We have just returned from our holiday in Sautens. The stay was really perfect for us. Nice large bedrooms with nice beds. Bathroom is on the small side, but nice that the toilet is separate. Separate kitchen with fine oven and everything you need. The hostess is very sweet and helpful. She makes the fire every day so that the house was nice and warm. The skiing in Oetz was lovely. The lessons were perfectly provided by Fischer Skischule! The use of the Intersport depot is also super nice. In short, a really TOP holiday! Stay is a 10-minute drive from the gondola (or with the ski bus), easy to do! Nearby is a delicious restaurant (and affordable!).

Mainly very neat house, somewhat secluded at the end of the cute, but also very well-kept village of Sautens, with its idyllic alleys. Very quiet location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Large terrace at the front door where you can relax when the weather is nice. Friendly welcome from Mrs. Knabl and very helpful with any small problems. There was a wide range of hiking maps and activities of the Oetztal provided, which was very useful in figuring out walks. Spacious comfortable parking (tarmac) at the house. In summary: highly recommended.

Haus Knabl is a perfect and very spacious home. Very nicely furnished and very clean on arrival. A small minus point is the shower this is small but this is the only downside, further fantastic and highly recommended. Environment is very beautiful. The house owner is very helpful with tips for the environment and is very nice.

We were kindly received by the owner. The apartment was not that big, but everything was there. In a bedroom the beds were very hard. It was also very clean and quiet. The environment is also very beautiful. The apartment at Knabls is very functionally furnished. Everything you need is there. Information brochures about possible activities in the area are available. Mrs. Knabl is friendly and available at any time. The seating area outside is covered, so you can sit outside even in the rain. We had nice, relaxing days. A suggestion for improvement: towels should be part of the offer, as they always take up a lot of space in the luggage.

We were 1.5 hours early at the destination but were requested to go for lunch or do some shopping because the homeowner said that he was not ready with the stay. The accommodation looks neat and is well maintained. The shower is on the small side. The living area is not very comfortable. The area is beautiful and very quiet.

Beautiful area with mountains and plenty to do in the area (swimming, hiking, tobogganing, climbing, villages, Innsbruck. The house itself is large: the residents themselves inhabit the first floor and the lower floor is the holiday home. Stayed in the spring and throughout the week skiing in 10 minutes distant oetz. Nice quiet spot, with a very friendly hostess. Kids could play on the lawn and "evening was the place had to close. Topvakantie!

The kitchen and living area are indeed small. But the big garden makes (for the kids) much good! Lovely lawn to play and nice to sit on the covered terrace. The bedrooms are normal in size and there is enough room in the whole house for your luggage to mountains.The cottage was very well cleaned by the hostess. We do not see often!

The house is in a beautiful setting at the end of the village. It has a large terrace with many private, with views of the mountains. The cottage is okay, but the seating and beds of one of the bedrooms are very hard. The douce is small and awkward but is good enough. The setting is beautiful, with cable cars and many walking routes nearby.

Unfortunately, we did not have as much luck with the weather and to the chagrin of all our children were still sick. The apartment is easily accessible, with snowfall it is recommended that the tire to have on hand. You can conveniently park directly at the house. The living room has a wood stove, which makes it nice and warm at night. Otherwise the apartment for the competitive price was okay.

We really enjoyed the area and many beautiful trips done. Lots to do in the area. Very neat and tidy home. Nice terrace with plenty of grass for the kids. Small bathroom with an inward opening door impractical, but very clean. Dishwasher is very convenient. Fully equipped kitchen so you can cook very well yourself.

Apartment in Ötztal near Ski Slopes
Enjoy your holiday in the family-friendly flat in the Ötztal.
Sautens is located 52 km west of Innsbruck. The Landhaus Knabl is located just outside the cosy village, in a quiet spot in the valley.
From the car park you enter your holiday accommodation via a private entrance, which has 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, egg cooker and a bread machine. The shower and WC are separate and the covered terrace invites you to relax with its cosy garden furniture and parasol.
The flat is located in the front Ötztal, so the neighbouring valleys Pitztal, Paznauntal, Kaunertal with their ski areas, glaciers and in summer numerous huts can be reached in no time. The rear Ötztal valley with the Timmelsjoch (the fastest crossing to Italy in summer) can also be reached in a short time.
Area 47 (outdoor leisure park) and Lake Piburger See (Tyrol's warmest bathing lake) are also in the immediate vicinity, where you can go ice skating in winter. Both can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 1 hour.
