The cottage is located 250 m from the sea in quiet surroundings with great views from the living room and attic. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the sound of waves crashing against the beach below. On the fire pan you can fry dinner dishes outdoors. The beach is shallow and provides great playing opportunities for the children. Kvaløya has great hiking terrain for the whole family along the sea with idyllic sandy beaches and in the mountains. From the mountain top, there is a magnificent view of the Norwegian Sea and the many islands beyond. Nice starting point for day trips by car to the mountain Torghatten with holes through the mountain and is a tourist attraction. Visit the coastal town of Brønnøysund and the island of Vega further north which is on the World Heritage List. 2 km to Vennesund with restaurant in summer. 12 km to shop.
