To reach your accommodation, you go around to the back where your entrance is. By tram (7 min walk) it only takes 12 minutes to get to the center, where a rich cultural and entertainment scene awaits. Here you will find the Gothenburg Opera, several museums, numerous shopping streets, restaurants for all tastes and, not least, the Liseberg amusement park for an unforgettable experience. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with a lush garden that offers both lawn and towering apple trees. On the balcony there is a glazed conservatory with a dining area for the whole group. In the entrance you are greeted by a hanging area, and directly to the right is the spacious kitchen in true turn-of-the-century style. The door straight ahead leads to the neighboring apartment, and for access to the shared laundry room, follow the directions in the guest folder. Upstairs is a bedroom on the left with a single bed. This room has a door but no window. The living room, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, is a perfect place to relax after the day's adventure. Next to the larger master bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a single bed. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, a desk with a view of the garden and access to the balcony. Here you live perfectly if you want to discover Gothenburg, all year round, while you can enjoy the tranquility of this homely house. Take the tram to Saltholmen or Stenpiren and then jump on the boat to the car-free southern archipelago islands. To the northern islands you take the ferry from Lilla Varholmen at Hisingen. Both parts of the archipelago are fantastically beautiful and well worth a visit. If you are in the mood for shopping, Gothenburg offers an abundance of shops. When it comes to swimming, Tumlehed (15km), Sillvik (15km) and Lilleby (14km) are the most popular options. If you want to swim in a pool, visit Lundbybadet (approx. 2km). The nearest grocery store is in Björlanda, (approx. 3km), and a petrol station with a smaller range of food is just one kilometer from the house. For a pleasant restaurant experience, you can visit Eriksberg (4km), which offers a fine selection of restaurants along the quay. Here it seethes with life during the summer months. With only 20-30 meters down to the water via a charming alley between the houses, this is a difficult location to beat. The main house is equipped with modern amenities and has a kitchen that opens up to a light and airy living room. There is a lounge group here for conversation and relaxation. In the contemporary bay window, there is a dining table for about six people, with a view of the sea. From the living room you reach the large balcony, which has room for 8-10 people, and an electric grill is available for your barbecue evenings. On the same floor there is also a toilet with shower and wash basin, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, an office space for working remotely, and a small living room. The balcony on this floor is the house's crown jewel, spacious and with an unbeatable view of Kyrkesundet. In the annex there is a bunk bed with a slightly wider lower bed, which makes it comfortable for two people and cozy for three. There is a bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and shower. For those of you who have an electric car, there are chargers in the boat association's parking lot, where you can park as long as you charge, for a fee. Fiber is included in the house, which allows you to stream TV and work smoothly online. Skärhamn, the nearest town, offers a rich selection of restaurants, the popular Watercolor Museum, and has fine grocery stores with a good selection. Fishing boats dock at the jetty during the summer where you can buy freshly caught crayfish. Further up the hill it is possible to rent a kayak to explore the archipelago. The ferry, which runs right below the house every half hour (adjusted depending on the season), takes you easily to the nature reserve on Härön, where Restaurang Magasinet serves both lunch and dinner. Start your day with a dip from the cliffs into the sea, or why not a warm bath in the hot tub or sauna to the sound of nature. You are welcomed by a beautiful cabin on a hill with a generous wooden deck offering various "rooms" and breathtaking views of the archipelago. The small kitchen allows you to cook while gazing out at the sea, equipped with two induction hobs, a combined oven/microwave, coffee maker, and other essentials. There are two additional sleeping spaces in the cozy loft, which you reach via a ladder. The ladder is somewhat steep and lacks a handrail, so please be careful. The loft has limited headroom but is very comfortable for sleeping. A large terrace surrounds the entire house, complete with a lounge area where you can watch the sunset, a dining table for enjoyable dinners, a charcoal grill, and sun loungers by the hot tub and sauna. The sauna is accessible from the outside next to the hot tub, and both the hot tub and sauna are wood-fired. There's also an outdoor shower with hot water for those who want to enjoy a refreshing shower in the open air while listening to the birdsong! Good to know! The owner has a summer house next to the cabin and is occasionally there, but most of your outdoor space is secluded with views of the sea. The owner also has a charging station for electric cars via Wallbox, which you can use, but you will need to pay for the actual consumption on-site. There is also a basketball court that you pass when driving to the house, and you're welcome to use it! Just a stone's throw away, you can enjoy a secluded swim in the sea from the cliffs, where you can also fish. If you prefer a sandy beach, Sandvikens camping is about 1 km away. There is much to explore on Väddö—take a trip to Gamla Grisslehamn or Gåsvik for fine design from Edblad, have a coffee at Kröns Trädgård, or enjoy a delicious meal at Ankaret or Bonden och Burgaren. Fishing license required. The community has everything you need for your stay. A short walk along the path by the lake takes you to the public bathing area, which has both a jetty and toilets. A short walk south is the historic Alebo guest house, with restaurant. Pay a visit to the nearby Bäckahästens stone oven bakery (open in summer). A short drive away is Lake Bolmen. Here you can find everything for those interested in fishing. Bolmen is rich in different fish species, there is the possibility to rent a boat and to book trolling fishing. There is also a very nice fish restaurant and farm shop here. Do you like peace and quiet? Do you like the company of the whistling of the wind and the rays of the sun through the greenery of the forest? Grass underfoot and a path to walk on? There are several nature reserves in the area, i.a. Årshultsmyren, a nature reserve near Lidhult. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Rydö golf club, approx. 16 km away.

Inside the small hall, the house has an open floor plan with large bench surfaces in the kitchen, which simplifies cooking and self-catering. Cozy part of the room with wicker furniture has large windows facing the south-facing patio. Dining table and chairs to gather around for one of all the board games available in the house. In the living room there is a single bed and a sofa that can be turned into a bed in front of a small TV. The bedroom has two single beds and good storage space. Next to the long beach there is a large playground for children and the opportunity to buy ice cream, drinks and food. Popular musical entertainment and performances are often organized at one of the eateries during the summer. The cycle paths in Listerlandet are numerous and provide the opportunity to explore nature up close. Old fishing villages such as Hällevik, Hörvik and Nogersund not only offer sandy beaches, but also have fish restaurants and smokehouses where you can enjoy the delicacies of the sea. With the three adult bicycles that are available to borrow at the accommodation, you can easily get to the small-town idyll of Sölvesborg via the spectacular pedestrian and bicycle bridge over the bay for shopping, sightseeing and restaurant visits. There are daily boat trips from Nogersund to Hanö with its old lighthouse and unique nature and is well worth a visit. The boat traffic from Karlshamn also makes it possible to get out into the beautiful Blekinge archipelago with disembarkation on many of the islands for swimming and picnicking. The small pleasant church village also has a grocery store. Frisbee golf is available in the nearby village of Mårdaklev. A short drive away you have Europe's largest shopping center, GEKÅS in Ullared. It is about 50 km to the summer town of Varberg. The nearest golf club is Kinds golf club outside Svenljunga.
