You're just about 20 minutes from both Leksand and Falun, and around an hour from Mora and Orsa. The old log house is situated in a meadow and is part of a farm where the owner keeps cows that graze around the cabin during the summer months. A true countryside idyll. The log cabin has an open-plan layout, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cozy sofa corner where a fireplace takes center stage. At night, the sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed for two people. There are two separate bedrooms with custom-built bunk beds—one room sleeps four, and the other sleeps two. The bathroom is modern and fresh, with a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine. Facing the lake is a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening tea. From Södertälje, the commuter train goes into Stockholm when you want to experience the big city.
