There are large windows so you can really feel and enjoy the proximity to the sea. There are two bedrooms. One with two single beds. The other with a bunk bed and a single bed. Here there is a window facing the forest which provides good peace. It is also possible to close the window if you want to screen off and have it dark when you sleep. The bathroom is newly renovated and fresh. The house is not rented to youth groups or for parties. It is not allowed to charge electric cars. Nice dogs are welcome, but as there are horses in the pasture next to the house, dogs are kept on a leash. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or in the beds. There is also a larger public bathing beach at Ispe Udde 3.5km higher up along the coast. Here you can enjoy a lovely shallow sandy beach where there is also a jetty, barbecue area and toilet. If you want to eat a good meal, there are restaurants in Stora Rör or Färjestaden. For golf enthusiasts, Saxnäs Golf Club and Ekerum are close by.

The kitchen is open with large living areas where there is a large dining table in front of the beautiful tiled stove. The living room is upstairs with access to the nice balcony with outdoor furniture. In the living room there are luxurious comfortable sofas where you can lean back in front of the TV or the beautiful stove. Bring your own firewood if you want a fire in the stove or tiled stove. You sleep in four nice bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Also upstairs there are two bedrooms. Directly down by the beach there is a pool, playground, beach volleyball court and mini golf. There is also a spa here at Skansen spa. Öland's shopping town with shops is there for those who are in the mood for shopping. And as previously mentioned, there are plenty of fine restaurants, cafés, bakeries and ice cream cafes. You are also really close to Öland's zoo with its animals, its water park and amusement park, which is usually popular with the children.
