A very pleasant holiday home free and rural close to the lovely Kärradal. The grounds are large and have room for all the family's activities. A lovely glazed conservatory is the heart of the house. A short ride by bike or car takes you to the nice beach. The house has an open kitchen and living room with dining table, sofa bed for two people and a modern TV with chromecast. The bathroom is fully tiled and fresh with a shower and washing machine. The bedroom has two beds (105 cm x 2). A ladder takes you up to the sleeping loft, which has a double bed (160cm). The loft is loved by the slightly older children. The cottage is best suited for the smaller family. The glass-enclosed conservatory will be your favorite spot both morning and evening. Kärradal is a real summer gem with a lovely beach, restaurant and summer bistro. Varberg is a summer town with a throng of people, restaurants, cafés and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous birding areas. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café here. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Klosterfjordens Gk.

A wonderful coastal house with beautiful details and sea view in many directions, located in the lovely town of Ã…skloster, about 14 km north of Varberg. Plenty of space both inside and outside with several terraces from where you can enjoy the surroundings. At a height in the garden there is a small wooden deck, perfect to sit and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee in quiet and peace while overlooking the sea. NOTE: Information about garbage disposal is available in the house. This holiday home is light and airy, with a beautifully decorated conservatory by the kitchen. The spacious dining area offers you to gather and have a good meal together and socialize regardless of the weather. There is a TV that is used as a screen if you for example wish to plug in your computer, but there are no channels. In the living room you have a cozy wood burning stove which gives a pleasant atmosphere during the more chilly and rainy days. The bedrooms are three in a row in a stair with duplex. In total there are four bedrooms, the first one is slightly larger and located on the lower level with own entrance. The kitchen has its own exit to a smaller patio, perfect for a nice summer breakfast. Please note that this is an older house and therefore the floor may be drafty. The elements are not to be used, but there is an air heat pump. The house is mainly suitable for stays during the warmer months, i.e. around April-October, since it is not heated when not in use and it can take around 2 hours to heat up with the air heat pump and the stove. Therefore, you have to think about arriving in good time so that you have time to warm it up before the night. The holiday home is located at the end of a street, so here is no transit traffic, it is a calm and quiet area. Welcome to a lovely holiday home in gorgeous settings on the west coast! Good to know: Pets are not allowed to roam the plot. All neighbors have dogs, one of which has a dog that barks at other animals.

From the entrance on the short side of the cottage you enter the hall. There is a bathroom with shower, a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is quite small but well equipped with a dining area. The spacious living room has a corner sofa and a dining table as well as a TV. From here there is an exit to two terraces. The large terrace is partially covered. There is garden furniture and a barbecue here. The Årnäshalvön has a lot to discover both on foot and by bike. Small marinas, nature reserves, bathing coves and cafes and restaurants.
