In this kitchen there is a sink, fridge, coffee maker and two hotplates. In the large cabin there is also a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. In the beautiful guest cabin there is an open bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed of 140 cm. There is also a sleeping loft with a lower ceiling height where there is a double bed. At the back of the house is the third house which houses an extra kitchen area with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. Here there is also the bathroom with a separate entrance from the outside, which is equipped with a separate, sink and shower cubicle. The separate unit is replaced by the owner of the house. There is another swimming area in the cottage area with a sandy beach, jetties and swimming raft.You also have an inflatable kayak to explore the lake with. There is a smaller grocery store in Fagerhult 3.5 km away. There is also Välenbadet's campsite with a restaurant that offers simpler meals. There is a larger grocery store in Högsby. If you want to go to the coast/sea, there are Oskarshamn and Kalmar, where there is also a larger selection of restaurants and shops. You can enjoy day trips to Astrid Lindgren's World, the "Glasriket" of Kosta Boda and Kleva Mine. Even more local gems such as Aboda Klint and More Kastell are well worth a visit. Welcome to this house located in the parish of Ardre on a large plot fenced with game fencing. Here you live in a house located on land where the Vikings lived and there are many ancient remains to visit within cycling distance. If you are familiar with Viking history, it may be interesting to know that the famous Ardre stone was found in the exact place where this house is located. The house has two patios so you can watch the sunset until the last ray of sunlight fades or enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The house is built in traditional Gotland style, with stone, plastered walls and an indoor floor made of Gotland marble with underfloor heating. Preparing tonight's dinner outside on the charcoal grill when the sun turns the sky red and enjoying the tranquility is relaxing. The house has an open floor plan between the living room, dining area and kitchen, which creates a very homely and familiar feeling. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a very comfortable double bed and the other room is equipped with two comfortable single beds. Vitvärsfishing location is worth a visit, you can get here easily by bicycle, perhaps when you are on your way down to a day at the beach down in Ljugarn. Down in Ljugarn there is everything from lovely swimming beaches to restaurants and cafes.

Welcome to this comfortable house with sauna in Brottby just outside Stockholm. Here you live comfortably, rurally and with privacy, with the bath around the corner but also close to the heart of the capital with many activities. The cottage is comfortable and has ongoing renovations. From the entrance, you come via the hall to the well-equipped work kitchen, which includes, among other things, dishwasher. If you turn left, you enter a spacious living room with a sofa that can be converted into two sleeping places at night and a nice warming fireplace. There is also the dining area, which can accommodate many people. In the house there is one bedroom, the master bedroom with a double bed. The spacious and fresh bathroom is adjacent to the entrance and there is a shower, toilet and washing machine. Not rented out to youth groups. On the house's large screened-in balcony, you have sun from morning till evening. Here you can enjoy everything from breakfast to delicious barbecue dinners in different seating areas and part of the balcony is also covered. There is also an outdoor kitchen with (drinkable) water, where it is perfect to prepare the evening's dinner! Directly below the house over the grass lawn is the newly built guest house. Here there is a room with a bunk bed and a sleeping loft with a large dubbelsäng without legs. NOTE: The ceiling in the sleeping loft is low, no headroom! The bathroom in the guest house contains a shower, sink and a wood-burning sauna you can enjoy, no toilet. In the lake Långsjön, which is immediately below the house, there is a swimming pool which is for the residents of the area. Here you can swim from both the jetty and the sandy beach. A promenade of 5-7 minutes takes you to the owner's boating area, where you can also swim. You are welcome to borrow the owner's rowing boat to relax or fish either with a fishing rod or a fishing rod. Fishing license is included in the rent. (There are three life jackets to borrow in sizes approx. 30-50 kg.) For the golf enthusiast, you have several golf courses close by, including Brollsta GK or Lövsättra GK and here you can also eat lunch and dinner, at their nice restaurants. The houses are located on a large, beautiful plot of land which consists of both a garden, a lawn for play and games and a natural plot bordering a forest where you have a good chance of seeing game. Several patios where you can choose whether you want to sit in the shade or in the sun, the plot is beautifully delimited by a stone fence yard. Just enjoy the silence and the beautiful surroundings. The island has been inhabited since the Stone Age, but today mostly summer residents live here. Here are chieftains' graves and burial mounds from the Bronze Age for those interested in history. The island does not have a shop, but there is, however, a very good fish shop & restaurant Bryggvingen, approx. 2.5 km away. Don't miss a visit here! They have their own fishing boat that lands their catch below the restaurant, so it couldn't be fresher. The island is to some extent a nature reserve and a lovely island to walk or cycle on. If you get tired of your own jetty, there are good bathing opportunities in several places, both beach bathing and cliff bathing. On the island you can also play mini golf, the course is only 400 m from your house. Around Lyrön there are also fantastic waters for kayaking. A few kilometers away are the three charming archipelago communities Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and Nösund. In Hälleviksstrand, you should not miss a visit to Sjöbodscafét, which serves delicious sandwiches and pastries in a fantastic environment, in the middle of piers and boats. In Mollösund there are several good restaurants, cobbled streets with beautiful old houses and also a grocery store. Nösund has two fine bathing areas and the historic Nösund Inn with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists. Also, don't miss taking the ferry to the beautiful islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. To service and grocery store in Varekil or Ellös approx. 15-17km. For those who like swimming, there is a lake about 2.5 km away with a nice swimming area with a jetty. The rent also includes 4 bicycles, 3 adult bicycles and a children's bicycle, which can be advantageously used to explore the local area or perhaps cycle to the lake? If you would rather have a proper swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach, you will find it in Östervallskog, a short drive away. The cottage is close to the Norwegian border. Within twenty minutes from the holiday home, you can reach a lot, such as a lovely beach, shopping center (15km), magnificent nature and much more.
