On a peninsula in Hanöbukten lies this wonderfully pleasant house with sea bathing in three different directions. Fenced garden with large wooden deck and furnished for both relaxation and meals in the shade under the awning. Hot tub in a discreetly protected location on the terrace with IR sauna in a detached building next door. Through a gate in the fence on both sides of the house you reach the entrance at the front of the house. The spacious hall leads you into the fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island. Open plan with sofa that can be used as a bed for two people in front of the TV with chromecast and dining area around a table with chairs. The large windows provide pleasant light and views over large parts of the patio. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a 120 cm single bed. The fresh bathroom has a shower and washing machine in addition to a sink and toilet. In the guesthouse on the same plot there is additional space for two people in a pull-out daybed, which functions as a double bed, TV with chromecast here too. The proximity to grocery stores and other services is within a couple of kilometers in the small town idyll of Sölvesborg. Attractions such as the 760-meter-long pedestrian and bicycle bridge over Ljungaviken can be experienced on one of the two adult bicycles that are available to borrow at the accommodation. For those interested in music, "Sweden rock" in early June is an easy event to get to as buses temporarily operate in the area. Sölvesborg's city festival "Killebom" with a market, music and activities in early July is recommended for all ages. Don't miss a day trip to Hanö with its unique nature. The large cabin has a beautiful glass-enclosed veranda where you can see the sea. You also have a patio in front of the little cabin with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. In the main house there is a large, nice kitchen with a dining area where you can prepare your meals. You have a large, lovely living room where the ceiling is beautifully open up to the ridge with seating, dining furniture and a TV. There is a cozy sleeping loft where you sleep directly under the ridge of the roof in two beds. Note that there is a steep ladder that you pull out to get up here, which makes these beds not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility. You also sleep in the little cottage where there is a family bunk bed with a bottom bed that is 120cm wide and a sofa bed of 140cm. There is an extra mattress for the sofa bed for extra comfort.
