In the inner archipelago, you experience the old fertile farming landscape with fields, meadows and paddocks. When you are in the Archipelago, imagine experiences with boating, sun, swimming, fishing, kayaking. There are many nice bathing spots nearby: approx. 800 meters from the house there is a bathing jetty with a bathing ladder, Torpa sea bath with a sandy beach a mile away, very child-friendly. Feel free to try your luck fishing from the jetty. Beautiful places to visit take the car and experience everything there is within a few miles. The house has a neighbor and has a nice view of the meadow and the forest with nature in the mix. If you are lucky, you can experience a visit from a nice moose that lives in the area. A large terrace with seating area and gas grill, and several places outside have furniture groups. An open living room with access to the terrace, which also has a place under the roof. A glazed conservatory for good dinners and worse weather. Living room with a large sofa and TV, there are several TVs in the house, one with Chromecast and two with regular channels. Restaurants that are recommended by the owners are Eriksvik, right by the ocean strip, there is a food track that offers the delicacies of the sea and other snacks with a good drink to take. Old School and Örnviken are also worth a visit. The beautiful medieval town of Söderköping is 5 miles away, a charming small-town idyll with the Göta canal that runs through the town, surrounded by old buildings, shopping, cultural monuments and restaurants along the harbor. Don't forget to visit the ice cream restaurant Smultronstället, which will fill your stomach for the day. Kolmårdens Zoo/zoo is 1.5 hours away by car, here you can spend a whole day with everything there is to visit in the area. Or Astrid Lindgren's world, which takes about two hours by car. Valdemarsvik is a cozy little town that is worth walking around before having a coffee or a bite to eat in a charming harbor environment. People also go here to buy groceries etc. There are cameras in the house which are of course disconnected during your stay, there are bicycles available in slightly different models and in mixed condition. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two beds, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy dining area, even if the dishes are done by hand. From the kitchen, a steep staircase leads up to the loft where there are four beds. The opening to the loft can be closed with a hatch, but keep an eye on children when it is open. In the hallway next to the living room there is a small work area with a door, perfect if you need a moment of privacy for reading or computer work. In the basement there is a pantry. The house has two entrances, the front of which is at ground level with only one low step. As a genuine croft, the house offers charming details and low doorposts, something to watch out for for taller guests. The garden has outdoor furniture and a barbecue, and from here you are close to both the sea and nature. A short walk takes you down to the place that the locals call “Källan”, the old spa town where you can enjoy the open view of Kalmarsund. From here you can follow the Möreleden path along the water to Ekenäs, about two kilometers away, with its picturesque buildings, guest harbor and fine bathing area with sandy beach, jetties, kiosk and artisan bakery (limited opening hours). At Ekenäs there is also a wood-fired sauna for rent, with a bathing jetty and barbecue area next to it. For the family, Vita Sand is a popular excursion, just half a mile away, with a shallow sandy beach, large bathing jetty, playground, trampolines, cable car, mini golf, street food and ice cream parlor. The area offers many walking trails and hiking trails, and in the fall there are plenty of mushrooms in the forests for the connoisseur. Nearby you will find the nature reserves of Värnanäs, Högasand and Ölands Alvar, which are a World Heritage Site. If you want to make day trips, Kalmar, Öland, Kristianopel, Karlskrona, the Kingdom of Glass and Blomlöfs fish smokehouse in Brömsebro are within easy reach. There is room for up to six people, but the house is most comfortable for two to four. The bus stop is just a minute's walk away, making it easy to get to Kalmar or other excursion destinations. The nearby road (old E22) is used by both local and some through traffic, but significantly less than when it was a main road. With a wonderful view from the living room, dining room and the large balcony, you will spend the days here with advantage, whether in summer, spring or autumn. 30 meters down you have the lake and your own private jetty, the rowing boat is also included in the rent. Bathe, fish, swim to the local swing area 200m away and use the jumping tower that’s there. Or just enjoy looking out over the beautiful little lake. The house's common areas, such as the kitchen, living room and dining room, all face the lake and the large balcony. A large part of the balcony is under cover, so if the weather is against you, you can still use the lovely patio. Garbage sorting and recycling is applied here, see more info about this in the house. On the first floor, you have a bedroom with a double bed 160 cm and a bedroom with a pull-out bed that is 80/160 cm. (this bed is mainly intended for children and has slightly thinner mattresses than the other beds) Here is also the large bathroom, with washing machine /dryer. Upstairs you have a sleeping loft with two single beds (90cm) that can be placed next to each other if desired, as well as a 120 bed. In the small guest cabin, which has its own small patio, there is a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide. The rowing boat is included in the rent and there is also a range of different life jackets to borrow if needed, both children and adult sizes up to 90 kg. There is fiber in the house as well as a smart TV if you feel like watching something other than the fantastic view. With this wonderful location, it may happen that you have everything you need for your holiday right here. But should you fancy an excursion, Jönköping is a little over 40 km away, Isaberg Mountain Resort and High Chaparral 80 km away, and Astrid Lindgren's host about 100 km away. There is also a lot to do in the immediate area, experience nature on foot or by bike, there are cozy restaurants and cafes here. And also take the opportunity to visit Boda borg in Sävsjö, only a little over 20 km away.

Welcome to the scenic area of Nordanstig in the northern part of Hälsingland. Here, you'll stay in a cottage located along a small gravel road with the forest right at your doorstep. The nearest lake is just a couple of kilometers away, offering both fishing and swimming opportunities. Please note that a fishing permit is required for most lakes. The cottage is modernized and charming, with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, and electric stove, while still retaining its old, charming cast iron stove. Light a fire in the stove in the evening and enjoy the warmth that spreads throughout the cottage, with firewood generously provided by the homeowner. The living room has a dining area that can accommodate the whole family, as well as a sofa that converts into a comfortable bed for two people at night. There’s also a large TV, and the cottage has Wi-Fi. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. Note that this room has no door, only a curtain. The bathroom has a shower/toilet and is also equipped with a washing machine. If you're traveling with your family during the summer season, we recommend a visit to Trolska Skogen, about 20 minutes from the cottage. This is a theatrical experience for the whole family, where you can walk at your own pace and encounter various creatures of the forest. Trolls, Elves, Gnomes, Little Folk, a (hopefully) sleeping Dragon, Filijokus, Aska Etter, and many more await you in this year's new adventure. During the winter season, Nordanstig offers everything from skiing to snowmobile excursions. A tip is to check out the website "UpplevNordanstig" online. In Bergsjö, which is about 10 minutes from the cottage, you’ll find everything you might need during your stay, from a well-stocked ICA grocery store to a pharmacy. Pleasant accommodation close to nature with a sea view and proximity to salty baths Welcome to this pleasant, sunny and high-lying cottage with a nice sea view over the salty water of the Gullmarsfjord. The cottage with its annex has large, lovely grassy areas. In the immediate area, within a few minutes' walking distance, you reach Gårvik's fantastically child-friendly sandy beach surrounded by picnic-friendly grassy areas, here there are also great opportunities for fishing or launching a kayak for your own exploration of all the bays and beaches of the fjord. In the area there is also a viewpoint with a wide view of the fjord and surrounding landscape, a nice place to enjoy the sun rising or setting. Through Munkedal flows the Örekilsälven, which is a popular river for salmon fishing, many sport fishing enthusiasts have tried their luck over the years. In the immediate area is Torreby golf course, which is Bohuslän's oldest golf course, the course is located in a castle environment with an English-inspired castle park. Through the entrance door you enter an open plan with hall, living room with sofa group, dining room with kitchen furniture, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and bathroom with shower. From the living room you come out into a glass-enclosed veranda with a dining area and further out onto the cottage's balcony area with summer furniture. A lovely place for good conversation while grilling a good piece of food with something good in the glass. From all social areas you have a lovely view of the fjord and Nejd. The cottage also includes an annex that has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. Between the cottage and the annex is a large lawn perfect for games and all kinds of games. The cabin has WiFi connection. The municipality of Munkedal has very varied natural areas worth visiting, everything from sea and fjord environments to deep forests with lakes and rivers. From Kaserna's canoe centre, an approx. 4 mile long paddling trail runs through lakes and waterways, a great opportunity to explore a beautiful part of the surrounding area. From the cottage you can also easily reach other municipalities and excursion destinations worth visiting, e.g. take the local road past Saltkällan, Skredsvik, Rotviksbro stop at "Två Fröknar" which is a cozy shop with both interior design and clothes. Next door is the restaurant Stallgården, which also sells organic produce in the shop "Stallgården's Pantry". Then continue with some shopping at Torp Köpcentrum or why not a visit to Bohusläns Museum. From the cabin, you can also easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and boating communities in the northern part of Bohuslän.

Water is also collected from the service house. There is outdoor furniture and some playground equipment. Very close by is a grocery store and restaurant, open during the summer. At the Båtsmannen quarter begins a larger leisure area where there are excellent opportunities for walks and the like or to bring a picnic basket and sit among the rocks that are a little reminiscent of those found in Bohuslän. In the area there are also several kiosks, restaurants, indoor swimming pools, mini golf and tennis courts. It is about 3 km to the center of Falkenberg with its beautiful wooden houses, small shops and a bustling tourist life. Taking the bus or cycling is perfectly fine. The fine white beaches at Skrea beach quickly fill up with bathers on a hot summer day. A short drive away is Falkenberg's fine golf course at Skrea. For those interested in fishing, there is the opportunity in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran. Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating.

In the area there is the beach hotel, several small shops and restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and exercise area here. To the south you have the Skummeslövstrand summer center. There are also nice cycle paths both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails, tracks for mountain bikes and ski facilities. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smed with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis padel and mingolf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. At Hallandsås there are both ski slopes and exciting mountain bike tracks in summer. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required).
