Beautiful Byrum Sandvik has one of Öland's very best beaches with magical sand and beautiful dunes. Here you can enjoy fantastic nature and Öland's finest rauk area. The house has a balcony with outdoor furniture and the magical view. You have a large living room with a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa that can be made into a double bed (140 cm). There is a TV with Boxer's channel selection. In the kitchen there is a dining area, a small countertop dishwasher and most everything you might need. In the main house you have a bedroom with a family bunk bed. Then there are two more beds outside in the guest cabin on the grounds. There is also a small kitchen with running water, coffee maker etc. The bathroom is in the main house and here there is a combustion/electric toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. There is also a private outdoor shower in the garden. Here you are close to Löttorp where there are restaurants and shops. Don't miss Byxelkrok where you can enjoy the atmosphere down by the boathouses in the harbor, eat a good meal or shop in the small shops. There are magically beautiful stone beaches here. Welcome to cozy Strömma on Värmdö, here you live close to the lake with a nice view of Strömma canal. The house is located high up with a nice balcony with an unobstructed view of the water. The house has been completely renovated and has a modern kitchen with new appliances, a fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine. Opposite the bathroom is the bedroom with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two, here there is also an air heat pump for heating or cooling. The living room/kitchen has a dining table with four chairs, on the balcony there is also a dining table for four. An electric grill is available on the balcony. The plot has the forest on its side, and both moose and deer live there from time to time. If you want to pick blueberries, just go up behind the house. Strömma canal is a narrow old canal that runs between Fågebrolandet and Värmdö and here boats lock to quickly get out on Nämdöfjärden. It's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the boats pass by. If you want to take a morning or evening dip, it's fine at the owners' private jetty, but if you want a full day at the beach, Grisslinge sea bath is recommended, with several jetties, long shallows and jumping tower. There is also a nice cafe and a restaurant. It only takes 15 minutes by bus. If you fancy a bite to eat, there is a restaurant just 75 meters from the house. Summer guests and permanent residents gather here to eat well in the sun or just have a cold drink. Buses run frequently, both to Djurö, Stavsnäs and into Stockholm. You can also take the archipelago boat from Strömma into Stockholm, it will be a nice boat trip through the archipelago. The owners offer to book bed linen, towels and final cleaning, so you can just enjoy being here. Four-legged guests are welcome here and there are plenty of nice walking trails in the area. If you play golf, there are several good golf courses in the immediate area.

Here you can enjoy pleasant days and evenings outside on the large high-altitude patio deck overlooking the nice activity area with nature, soccer field and playground. If you want to cool off with a dip, the sea is 250m away. If you want a larger swimming area, you have a variety to choose from, both in Nynäs and on Oknö. You have walking distance to a fine sandy beach with a jetty and jumping tower just before the bridge. There is also restaurant Voss here, which is open during the summer. The house is from the 1960s, beautifully situated in an idyllic setting with approx. 10 minutes' walk to salty dips from the jetty with bathing ladder. You can get there with a free car ferry that runs regularly every hour and a half. Large, lovely plot with both a lawn for play and games as well as a garden area. Two balconies, one of which is under a protective roof. A perfect house for a family with children or a group that wants to vacation in a genuine Bohuslän environment. The house is on one level and contains a living room, with a TV corner and a dining area, as well as an exit to the one balcony. Lyr, or Lyrön, is an island south of Orust. The island has been inhabited since the Stone Age, but today mostly summer residents live here. Here are chieftains' graves and burial mounds from the Bronze Age for those interested in history. The island has no shop, but there is a very good fish shop & restaurant Bryggvingen, approx. 3 km away. Don't miss a visit here! They have their own fishing boat that lands their catch below the restaurant, so it couldn't be fresher. The island is to some extent a nature reserve and a lovely island to walk or cycle on. If you get tired of your own jetty, there are good bathing opportunities in several places, both beach bathing and cliff bathing. On the island you can also play mini golf, the course is 1.5 km from your house. Around Lyrön there are also fantastic waters for kayaking. A few kilometers away are the three charming archipelago communities Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and Nösund. In Hälleviksstrand, you should not miss a visit to Sjöbodscafét, which serves delicious sandwiches and pastries in a fantastic environment, in the middle of piers and boats. In Mollösund there are several good restaurants, cobbled streets with beautiful old houses and also a grocery store. Nösund has two fine bathing areas and the historic Nösund Inn with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists. Also, don't miss taking the ferry to the beautiful islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. To service and grocery store in Varekil or Ellös approx. 15-17km. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter in the middle of Orust with the bargain store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly known as "Lilla Ullared". The cottage for the small family in the S:t Anna archipelago Ramsdal and the entrance to Sandfjärden, 5 minutes walk down to the sea and the sandy beach which has a fantastic bathing jetty. The cabin is 33 square meters completely newly renovated inside and out with a nice new balcony as an extra room on warm, pleasant days. The owners live on the farm and you have a shared plot, but the houses are so well planned and separated that it becomes like your own on the other part of the garden. At the entrance you are greeted by a small hall with an open living room and kitchen, in the room there is a sofa bed and there is a TV screen for those who want to stream from Chromecast or phone. Next to the entrance is the bathroom with WC and shower. The kitchen part is a kitchenette with everything you need, hotplates, Micro, fridge with freezer compartment. In the kitchen area, there is a patio door in direct connection to the newly built patio at an angle, here there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Opposite the kitchen area is the sleeping area with a bunk bed. There is internet connected to the cabin. In the Ramsdal area you can enjoy nice baths and there is a football field and a newly built outdoor gym for those who want to exercise. At the soccer field there is a map of good hiking trails. It takes approx. 30 minutes by car to the beautiful medieval town of Söderköping, a charming small-town idyll with the Göta canal that runs through the town, surrounded by old buildings, shopping, cultural monuments and restaurants along the harbor. Don't forget to visit the ice cream restaurant Smultronstället, which will fill your stomach for the day. A restaurant visit at Fyrudden 25 kilometers away, the beautiful bright restaurant with panoramic windows and its absolute proximity to the guest harbor's piers and outdoor seating gives you great options to enjoy the delicacies of the archipelago regardless of weather and wind. You have everything you need within easy reach. A short trip by bus or car takes you to the lovely summer town of Varberg. In the cottage there is an open kitchen with everything you need. The spacious living room has comfortable seating, a large dining table and a modern TV. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Two bedrooms have double beds, one with a 140cm bed. Another bedroom has two single beds. In the annex with external entrance there is a bunk bed and a double bed (140 cm). The cottage is for 7 people, but upon request additional people can be admitted. From the living room you come out to a large covered terrace with a dining table. There is also a "party cooler" here. There are more patios with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The plot is large and surrounded by greenery. The lawn has room for all the family's activities. In Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor there is a restaurant, pizzeria, street kitchen, mini-golf and the very popular ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people like to queue up to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice swimming beach here. Just south of is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will immediately reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Varbergs Gk, the western course.

The cottage is free and rural with neighbors at an appropriate distance. You have three balconies to choose from so you can follow the sun's rays during the day. The balcony at the entrance is under a roof, so even on rainy days you can enjoy the outdoors. The area has a rich wildlife. If you're lucky, you'll see both moose and deer pass by the house. Explore the forests and pick berries and mushrooms when in season. Beautiful grassy areas, swings and a trampoline invites you to play and have fun. There is plenty of space here for various activities. Frisbee golf is offered in Mårdaklev, among other things. Only a short drive away is Scandinavia's largest shopping center Gekås in Ullared. From the entrance by a covered terrace, you enter the hall and are greeted by a warm atmosphere in the well-insulated cabin. To the right is a toilet with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped and has a nice dining area. One bedroom has a double bed (180) and access to a second balcony. Two smaller bedrooms with a family bunk bed (120+80) in each. The living room is bright and fresh. There is a wood-burning stove here for cozy and slightly cooler evenings. TV and chromecast (internet is not available in the cabin). From the dining area and living room you have a lovely view of nature and here there is an exit to the large balcony along the entire long side of the house. In the area there are a number of lakes with fishing opportunities. The closest is Stora sjön, approx. 1 km away. Fishing license required. Many nice lakes. Stora Horsasjön 2 km is perfect for small children. Lake Vitasjön 6 km away has docks, a sandy beach, shallow water and good parking facilities. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses in the area. It is a short distance to Flädje Ullared's fine golf course. The nearest town is Svenljunga and the nice summer town of Varberg and the sea are about ajn hour away. About an hjour away are also Isaberg's fine ski slopes with 10 pistes.
