The cottage with its large, generous balcony areas is sunny and peaceful in a smaller cottage area bordering the sea, fields and meadows. Walk the few meters down to the nice swimming area, here there are jetties, rocks and sandy beach, a nice place to eat, swim, fish for crabs and hang out, the area is also known for its great diving opportunities in deep oxygen-rich underwater environments. The area has an active cottage association that carries out many pleasant activities during the summer period, in the immediate area there is a soccer field, boules court, tennis court, pay & play golf course, mini golf and great opportunities for walking on coastal paths and roads. The accommodation is also a perfect starting point for exploring fishing villages, the archipelago, nature reserves and other interesting excursion destinations in central Bohuslän. From the car park you come to the cabin's entrance and further into the hall, which leads further into an open floor plan with a lovely view of the area. In the large bright open area you will find a well-equipped kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher, dining area and living room with a warming wood stove, TV and a comfortable sofa group, three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a 105 x 200 single bed and one with a sofa bed. The bathroom has underfloor heating and is equipped with a shower as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The plot is child-friendly and generous, large garden with lawn, furnished balconies on both the front and back of the cottage where you can follow the sun's path in the sky, rest in the shade or bask in the sun in a sun lounger, enjoy good meals and pleasant conversations. Stågenisset with the main town of Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea band at the mouth of the Gullmarsfjord. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives at Stångehuvud's nature reserve with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. A pleasure for the children is to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Welcome to a completely newly renovated cottage located next to one of the hubs for bus traffic along the coast in northern Bohuslän. From here it is easy to take part in everything that this coastal area has to offer. In the immediate area there are several nature reserves, hiking trails with wonderful vantage points both over the lake, fjord and archipelago. In nearby Gerlesborg, there are nice bathing spots as well as an art school, stone carving and a collective workshop where you can both see various exhibitions but also attend various training courses. It is also geographically very well located for day trips to other charming coastal communities both to the north and south. Via the entrance you enter a welcoming hall from which a staircase leads up to the second floor. Next to the pool table is a reading corner with comfortable armchairs, from this corner you come out onto a small balcony with a coffee corner, here also a staircase leads down to the cottage's patio with summer furniture and barbecue, a nice place for pleasant conversations over a good piece of food and something good in the glass. The laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer is shared with a small apartment on the ground floor that is also rented out. Bovallstrand is a nice old fishing village and with its location right by the sea, salt bathing becomes a given activity and here are also the famous bathing islets which are one of Bohuslän's finest bathing spots suitable for both swimming and fishing. In the buildings, much has been preserved from when shipping, fishing and stone-cutting flourished, which gave Bovallstrand its fine atmosphere. In the immediate area there are more pleasant and well-visited archipelago communities such as Smögen and Hunnebostrand, there is also a zoo called Nordens Ark where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. The beautiful nature and the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline, the Amur tiger, make the zoo a very popular excursion destination if the weather turns cloudy or you feel the need for a workout in a gym environment, there is Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality bathing and wellness facility located in the coastal community of Väjern.

Welcome to Ucklum – a peaceful oasis just 7km from Stenungssund and within easy reach of the coastal islands of Tjörn and Orust. The area offers many different swimming opportunities, from quiet lakes to salty sea bathing. A place in the middle of nature surrounded by birdsong and greenery – a place for recovery. The oblong plot is surrounded by forest and farmland. The cottage is located on the same plot as the owner's main house. There is a path down to Lake Stora Hällungen. From the lake, a stream runs through parts of the plot and creates a magical atmosphere during the summer months. Down here, 10 m from the water, is the cozy cottage of a simpler character. The entrance has a glazed part where breakfast can be enjoyed with a beautiful view. The cottage has a small kitchenette, living room with a sofa bed and a small bedroom with a double bed.
