After more than 20 hour drive we arrived at the apartment we delivered it in perfect condition. Very comfortable beds. He missed an iron as we went two weeks and could not iron clothes after washing. We break the sink, thanks to damage insurance and Geston of you solved without major problems

Beautiful house, we were 12 adults, the house certainly had enough space for that. The bedrooms are all spacious. Cozy common space and the kitchen is sufficient. The distance to the center of the village is not really within walking distance, so if you want to après-ski a lot you need a taxi.

A house that meets our expectations within walking distance of the lift and ski bus. Belvilla should check a little more for household qualities. 3 coffee machines, of which only 1 functions moderately. That is very unfortunate for otherwise such a complete and fairly neat house.

Good reception at an office elsewhere in the village. There were some misunderstandings about the keys and the bedding, but that was resolved satisfactorily.

We were 9 adults and 7 children, ages 1 to 11 years. The house is a former guest house and you can see that in the dining room there are 4 sitting areas. On the ground floor there is a room that functions as a bedroom, there are two folding beds with oversized mattresses so that you can easily fall off. Other rooms are regular bedrooms with good beds. Enough toilet rooms and shower / bath rooms. Interior is somewhat dated, but that did not bother us. WiFi connects, but is so weak that you actually have nothing on it. Ski bus comes every 15 minutes but for that you have to cross a busy traffic road and with children that is sometimes a challenge. Ski area meets excellent. We were more than € 600 extra lost on cleaning, garbage bags, tourist tax, bedding, oil and electricity.

Haus Gamper is located just outside Ellmau. With the ski bus (20 min.) or your own car (5 min.) to the Hartkaiser lift is easy to do. House is outdated in terms of decor. Beds differ a lot from mattress quality. The waste water at the sanitary facilities did not flow properly. The electric hobs weren't very good either, allowing us to eat too late too often. In short, there are a few points for improvement. We were unlucky that the keys were lost on arrival. We reported to the Travel partner at 1:00 PM, but were unable to enter until around 4:30 PM due to the lack of keys. That is really a shame if you want to go skiing on Saturday afternoon. Also surprising was that waste costs € 7 per bag if you leave it behind. Final verdict is reasonable, partly thanks to the fantastic ski weather this week.

Even with belated arrival Belvilla has shown flexibility. In the short term we could only arrive on a Sunday. Belvilla made an effort to get us the key. The house was on the main road. In addition, opposite the house was a construction site, which we were not informed in advance. It was worked on Sunday morning and also early in the morning at about 7 o'clock, which made the house wobble and it was also quite loud.

the house met, but the decor is what gedateerd.Ook the kitchen for a house for 17 people (we were 11 people) not decorated. Too messy in terms of crockery, cutlery, glasses and pans. 4 pits is karig.Wel we were lucky enough Ellmau snow lying to everybody happy.

the house is fine if you do not have too high demands. we come to winter sports, I'm not much in the house, so take it for granted, but the wifi which promises is really dramatic and the service is far from adequate and we were his 12And. a bit difficult all. Rooms are clean, bathrooms too.

We enjoyed a week. Nice setting We can stroll from the house to beautiful cabins on beautiful height. The weather was hit by rain to delicious warmth. The house itself has a lot of space and has large spacious comfortable bedrooms. The house is well insulated. All perfectly arranged. We were 14 people aged 1 to 54 years.

This secluded holiday home is situated in Ellmau. Ideal for a small group, it can accommodate 17 guests and has 7 bedrooms. It has a fantastic terrace and a sunbathing lawn for you to relax and unwind.
The ski bus lies 100 m from the stay and Skiwelt WilderKaiser-Brixental ski region is nearby. The local grocery store and the restaurants are 1 km away from the apartment. The public swimming pool is only 2 km from the home.
Central heating is provided for you to have a pleasant stay. Parking is in place for your convenience. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the apartment if communicated well in advance.
You can check-in between 1-5 PM and check-out can be done from 8-9 AM.
