The location is ideal, right in Österlen, with lots to see and do nearby. If you're up for exploring, this is a great starting point. You'll find beautiful beaches along Ystad, Löderup Beach, and Sandhammaren. Towns like Ystad, Simrishamn, and Tomelilla offer shopping, good food, and lovely places to walk around. There's also a well-known café called Olof Viktors that’s highly recommended. Other great spots to visit include the Old Bakery in Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik at Österlen, and Glimmingehus. A few miles away, you’ll also find Ales Stenar, Kåseberga, and much more. For children, there’s plenty to discover too – like Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo, and Tosselilla Summer Park, among others. Here is a sofa bed for two people and a preserved tiled stove that can be heated during the winter months. In the far part of the house there is a living room with comfortable sofas and a modern Apple TV. The house has broadband and free wifi. On the ground floor there is a larger bedroom with a double bed and a toilet next to it. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a smaller living room. One bedroom has a double bed and one has a wider single bed (120cm). In one of the side buildings there is a newly built sauna with a lovely view of the woodlands. There is also an outdoor shower here. At the sauna house you can enjoy the morning sun and on the spacious courtyard's outdoor furniture you will find peace and quiet. There is room for all the family's activities here. Other outbuildings are not included in the rental. The surrounding nature here is both forest and pastures. A small stream gurgles next to the house. The forest has a rich wildlife and don't be surprised if the occasional moose appears near your cottage. Quite close is the beautiful and fish-rich Lake Svarten. Boats and fishing licenses are available for rent nearby. The nearest swimming spot is at Hjärtaredssjön. A bit further away is Åkulla beech forests, a very attractive area. There are many nice places to visit and many hiking trails. Visit the Bockstensmannen grave and Bexel's talking stones. At Yasjön there is a restaurant and swimming spot and the possibility of renting a boat and canoe. In winter there are beautiful ski trails etc. The area also has Ästads winery and Öströös sheep farm, which offer a variety of activities. Next to Ullared's gigantic shopping center there is also a popular swimming lake with a jetty and diving tower. For those interested in golf, Hofgårds golf club is the closest.

Welcome to southwestern Orust for a relaxing holiday in scenic surroundings! The house is located on a slope surrounded by mushroom and berry forests. This house offers space for up to eight people, making it ideal for both larger families and groups of friends. The entrance is on the first floor of the house (basement). Here there is a sofa bed (140cm) and TV, perfect for guests who want some privacy. Further inside you will find several practical spaces and as a guest you have access to the laundry room with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Upstairs is the living area itself with three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed (160cm), and the other two rooms are furnished with two single beds (80cm+90cm) each, perfect for children or friends sharing a room. In the living room there is a TV with Chromecast. The wood-burning stove next to the sofa makes movie night extra cosy. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare dinners. Weather permitting, it's lovely to eat outside on the balcony, where a large table awaits. The house has two toilets – one smaller and one with a shower. Pets are very welcome in the house, but we kindly ask you to keep them away from the furniture to preserve the comfort of all guests. Parking is available at the house. It is just over 5 km to cozy Nösund and the small community has two nice bathing spots, one of Bohuslän's finest tennis courts and excellent hiking trails into the knots. Here is also the well-known Nösunds Inn with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists. You also have a nice swimming area in Gårvik with both rocks, a trampoline, a swimming ladder and a small beach. Feel free to make an excursion to the nearby picturesque island of Lyr which is reached by free car ferry with crossing in just 3 minutes. The summer in Orust offers many treats in the form of festivals and events. The big city Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg 80 km. This house is the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, surrounded by the peaceful silence of the forest and close to salt baths. Welcome!

Now you can live in rural Böle with only 250m to the sea and enjoy the magical sea view. The house has a secluded scenic location where you can really enjoy the tranquility surrounded by horses and cows grazing the fields. Down by the sea there is a jetty in summer where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. It is a shallow sandy bottom which is perfecty suitable for families with children. You have a large garden with a patio with outdoor furniture. The house has an open floor plan with a kitchen area, dining area and living area. There are large windows so you can really feel and enjoy the proximity to the sea. There are two bedrooms. One with two single beds. The other with a bunk bed and a single bed. Here there is a window facing the forest which provides good peace. It is also possible to close the window if you want to screen off and have it dark when you sleep. The bathroom is newly renovated and fresh. The house is not rented to youth groups or for parties. It is not allowed to charge electric cars. Nice dogs are welcome, but as there are horses in the pasture next to the house, dogs are kept on a leash. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or in the beds. There is also a larger public bathing beach at Ispe Udde 3.5km higher up along the coast. Here you can enjoy a lovely shallow sandy beach where there is also a jetty, barbecue area and toilet. If you want to eat a good meal, there are restaurants in Stora Rör or Färjestaden. For golf enthusiasts, Saxnäs Golf Club and Ekerum are close by.

This holiday home has a beautiful ocean view and is perfect for a family or company who appreciate a rural environment, close to the ocean and access to a relaxing bath barrel and boat. You will stay in an idyllic scenic environment with the close by pastures filled with grazing sheep’s, here you have disposal of a lawn on 4 hectares which is one part of the owners lakeside plot. You can sit down on the lovely patio where you can enjoy the beautiful view after a good meal, or you can relax in the large bath barrel which is situated on a small plateau where you can overlook the ocean. The “heart” of this holiday home is the tastefully decorated living room. Here you can find a beautiful dining area, TV corner with leather armchairs, library and a piano. Connecting with this living room is a bedroom which is equipped with a double bed, so there is no door between these two rooms. This holiday home has a modern kitchen area along with a fresh bathroom with shower cabin. There is a separate guest house included with this holiday home, equipped with two single beds, perfect for couples or teenagers who would like some privacy. There are two extra fold-out beds available; these two can be fit in the living room in the main house. The holiday home is close to beach, which is shallow and a little muddy, or you can walk about 200m to some fine cliffs where you can bathe. There is free access to the bathing barrel which is booked on site with the owner. the boat can be booked from June to August. The owner cares for the guests' safety and therefore, the boat can only be booked in June, July and August, as a safety precaution for the unruly sea. All pre-boked and pre-ordable orders as well as deposit can be payed in Euro. We recommend you to book a final cleaning when bringing animals.
