Nice house with a large garden in Blankan, Högsby with just 200m to magically beautiful Emån. Horses graze beautifully in the paddocks around the house and if you follow the extensive grounds through the paddock, a magnificent view of Emån opens up with the forest beautifully in the foreground. You have a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The house has a nice newly renovated kitchen with a dishwasher. In the living room there is a dining area and sofa group. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out extra bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds each (lower ceiling height). The newly renovated bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine is on the lower floor. Burning not permitted in the stove or wood stove. Electric car charging not allowed in the house, but the neighbor down towards Emån offers this for a fee. Emån is known for its fishing. Fishing licenses can be purchased via Högsby's Tourist Office. Högsby is a beautiful landscape with forested areas linked by a network of lakes, so there are plenty of bathing lakes. Gösjön's swimming area with jumping tower, mini golf and kiosk is popular. There is also a swimming area in the other direction in Övresjön in Fågelfors. More Kastell, Småland's Grand Canyon with its eight km long gorge is well worth a visit. There is also a restaurant at the Aboda Klint nature reserve. It is only 10 km to Högsby with a grocery store and restaurants and 40 km to the coast with Oskarshamn where you have a larger selection and lovely sea bathing. You are also close to the Kingdom of Glass, Kalmar, Öland, Växjö, Västervik and Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World.

Newly built terraced house in beautiful Arkösund, a real pearl of the archipelago where the road ends and the sea begins. Sea view and a few hundred meters down to the water and the bathing jetty. The terraced house is new and modern with new furniture and freshly decorated, everything you need is here. There are two balconies and plenty of room for 6 people. The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor with two double beds and two single beds that can easily be put together to form another double bed. Open kitchen with dining area facing the balcony combined with living room, the room has large windows and nice light. Both floors have nice bathrooms with shower and WC and one bathroom has a washing machine and dryer for those who wish. Down by the harbor in Arkösund, the boating life is in full swing, here there are also nice wholesale houses with gazebos and nice punch verandas to view. Hike out to the viewpoint Badholmarna, which is right next to the harbor, where you can enjoy a dip from the bathing rocks, and why not buy a good ice cream or smoked fish along the way. There are sandy beaches, bathing docks, camping, restaurants and hotels with good food and drink. In summer, entertainment is offered in the form of music and theatre. For adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts, kayaking is popular, many want to try their luck at fishing and there are plenty of fish. Fishing with hand gear is free, but don't forget to check which fishing rules apply. From June to August, you can book a boat trip with the archipelago line that runs between Arkösund and Harstena, and don't miss that you can book RIB boats, play mini golf and much more. Söderköping 50 km away is a charming small-town idyll with the Göta canal running through the city, surrounded by old buildings, shopping, cultural monuments and restaurants along the harbor. Kolmården's zoo is 5 miles away. If you want to go on other adventures and discover the big city of Norrköping, it takes about 45 minutes by car. Art and culture are a big part of Norrköping. In the heart of Norrköping lies Knäpingsborg with ancient buildings and its cozy restaurants, bars, cafes and lots of shopping. There are many old industrial buildings that have been preserved and the stream that flows through the city. The house is not rented out to youth groups. Welcome to beautiful Östergötland!

Welcome to a charming and pleasant cabin in a calm and peaceful environment where from the cabin and its balconies between the trees of the forest you have a view of part of the Kornsjöarna, a lake system that goes all the way into Norway and offers about 30 km of paddling with just two short lifts. The lakes are beautiful and rich in islands and skerries. In the other direction, the lake merges into Kynne älv, a river that ends in a fine waterfall and further into the mile-long Bullaresjöarna with its many fine swimming spots, e.g. Sundshult. The cabin is a perfect starting point for those who want to experience animals and nature, paddle, hike, cycle, rock climb, pick berries and mushrooms or go fishing (NOTE: Fishing license required). In the immediate area there is the possibility to rent canoes or you can bring your own canoe, kayak or bicycle. The area is known for its nature and wilderness experiences, there is plenty of both untouched nature and rich wildlife, don't forget your camera! In the forests, both wild animals and birds roam and you might get the chance to catch a glimpse of a moose. In late summer, there are both berries and mushrooms in the forests, for example the 35-mile-long Bohusleden hiking trail passes through the area, but you can find information about it online. The cabin is nicely located on a forest slope that faces down to the lake, via one of the cabin's balconies you reach the cabin's entrance and further into a welcoming hall. In the open kitchen there is a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker, in the living room there is dining room furniture, TV, a warming wood stove and sofa bed. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed where the lower sleeping area is 120 cm wide. The bathroom has a WC, wash basin and shower. The cabin has two balcony areas with summer furniture and electric barbecue, one balcony to face the morning sun and one for evening snuggles, made for pleasant moments and conversations when you review the day's events or plan for new ones. The house has his own jetty at the lake nearby. In the area there are several excursion destinations such as Älgafallet, a magnificent waterfall with a height of 46 m, well worth a visit. The river above the falls forms the very border between Sweden and Norway. Visit the moose park in Dals Ed or take a trip across the border to Norway and Halden for a visit to Fredriksten's fortress or why not to Strömstad, a city by the sea with a large selection of activities during the summer, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are close each other and if you feel like a salty, cooling dip in the summer heat, it's a short distance to the sea, cliffs and swimming, feel free to take one of the bathing boats out to one of the islands in the Strömstad archipelago. From Strömstad, there is also a ferry to the Koster Islands, Sweden's westernmost islands with a resident population. Near the cabin you will also find the Åmål ski center, which offers both cross-country and downhill skiing. Good to know: Firewood is not included. Can be bought at the nearest grocery store. Please note that charging electric cars is not permitted.

Now you have a unique opportunity to live with a sea view at Eriksberg's Beaches in Hällaryd/Karlshamn's Archipelago with Eriksberg's Game Park as a neighbor. Here you live in a nature reserve with fantastic nature and animal life and also have the opportunity to see animals such as bison, deer, mouflon sheep and wild boar walking in the park's enclosure about 70m from the house. You also have good fishing and hiking along the coastal strip and a great opportunity to see sea eagles sailing past. Please note that the house is on a hiking trail and that you have to walk 1,3 km to reach the house. Therefore, choose the appropriate packing. Prams are not suitable on the path. You can book a pick-up by boat from the owner of the house in Matvik for a cost if you wish. It is also possible to go by boat with local traffic from Karlshamn to Eriksberg, where the cabin is located. You can also book a paddleboard, rowing boat with electric motor, double kayak and also a wood-fired hot tub next door as well as AC and infrared heating. This is done on site or in advance via the house owner. The house is in good condition and you have a built-in patio with both a lounge area and a dining area and an outside patio with outdoor furniture. You have an open kitchen/living room with dining area and sofa group. Two nice bedrooms with lower ceiling height are upstairs, where you can sleep well in a double bed (180cm) and two single beds. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. The house is on the same plot as its owner, but as the plot is hilly, you have your own separate part of the garden. You can enjoy a refreshing dip from the jetty or the small beach in front of the house or by the rocks. You may bring your own boat if desired, berth included. You can visit Eriksberg Safaripark where there is also a restaurant and farm shop. There are also a range of activities here, such as a relaxation area, mountain bike/bicycle rental, raft safaris, abseiling from cliffs, etc. You have 9.6 km to wonderful Karlshamn. Welcome to a genuine swedish cottage with lots of love and charm that lies completely undisturbed, embedded in wonderful nature where you can see the water sparkling beautifully. Here you can really enjoy the tranquility with lake, forest and meadow as your nearest neighbour. The house has been included in an interior reportage in the swedish newspaper Lantliv. You have a large, wonderful terrace with lounge furniture, dining area and hammock. In the open living room with sofa group and dining area, there is a Smart TV and a wood burning stove (firewood included). In the nice kitchen there is a dishwasher and a dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed (the bedrooms are in a row, which means that two of the rooms have to be passed to reach the far one). Beautiful newly renovated bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine with entrance from one of the bedrooms. On the grounds there is a small outdoor group and hammock. The closest lake is called Stockgölen and is beautiful, here you can enjoy nice walks around the lake, but note that it is not a bathing lake. along the forest road the last bit here. Larger, more child-friendly swimming areas are available, e.g. in Skedshult or Valdemarsvik. The nearest restaurant where you can eat home-cooked food and breakfast is in Kårtorp by the motorway before the exit towards the house. If you want a larger selection, there is Valdemarsvik 12 km away with restaurants, grocery store, mini golf, etc. Don't miss going out to Gryts Skärgård, 18km from Valdemarsvik where Gryts Handelsträdgård is located. A little further out you can swim in the sea. Boat trips to the smaller islands depart from Fyrudden. Popular archipelago communities such as Valdemarsvik, Loftahammar and Västervik lie like a string of pearls. Don't miss the summer town of Västervik with its picturesque town centre, its restaurants and many summertime events. Popular Loftahammar with boaters, restaurants, cafes and cooling baths by beaches and cliffs. Tour boats depart for the archipelago from both Loftahammar and Västervik. For the youngest, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular. Or why not Kolmårdens Djurpark with an ice cream stop in wonderful Söderköping on the way.

A very pleasant farmhouse, lushly nestled in greenery on the owner's 19th-century farm. An excellent location with proximity to both the nature reserve, swimming area and the picturesque harbor of "Läjet". You have your own patio at the entrance and share the green plot with the owner. A tastefully decorated annex perfect for the small family or a couple. Träslövslage has everything you need for a lovely holiday week. A short drive or bike ride takes you to Varberg's beautiful summer town. From the entrance, you first have a lovely little kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom has a shower. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated in retro style. There is a dining area and comfortable furniture. Adjacent is a smaller room with a wide single bed and a modern TV with channel selection from Allente. There is also a fridge/freezer here. Upstairs is a bright and spacious bedroom with a double bed. Upon request, a folding extra bed can be offered. The plot is leafy and hidden from view from the villa area, but it is shared with the owner. The owner runs arts and crafts and there is a small shop and a glass cabin. There are two bicycles that can be shared with the owner upon request. In Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor there is a restaurant, pizzeria, street kitchen, mini-golf, and the very popular ice cream bar Tre Toppar, where people like to queue up to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach for swimming. Just south of the area is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will immediately reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops, and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest one is Varbergs Gk, the western course.

In southern Småland you will find this incredibly charming cottage. Built in the 1820s and renovated by the owners to retain its contemporary feel, you have here a spacious and cozy accommodation for the large family or perhaps 2 families traveling together. The cottage is on the same plot as the owners' own summer cottage and shares the plot with them. The small lake that is nearby is also shared between the two cottages. Experience Småland in lovely rural surroundings but still be close to a lot because in only about 10 km you will get on the E4 and can go both north and south on excursions. The cabin consists of a cozy kitchen, large bathroom and a spacious living room. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed adjacent to the living room, and one with a single bed. On the second floor, which has a sloping ceiling, there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a room with a bed that can be pulled out to double if desired and a sofa bed. This room is not as well insulated as the others and is mainly recommended during the summer months. Which means that a total of 9 people can live here, however, upon request, a sleeping place for an additional child can be arranged. There is a wood-burning sauna by the small lake that can be rented for SEK 1,000 a week, which includes a fixed amount of wood. There is also a wood-burning hot tub that can be rented for a week on request. If you want to swim somewhere other than the small lake, which is only about 40 m away, you have swimming spots 8-10 km away both at Strömsnäsbruk and Markaryd. In Markaryd there is also an indoor pool and in Strömsnäsbruk an outdoor pool in the summer with a pool and a baby pool. Markaryd's Moose Safari is also nearby.

Down by the lake you can enjoy a cooling bath or why not take a relaxing ride with the small rowing boat that is included (own life jackets are provided, electric motor can be rented on site).
