surfaces to work on. From the kitchen, a patio door leads out to the cottage's magnificent terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic view. On the balcony there is also a hot tub that can be rented for an extra cost. To rent the hot tub, you contact the home owner and the home owner's number is in the guest folder in the cabin. To the right of the kitchen is a bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm and a bed of 120 cm. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV and an 80 cm day bed where you can rest and relax. The dining table seats 6 people, so there is plenty of room for the whole family to eat together. With just a 5-minute walk you reach Lanesund's bathing area, where you can enjoy sun and swimming. It is important to be aware that there is a busy road between the house and the swimming area, so if you have children, you should be careful when crossing it. From the cabin, you can easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil or why not visit the Liseberg amusement park in Gothenburg, which is only about 60 minutes away. You can also explore coastal communities such as Smögen, Kungshamn and Fjällbacka, all of which are within easy reach of the cabin. If you feel like shopping, you can take a trip to Torp Köpcentrum or visit Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park. For those interested in history and culture, a visit to Bohusläns Museum is recommended. You also have the opportunity to discover the beautiful archipelago islands in the area. There are several archipelago boats that stop at picturesque resorts that are definitely worth a visit. Welcome to a cozy cottage in southern Dalarna. Here you will find a red two-storey house on a farm and with a large lawn with old oaks on the grounds, as if made for games and play. In the old barn you will find a barbecue, hammock and various games, such as Kubb (a sweddish outdoor game), boules and soccer goals for fun activities. Think how nice it would be to lie down in the hammock and read a book in the shade on warm summer days! Pets are allowed in this house, but of course you pick up after your pet so that the plot can be for everyone. The house has three bedrooms and all are upstairs, one double room, one room with two single beds which is slightly shorter and narrower, 80 wide and 180 long. The third bedroom has a single bed that is 90 cm. There is a bathroom with WC and shower here. On the lower floor there is a living room with wood burning stove and air source heat pump. It can also be set to work as an AC. There is also an Apple TV for the TV. The sofa also has a sofa bed. Fiber is connected to the house. In the kitchen there is a dining table for six people with a fridge/freezer and convection oven. The kitchen also has a working wood stove. You are in the countryside but still close to a small town, 8 km to a shopping area with Ikea etc. Ostrich farm with restaurant and cafe. 1.5 km to the trotting track, hence many horses in the area. Murbo-Anna with its own production of cheese, cafe and restaurant is about 9 km from the house. Torsång approx. 8 km away with canoe rental as well as cafes and more available approx. 8 km away. In the area there are swimming facilities 5 km away, Långsjön and 1.5 km away is Dammsjön in Solvarbo with a sandy beach. The lake is also shallow.

This coastal house with it's delightful garden makes an excellent holiday home. It is set in Brastad, north of Lysekil, “The town by the sea”. Lysekil is a beautiful summer town offering plenty of activities and concerts during the summer months. On the bottom floor you will find a cosy living room with a sofa suite and a TV. The little kitchen features a dining place. Next to the kitchen you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Please note that there's no door between the kitchen and the bedroom. A narrow staircase leads up to the second floor where you will find two cosy bedrooms with sloping ceilings. The ceiling height on the upper floor is comparatively low, about 180 centimetres. One of the bedrooms features a double bed and in the other there are two single beds. The bathroom is located in the separate annex and features a WC, washbasin, shower, washing machine, and your own private sauna! At the front of the house there's a stone patio with garden furniture. Lysekil is the perfect base for those who wish to enjoy the beauty of the archipelago. Take a boat trip and admire the islands. Or rent a kayak! In the centre of Lysekil you will find shops, restaurants and music events. There's a beautiful promenade by the beach. Don't miss the ancient rock carvings on the cliffs of Brodalen! For those who love swimming there's an excellent, child-friendly beach by Govik. There are plenty of lovely destinations for day trips, for instance the many charming little towns in the archipelago. Another attractive destination is Gothenburg, with it's shops and restaurants, and it's famous funfair Liseberg. Welcome to the town by the sea, a beautiful holiday destination!

A warm welcome to this charming cottage in Färgelanda! The cabin is located in beautiful nature and a wonderfully peaceful environment in southwestern Dalsland. It is well planned with an open kitchen and a dining table with chairs for two. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, equipped with a TV and a comfortable sofa that can easily be turned into a 160 cm wide bed. There is also an extra mattress for increased comfort. In the morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the small terrace and take in the wonderful nature, chirping birds and the peace. The cabin's power comes from solar cell energy systems that allow it to generate and use self-produced electricity from the sun. On the outside of the cottage there is a separate building with a sink, shower and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The cottage is secluded but shares the plot with the home owner. In the surrounding forests, there are plenty of opportunities to pick berries and mushrooms. For those who love hiking, there are hiking trails nearby. A recommended choice is Karl XII's väg, the most famous hiking trail on Kroppefjäll. The trail stretches over Kroppefjäll on historic land where Charles XII and his Carolines are said to have traveled on their way to Fredriksten's fortress in Norway. Only a 35-minute drive away, you can visit Evenstorps Gård, where you can buy organic KRAV-labelled beef, own raspberries and rhubarb. For the kids, there are several different animals to look at and pet, including mini goats, alpacas, Shetland ponies, mini pigs, rabbits and chickens. Within walking distance of Eventorp's farm you will find a unique rock carving, and in the Kroppefjäll nature reserve there are fine hiking and cycling trails as well as lakes where you can swim, fish and paddle. From the cabin, you can also make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan and fishing and boating communities in the northern part of Bohuslän. For those who want to spend a day on the golf course, there are several fine courses within a radius of a few miles to choose from, for example Dagsholms GK in Färgelanda or Torreby Golfbana, Bohuslän's oldest golf course, which is located in a castle environment with an English-inspired castle park.

The cottage is located in charming Rejmyre and close to several places to visit. The accommodation has a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a smaller sofa bed, the kitchen area has a kitchen table with room for 4 people and next to the same room is the sofa corner. There is a tiled bathroom with a shower and around the corner there is a laundry room. In the yard there is another room with its own entrance where there is summer water and a double bed. There are two balconies to access a veranda with room for 2-3 people and access to the large balcony of 100 square meters you share with the owner. Here there is a Weber grill, wood-fired spa bath, dining area under an awning and a sofa group, a lovely place for socializing. The cabin has Wifi and a TV screen for those who want to connect from mobile or Chromecast. 300 meters to the nearest bathing area, a nice forest path takes you there, 600 meters to the large bathing area. Getnäs About 1.5 kilometers away there is a summer kiosk, with ice cream, coffee and slightly simpler purchases of food needed for the day and a mini golf course. The swimming area in Bränntorp is a nice little swimming area managed by the Bränntorp road association. The bathing area is located by the lake Stora Gryten and here there are nice grassy areas, a small sandy beach and a large jetty. There is also a changing room here. The lake has a sandy bottom. For those who want to fish in the area, a fishing license is not needed. It takes 20 minutes to get to Rejmyre by car, here there are shops, restaurants and more. Rejmyre Glasbruk is a Swedish glassworks founded in 1810, Rejmyre Glasbruk offers guided tours of the mill, glassblowing in the cabin, factory shop and Hyttsill. Rejmyre Hantverksby, here you will find a lovely market feel with skilled craftsmanship and creativity. Here is Smedjan, which offers hand-forged interior details, tools and jewelry - everything from nails and knife blades to chandeliers and iron bowls. Find tasteful interior details at Hemboden and perhaps update the wardrobe at Rejmyre Kläd bod. Enjoy the day at the end with a lovely little afternoon coffee that you can buy at Café Det Lilla Annorlunda. Here they also sell Sweden's cheapest tea and many fantastic special spices! Stora Djulö Herrgård in Katrineholm, right next to the water at Djulösjön, summer time with cafe and events. If you want to go on other adventures and discover the big city of Norrköping, it takes about 35 minutes by car. Art and culture are a big part of Norrköping. In the heart of Norrköping lies Knäpingsborg with ancient buildings and its cozy restaurants, bars, cafes and lots of shopping. Worth a visit is the picturesque town of Söderköping with all its charm and the Göta canal passes through the town with its beautiful passenger boats. 45 kilometers from the house is Kolmården, the Nordic region's largest zoo, safari park and rides. If you want to go on a longer day trip, it is about a two-hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby, then you also pass the city of Linköping with all its offerings. Feel free to visit Gamla Linköping, which is one of Östergötland's biggest tourist destinations, here history comes alive and you can experience the city, countryside and forest as they were a hundred years ago.

Spacious house with sea view on beautiful Brännö in Gothenburg's archipelago. Here you live peacefully, close to the sea and full of peace in a real archipelago idyll, with lots of opportunities for activities and outdoor life. The island is car-free with frequent ferry traffic to the entertainment city of Gothenburg. With "bathrobe distance" to salty baths, you can start the day with a swim and then sit on the balcony and enjoy a good breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. A perfect home for the larger family or group who both want a genuine archipelago holiday and proximity to the pleasures of the big city. Nature, sea and proximity to town is an unbeatable combination! The house is located in a lush fenced garden only 70 meters from the sea and you have a nice view from both the terrace and balcony. The plot consists of both a lawn for play and games as well as a natural plot with trees and berry bushes. The house is on two levels, where the lower floor consists of a bright kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, one of which has a 180 cm wide double bed and the other a family bed with a 120 cm wide bed (1–2 pers) and an 80 cm wide upper bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower and laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs there is a spacious living room with sofa set and TV and access to a balcony with a nice view. Two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a 180 cm wide double bed and a guest toilet with WC. Brännö is a living archipelago island in the southern part of Gothenburg's archipelago with approximately 900 permanent residents. The island differs from the other islands in the archipelago thanks to the agriculture, piloting history, customs and shipping that have been the main source of livelihood. Song composer Lasse Dahlqvist has made the island famous through his songs. If you want to experience the classical dance at Brännö pier, walk to Husvik on the southwest side in approx. 20 minutes. From the mountain at the old pilot's lookout, at the island's highest point, you have a view from Vinga to the entrance to Gothenburg. The small houses and the narrow roads give the island a charming impression. The island is car-free, but there are taxis that you can order to transport you and your luggage smoothly to your cabin. Otherwise, there are carts that you can borrow to transport your luggage. 3 bikes are available to borrow and more are available for rent on the island. Also take the opportunity to borrow the boat, which is available for loan, as well as 2 sea kayaks for wonderful paddle trips. The island has everything you need! Shop with post office, restaurant, bakery, cafe and church. There are also plenty of bathing spots. The closest is Pannevik where you can eat well at På Brännö Värdshus and there is also a rustic and homely restaurant in the harbour. Via a narrow land connection, it is possible to walk over to fantastic Galterö. Here there is a rich birdlife and a lovely nature. If you want to learn more about Brännö's history, you shouldn't miss the small charming local museum in the middle of the island. The house is not rented out to youth groups, according to §3.3 of the Rental Terms. Welcome to a spacious house with a sea view on beautiful Brännö!
