Welcome to Timmerås, near the sea and salty baths with peace and quiet in the countryside. This accommodation includes a large garden for play and mischief. A good accommodation for a family with children or an elderly couple. The house is renovated in 2021 where everything is bright and homely. There is a spacious glazed conservatory at the entrance and also a terrace where the sun is on. Outside you can hear birdsong and the whistling of the wind. You are welcomed into a hall with the kitchen directly to the right. Here there are tables with room for 4 people. There is also a high chair. The kitchen has an induction hob with 2 plates, a benchtop oven, microwave and coffee maker. Fridge with freezer and everything is new since 2021. Directly from the kitchen is the bathroom with shower cabin, sink, wc and washing machine. Perfect if you want to stay more than a week or if you are traveling with small children. The interior is warm and pleasant. To the left of the hall, slightly elevated, is the living room with a comfortable sofa. There is a TV with an HDMI socket where you can plug in your own computer to stream programmes. WiFi is of course included in the accommodation. The house has two bedrooms. The happiness bridge with cold bath house and incredibly beautiful environment is also worth a trip. A must is Gustafsberg with the historic cold bath house and the Snäckan café. Next to this is Lanabadet with a pool area for those who want to exchange the sea for a pool. The cottage is located a bit away from the owner's house so you are not disturbed by each other at all. At certain times of the year, the sheep live in the pasture next door otherwise they are out on summer grazing. The cottage is located next to a local carriageway with less traffic. It is walking distance to take a bath in the ocean, just 500 meters from the cottage. If you have a bike it's perfect to bring that on your vacation.
