Welcome to an incredibly beautiful cottage built in 2023 with very nice interior with only 500m down to the sea. The house is elevated in a quiet environment with trees and forest and other cottages around. The terrace goes pleasantly around the house where you can follow all the sun's positions. The lovely little seating area outside the entrance invites you to a cup of coffee and a nice morning. You are then welcomed into a bright house. The kitchen is directly to the left with lots of light and open up to the ceiling with spotlighting. Everything is very tasteful and pleasant. In the kitchen there is nothing missing and it is integrated with the living room. From here you also reach a patio door out the back but barbecue and outdoor furniture. Dining table for 4 people is provided along with a sofa and TV. Inside is the house's bathroom which is also bright with shower cabin, toilet and sink. Next door is one bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. Here, too, everything very pleasant. The stairs up are led by an oar as a stair railing, which says part of the wonderful sea feeling on the west coast. Then you are up in the sleeping loft with 180 in ceiling height. Up here are two comfortable beds 120 cm wide. Perfect for family or groups of 2-4 people who appreciate both the rural environment and the proximity to the sea. You live very idyllically in a scenic environment and on the slope down to the right there is a larger bathing area with jetties, rocks, grass and sand. You are close to all the nice gems of the west coast Grundsund, Lysekil and all the nice summer gems of the west coast. Bokenäs itself offers flea markets, summer cafés and lots of beautiful places. A warm welcome to stay at Oppstoppet 8, 932 52 Bureå In the Norrland forests in Västerbotten, you now have the chance to live in a magically beautiful lodge - completely renovated in a rustic style. Here you live both rurally and centrally in the village of Bureå a little outside Skellefteå. Enjoy an outdoor life with forest and meadow as neighbors and only 2 km to the sea and 1.5 km to Bureå Center where, among other things, there is a grocery store, restaurant and gym. The lodge is located on a large farm of 7.5 hectares which provides plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for different groups and families. Upstairs there is a day bed and 6 cozy built-in sleeping alcoves, 3 on each side. At the back of the lodge there is a large private lawn bordering nature, here there is a barbecue, long table and a pavilion with a massage bench where you can give each other a massage or set up the long table in the pavilion. This is the perfect place for those of you who want to have a different living experience close to nature. Bureå is an active village with close to 3,000 inhabitants and here there is a lot to do for everyone, such as having coffee in the local park, buying flatbread at the flatbread bakery, swimming at the sea bath Danielsten, hiking or fishing in one of the many fishing waters in the area. At Bureå Camping you can visit the Lego Museum, where one of the world's largest LEGO collections can be viewed. Skellefteå is only 20 km away where you can visit the Vitbergetsbadet with a wave machine, shop in town, or visit the Adventure park with obstacle courses up in the trees - a fun adventure for the whole family! You quickly pass by the hall and step into the kitchen where you fix some to eat before the day's adventure. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderups strandbad and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very talked about Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Happy to also take a visit to the Old Bakery – Örnahusen, Fredrik at Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children, there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. In the area there are good hiking opportunities with a view of the fjord and river. A trip with Munkedal's museum railway can be an exciting and interesting experience, the train has its turning point at the area's bathing area. Örekilsälven also has its outlet here, the river is a popular river for salmon fishing, many sport fishing enthusiasts have tried their luck over the years. In the immediate area is Torreby golf course, which is Bohuslän's oldest golf course, the course is located in a castle environment with an English-inspired castle park. The municipality of Munkedal has very varied natural areas worth visiting, everything from sea and fjord environments to deep forests with lakes and rivers. From Kaserna's canoe centre, an approximately 4-mile long paddling trail runs through lakes and waterways, a fantastic opportunity to explore a beautiful part of the surrounding area. From the cottage you can also easily reach other municipalities and excursion destinations worth visiting, e.g. take the local road past Saltkällan, Skredsvik, Rotviksbro stop at "Två Fröknar" which is a cozy shop with both interior design and clothes. Next door is the restaurant Stallgården, which also sells organic produce in the shop "Stallgården's skafferi". Then continue with some shopping at Torp Köpcentrum or why not a visit to Bohusläns Museum. From the cabin, you can also easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and boating communities in the northern part of Bohuslän.

Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. There are nice cycle paths. The Bjäre peninsula has become famous for its potato fields. Vegetables, meat, and potato vodka are locally produced on a small scale in the many farm shops. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to Halland's Väderö. Here you will find a magically beautiful nature reserve. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques, and several large chains. Ängelholm's Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park houses a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, resting, and eating areas here. For those interested in fishing, there is a wide variety of sport fishing in Rönne river and Lake Västersjön. Fishing license is required. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Åkaregården golf club.

The area is quiet and perfect for you who are a family with children who want to be close to sun, swimming and all the pearls of the west coast. The large house is homely and bright. The house includes 2 guest cottages, which means that you can stay a total of 8 people. The entrance is on the side of the house and you come straight into a lovely living room. The room is spacious with high ceilings and a dining area for at least 6 people. The living room and dining area have an open, pleasant floor plan. Here there are comfortable sofas and armchairs with a TV corner. A small staircase leads you to the kitchen, which has everything you could need. Here, too, there is seating for 6 people. The hall down leads to the bathroom on the left. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower cabin, wc and sink. Straight ahead is the house's one bedroom. It is a very nice bedroom with a double bed. The balcony of the main house invites you to lovely evenings and dinners. Between the house and your swimming area with a jetty to the sea, there is a busy road that you should pay attention to if you have children. Parking is just below the road or if you go behind the house when everything has to be packed. From the cabin, you can easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil or why not Liseberg in Gothenburg, which is only about 60 minutes from here. You can easily reach the coastal communities such as Smögen, Kungshamn or Fjällbacka from the cabin. Take a shopping day at Torp Köpcentrum, Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park or a visit to Bohusläns Museum. Beautiful Archipelago boats stop at several places with picturesque places to visit that are well worth a visit.

Here you are far from the noise and traffic of the city and can enjoy the silence and the beautiful location with good chances of seeing the animals of the forest passing by. A perfect cottage for the family who wants to live near the sea with salty swimming, service, and many attractions in the immediate area. Only a few minutes' walk to the small bathing area "Skogen" with both jetty, sandy beach, and rocks. Here you can enjoy your time almost entirely to yourself. If you prefer a larger swimming area, you continue about 1 km to the municipal and disabled-friendly swimming area with jumping tower, jetties, sandy beach, rocks, and lawn. Park easily on the left just after the cabin. At this nice cottage you have all the amenities you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. From the large terrace you enter the cabin and can immediately leave your luggage and shoes in the inviting hall. Straight ahead you will find the cabin's bathroom with both WC, wash basin and shower. When you enter the combined living room and kitchen, you are greeted by a large space with a panoramic window towards the balcony and the lake. The kitchen is in a modern style and has all the equipment you could possibly need, such as a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and much more. Next to the kitchen you will find the two bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a wide (120cm) single bed and the bedroom on the left a double bed (140cm). Up the stairs from the living room you will find the sleeping loft with a wide (120cm) single bed and a sofa bed for two people. From here in the sleeping loft you have a nice view over the cabin but also out over the greenery. The large balcony that frames the cabin provides plenty of sun during the day. By sea you can take yourself to various cozy islands, or why not go into Karlstad and enjoy the restaurant and entertainment options there. Around the cottage there are also good hiking trails to discover Hammarö's beautiful nature and rich wildlife. The cottage owners who live on the same plot are very nice and are happy to help if there is anything during your stay. Hammarö offers everything from cozy cafes, a recognized mini golf course to fishing, beautiful swimming, an appreciated golf course and much more. Barely a mile away you can enjoy fish/seafood at Lillängshamnen's Fish Smokehouse. Welcome to a cozy little cottage up in the fantastic Småland highlands. Lots of visitors are attracted here annually by the beautiful nature of the highlands, beautiful lakes and the area's small-town charm. The cottage is a perfect starting point for discovering most of Småland, e.g. Astrid Lindgren's World and Glasbruken. It is also not far from the cities of Jönköping, Nässjö and Vetlanda. Up to five people can live here. On the upper floor there is a bedroom, note steep stairs/ladder, with a double bed and a single bed. Outside the bedroom there is a family room which has a single bed, then there is also a sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. Downstairs you have a kitchen connected to the living room, and here you have plenty of space to hang out. There are a number of small, cozy lakes nearby, but for those who like to swim, the owners recommend Sandsjöbadet, which is about 6.8 km away. Regardless of whether you want to enjoy the holiday from your own lovely garden or go on an adventure, this cozy accommodation is perfect.
