You have a large shared plot of 5000 square meters with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area, fruit trees and a beautiful view. Charging post is available on the farm for extra payment. Södra Kvinneby is a well-preserved row village with a history far back in time. Here you can explore Öland's quieter eastern side, but are also close to the western side if you wish. The closest swimming pool with a fine sandy beach is at Stenåsabadet. Here is also a popular bird reserve for those interested in bird watching. The area is highly valued for its fine birdlife, flora and fauna. In the spring, there are plenty of orchid species. There is a wealth of farm shops, cafes, galleries, antiquities and culture to explore. Also, don't miss eating "Ölandska kroppkakor" for lunch, which is an local delicacy.

You are also really close to Öland's zoo with its animals, its water park and amusement park, which is usually popular with the children. There is also a pier with a bathing ladder where you can take a cooling dip. There is a small rowing boat for exploring the area at sea. Note that the jetty is shared with another boat owner who has his berth here. Life jackets for both children and adults are available. In front of the house down towards the sea is a neighboring house, so the plot belonging to the house is to the left of that house and thus narrows down towards the sea. You also have two patios up by the house. At the front there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy the sea view in comfortable outdoor furniture. At the gable end of the house is a patio deck with lounge furniture. Here you can enjoy grilling a piece of food for the evening. The house has a kitchen with a nice dining area.
