This lovely holiday home is situated in the archipelago of the west coast, in Ellös, on the beautiful island of Orust. The two-storey house is well-equipped and has a delightful view of the sea. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the child-friendly beach. The entrance floor features a modern kitchen with all of the amenities you could need, including a dishwasher. The living room is light and airy, and features a sofa suite and a cosy wood-burning stove where you can light candles (no fire allowed). It opens onto the lovely conservatory with it's beautiful view of the sea. Next to the conservatory, you will find a furnished terrace. ATTENTION!! It is not allowed to grill on this balcony, if you want to grill, do this on the front of the house. The house has two bathrooms, both located on the bottom floor. Both of the bathrooms have a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. One of them is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You will find the sauna in the annex. On the second floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed and a beautiful view of the sea. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and the family room opens onto a terrace with a wood-fuelled bath barrel. The holiday home has a guest house with a bunk bed (the upper bunk is 80 cm wide and the lower bunk is 120 cm wide). Next to the guest house, you will find the sauna, with room for 5-6 people at a time. The lovely public beach is only 400 metres from the house, featuring a sandy beach, a bathing dock, a trampoline, cliffs, a play ground, and beach volley possibilities. Ellös offers all sorts of services, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayak paddling, diving, fishing, crab fishing and golfing. There are many charming little seaside towns within driving distance, and you mustn't miss visiting the beautiful islands Gullholmen and Käringön. In the middle of Orust you will find the shopper's paradise, Göksäter, well worth a visit! The city of Göteborg is only 75 kilometres away. Due to the steep location, the house is not suitable for small children. The house is not rented out to youth groups according to § 3.3 of the Rental Terms. This is a quiet, child-friendly area. The one-storey cottage features a small kitchen that opens onto the terrace, and a spacious living room with a sofa suite, a TV, a dining table, and a wood-burning stove. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two bunk beds. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. You have internet access via fibre. The house has an Apple TV, with a number of channels, including German channels. The lovely beach Låka is only 500 metres from the cottage. Låka has a sandy beach, cliffs, a diving tower, and public toilets. The nearest grocery shop is in Myggenäs, seven kilometres. There's also a small shop and a pizzeria two kilometres from the cottage. Tjörn is a stunning island, and an excellent base for exploring the archipelago. Why not catch a ferry to the car-free islands of Åstol, Tjörnekalv, and Dyrön? Skärhamn has plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment and culture. There is, for instance, a lovely art museum specialising in contemporary art, especially aquarelles. Gothenburg, Sweden's second largest city, is only 65 kilometres away! Here you will find the famous amusement park Liseberg, amongst many other attractions.

The charming town of Nösund is only five kilometres away. Nösund has two lovely beaches, a great tennis court, and excellent hiking paths. The inn, Nösunds Värdshus, has an excellent restaurant and live music. There's a free car ferry that takes you to the lovely island Lyrön, with it's stunning nature and ancient remnants from the bronze age.The island has a popular restaurant, Bryggvingen where you also will find a fish monger's. It is open during the summer months. Orust is a popular summer holiday resort, and it's easy to see why. It is a beautiful place that offers something for everyone. In the summertime, there's festivals, jazz events, museums, kayaking, diving, golfing, and other activities.The charming fishing towns of Hälleviksstrand and Mollösund are well worth a visit. Don't miss the lovely café Sjöbodscafét, set amongst the boat docks in Hälleviksstrand. The owners of the café also own Anders Båt och Brygga, which arranges fishing trips, seal safaris, and lobster fishing. The big city of Göteborg, with the amusement park Liseberg, is only 80 kilometres away. Your landlord lives 30 metres away. This lovely holiday home is set only 200 metres from the sea and has a big, secluded garden of 100 square metres, as well as a spacious wooden terrace. On the bottom floor of the house, there's an open-plan kitchen and living room with a dining table, a TV and a sofa. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. You have access to a parking spot in Rönnäng, which is on the nearby island of Tjörn. Please note that the owner of the house sometimes lives on the second floor. More than 5 persons are not allowed in the house or in the garden at the same time. Dyrön is an idyllic holiday destination, a small island of 1.5 square metres. There's a grocery store, a restaurant, an art gallery, and a café on the island. There are plenty of activities, the island has a football field, a tennis court, mini golf, a beach volley court, a boule court, a public sauna, and a lovely hiking trail. You park your car in a public parking lot quite near the house. A maximum of 5 people can stay in the home and garden. The owner lives sporadically upstairs. Welcome to the gorgeous island of Dyrön!

Welcome to this lovely holiday home, set near the sea, outside of Bovallstrand. This spacious house has enough room for two families. It has a beautiful outdoor sitting area and a nice garden where the children can play. The house features a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, an extra bed, a TV (with the Swedish channels 1 and 2), and a DVD-player. The living room opens onto the lovely terrace. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. The cottage is set only 300 metres from from the sea and the lovely fjord Bottnafjorden. If you want to rent a docking place for a boat, you can rent one from the landlord for the price of 500 SEK/week. The popular bathing spot at Badholmarna is only 2.5 kilometres away, with sandy beaches, cliffs, trampolines, and bathing docks. The lovely, 70-kilometre-long walking path Soteleden is also nearby. If you are interested in history then you have come to the right place! Bohuslän has been populated since the stone ages and there are many interesting ancient remains here, stone carvings, ancient grave fields and a stone circle. The house consists of 1 bedroom and an alcove in the living room. The harbor is only 100 m away, and here there's plenty of boats and lots of boutiques, restaurants, amazing views and the island is full of beaches with swimming possibilities. The free ferry line will take you around the archipelago, and you are welcome to bring your bicycle along the ride.

The 5 km drive from Munkedal down to charming Gårvik on the coast is enchanting in itself! The small, winding road leads past meadows and fields, ending at Gullmarsfjord with its child-friendly beach. This vacation home is located on a hill, with woods, coastline, bathing jetty, and small harbor within a radius of only about 100 m. The bright and cozy vacation home has a partially glazed veranda with a brick fireplace. There is also an open fireplace in the adjoining living area. Bright kitchen with small dining area. Outside, there is additional seating on the open part of the terrace.
