A somewhat steeper staircase leads up to the upper floor where five beds await: a single bed in a bright lounge area with fantastic views, two single beds in a cozy alcove, and another room with a double bed – perfect for a good night’s sleep. Outdoors, you’ll find generous lawns, several seating areas in both sun and shade, a playhouse, and plenty of space for children to run and play – all surrounded by beautiful nature inviting relaxation and exploration. The living room has a comfortable sofa, modern TV with chromecast and a wood-burning stove. From here there is access to a pleasant glazed outdoor room with a large dining table. Here the Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. In winter you have the Vallåsen ski resort a short drive away. Here you are first greeted by a wonderful patio with a roof of vines and other vegetation. This is the oldest house in Kristianopel, dating back to the 18th century, which has been carefully renovated with a contemporary interior. Visible ceiling beams make the house charming and cozy, although the ceiling height is slightly lower than normal on the ground floor. View from the entrance of the house towards the bay where the sandy beach with a jetty invites you to take a lovely dip. There is a lush garden with space for play and activities for those who want to. The road that goes past the house is very little trafficked as it is a dead end with only a few houses on it. The entrance of the house has a spacious hall with stairs to the upper floor. To the right is the dining room with a kitchen equipped for self-catering. Inside the kitchen and thus at the back of the house is a fresh bathroom with a bathtub and laundry room. From here there is also a front door to a furnished patio with morning sun to enjoy. A room on the gable facing the road with a sofa, table and chairs to gather around in front of the TV. The patio door from here leads out to the cozy furnished pergola where meals and recovery can be recommended. All sleeping places are on the upper floor which has a single bed in the hall with a window facing the sea. Here, as in the two bedrooms on each gable, however, the ceilings are high for fantastic space and with visible beams here too. A cot and high chair for smaller children are available in the house. "The dream" as the house is called is located in the countryside right by the entrance and the bridge that leads you into historic Kristianopel. Grocery store and several restaurants in the harbor area during the summer, only a short walk away. Blomlöfs fish smokehouse with restaurant about 10 minutes drive by car, is open all year round. Along the sea strip to the north are the flat islands of the Kristianopel archipelago. Here runs a beautiful stretch of the Blekinge Trail that ends at the sand dunes in the Högasand nature reserve. In the center there are shops with home furnishings, clothes and other nice things to shop for. More shopping and a wide range of culture and attractions are also available in both Kalmar and Karlskrona.

By car in just under half an hour you can get to "Barnensgård" which has a water park with a slide and farm activities. With about the same distance to both Kalmar and Karlskrona there is a large selection of marine attractions, museums and shopping.

This magical location is hard to beat if you want to experience real archipelago life! Here you live close to the sea, in the house on the mountain, it's just the stairs down to the jetties. Up here there is a terrace with a grill and cozy fire, a kitchen and a built-in family bunk bed with a wider underbed. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace. If you go a little further out by the water there is a lovely large electric sauna with a shower and your own jetty. If you go the other way there is a fine-grained shallow sandy beach with a barbecue area and table. The beach belongs to the residents on the cape. Since the entire plot is mountain there is no water toilet, the toilet is a dry toilet with a view of the water, cozy. The rent includes a rowing boat, there are several shallows within rowing distance, so you can fish for dinner yourself. If you don't get any, you can row to the fisherman who sells freshly caught fish, both fresh and smoked. If you walk 300 meters on forest paths from the house, an archipelago boat goes to Dalarö, among other places, if you want to go shopping or discover other islands, but if you come by car, you will be picked up by boat by the owner. There are nice walking paths on the island for those of you who want to get around on foot. Living here is simple, but fantastic!
