This nicely furnished apartment has a kitchen and dining area with a comfortable seating area and satellite TV. The bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds, while the terrace has a table with chairs and sun loungers. In winter you can store your ski equipment in the practical ski room with ski boot heater in the basement of the house. WiFi is also available.

IMPORTANT: Due to the hillside location, the apartment is only accessible via stairs from the basement.

I had a lovely stay at the Quiet flat in Neustift, The location is perfect for skiing and the views are just breathtaking, The kitchen was well-equipped which was a big plus for us, WiFi was a bit slow sometimes, but it didn't ruin our time, Would definitely recommend!

We weren't particularly lucky with the accommodations, but it was our own fault for not looking into it sooner. So the 125€/night is too expensive, but supply and demand determine the price.

It is a pity that there is no microwave or dishwasher in the apartment, but you can tell from the description. Crockery and cutlery are just enough for four people - unfortunately the pans were left unwashed in the closet. The shower head no longer holds on to the shower rail (because the holder is broken) and a bedside lamp dangles dangerously from the wall. The fact that the WLAN is not available in the apartment (because it is in the annex) and that the TV has no channels - it's a gift. That there are some cobwebs on the ceilings - happens in the best of families.

What really pissed me off was the key handover, which took 1.5 hours and Belvilla and the operator blamed each other for it. The contact person on site wasn't there, the Belvilla system threw me off the line twice and in the end we scaled someone up with a master key after Belvilla couldn't give any feedback for more than half an hour. We were able to go on vacation, but the tenor was set.
