The kitchen is well-equipped and leads to the glass-enclosed outdoor room with high ceilings and a spacious dining table for the whole group. Sliding doors allow you to open up to the patio outside. There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed for two and a TV. A charming bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower. Please note! Bicycles are available to borrow, both adult and children’s bikes, and there is parking for two cars. This accommodation does not allow youth groups, and we kindly ask you to respect the neighborhood by not playing loud music. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in a smaller guesthouse, perfect for those seeking some privacy. Here, you will sleep comfortably in a bunk bed and a single bed. Outside, there is a lovely pergola. The sauna is located in a separate sauna house with a wood-fired sauna and a relaxation area, as well as an outdoor space where you can cool off. Welcome to a beautiful holiday home with a lakeside plot in a scenic setting, located on the beautiful peninsula of Rossöhalvön on Orust. This holiday home has a beautiful ocean view and is perfect for a family or company who appreciate a rural environment, close to the ocean and access to a relaxing bath barrel and boat. You will stay in an idyllic scenic environment with the close by pastures filled with grazing sheep’s, here you have disposal of a lawn on 4 hectares which is one part of the owners lakeside plot. You can sit down on the lovely patio where you can enjoy the beautiful view after a good meal, or you can relax in the large bath barrel which is situated on a small plateau where you can overlook the ocean. The “heart” of this holiday home is the tastefully decorated living room. Here you can find a beautiful dining area, TV corner with leather armchairs, library and a piano. Connecting with this living room is a bedroom which is equipped with a double bed, so there is no door between these two rooms. This holiday home has a modern kitchen area along with a fresh bathroom with shower cabin. There is a separate guest house included with this holiday home, equipped with two single beds, perfect for couples or teenagers who would like some privacy. There are two extra fold-out beds available; these two can be fit in the living room in the main house. The holiday home is close to beach, which is shallow and a little muddy, or you can walk about 200m to some fine cliffs where you can bathe. There is also here the boat which can be rented lays docked. Otherwise is the fine bathing spot of Rossö located 1km away, here you can find bathing ladder and a diving tower among other. Take the opportunity to hike in the nature reserve of Rossö, where there are several fine areas where you can stroll around in meadows and pastures. The water is perfect if you would like to fish, since there are plenty of mackerel and trout. You can discover the archipelago and the fishing communities around Orust or take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. If you are interested in shopping you can go and visit the town of Göksäter where you can find the department store of Arvid Eriksson, only a short car ride away. Orust offers plenty of activates during the summer: festivals, paddle canoe, diving and play golf. The owner lives on a separate plot approximately 20 meters away from your holiday home. There is free access to the bathing barrel which is booked on site with the owner. the boat can be booked from June to August. The owner cares for the guests' safety and therefore, the boat can only be booked in June, July and August, as a safety precaution for the unruly sea. All pre-boked and pre-ordable orders as well as deposit can be payed in Euro. We recommend you to book a final cleaning when bringing animals. The house was built in 2005 and has a secluded garden surrounded by lilac hedges. There is a lovely glazed conservatory with outdoor furniture and a patio. The house has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living area. You sleep in a bedroom with a double bed. The sofa in the living room is made up into a double extra bed with 140cm width with room for two. In the fresh bathroom there is also a washing machine. Not allowed to charge electric cars. The courtyard patio provides a sheltered and delightful atmosphere. A short distance away is Gårda brygga. A little gem with a bathing beach, marina, ice cream café, etc. The ground floor of the house has two living rooms with comfortable seating and a TV with Chromecast. With free WiFi, you can cast the programmes you want. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and has a large dining area. Close (350 m) to a lovely bathing rock for both morning and evening swims, a sandy beach with a playground is about 700 meters from the house. There are two well-furnished houses, both have bathrooms with shower and toilet, the larger house also has a combined washing machine and dryer. The large house has a well-equipped kitchen and the smaller one has a small fridge, a cooking plate and water boiler, so two families can live in their own house but still be together. Large balconies surround the houses, with plenty of space for a wonderful summer life. On the balcony there is a hot tub and sun loungers. A large lawn is available for games and play, the entire plot is also fenced, good for small children. There is a barbecue on the balcony, but if you want to eat out, it is not far to lovely restaurants by the water. There is a direct bus into Stockholm, the stop is only 100 meters from the house. There is a lot to discover on Värmdö, plenty of flea markets, cafes, restaurants and archipelago boats, to discover the islands of the Stockholm archipelago. Not for rent to youth groups.

(105cm and 120cm) The annexes are winterized, but the toilet and kitchen are inside the main house. Adjacent to the hall is a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is modernly furnished and has a dining table for 6 people. Balcony door to a smaller balcony is available here. From the kitchen there are stairs to a furnished sleeping loft with a double bed (140cm), please note that the stairs are steep and the ceiling height is lower in the loft. The living room is homely with a large, comfortable sofa, a wood stove for the cozy factor and a beautiful crystal chandelier on the ceiling. An elegant black grand piano is ready for the music enthusiast! In the master bedroom there is a double bed (180cm). Outside there is an office with a desk. Skåpesund is one of the narrow straits that lead into Stigfjorden and it is also here that the finish line for the sailing competition Tjörn Runt is arranged every year. Here you live with the proximity to the sea and picturesque archipelago communities such as Björholmen and Mollösund. Sundsby Säteri (2,8km) with farm café, restaurant and shop as well as annual events such as harvest festivals and Christmas markets is well worth a visit. If you need to shop, Myggenäs is 6km away. For larger shopping and entertainment options, it is only 15 minutes to Stenungsund and 45 minutes to Gothenburg by car. Good bus connections, with a stop just 50 meters from the house.
