Cozy, rustic, old town villa. Everything available what a spoiled vacationer needs. The environment invites you to go hiking and the city itself to stroll and rummage. Many small shops and pubs. A wine tasting is a must -)

You couldn't find a more comfortable and well situated house in Bayeux if you tried. We were able to walk absolutely everywhere and so many great restaurants at our doorstep. There are also plenty of supermarkets if you prefer to eat at home, with the large tables inside and out perfect for doing just that.
Especially great was having 3 showers and 3 toilets, since we were a group of 3 couples - no lines for the bathroom here.
And M. Villedieu is delightful to deal with. What a wonderful host!

Very friendly welcome by owners. Rustic and classic house with all amenities, within walking distance of downtown Bayeux and convenient base for excursions by car, motorbike or bicycle. We were 6 people and so had more than enough room - 10 people has a potential impact for comfort.

Nice building with many retro details in a good location near Bayeux Cathedral. Everything is walkable, even the beaches, for go-getters like us. Facilities in the house are fine, we had nothing to complain about.

Great house for 9 people. If you were 1, it seems to me downstairs (sitting room and dining room) a bit small. For the rest, everything was there to make it a good stay. Perfect "base" to visit a lot.

Bayeux is an oeuk town with many shops and restaurants, which means that the center does not make it a car. But our goal was to be central to invading beaches. That has been done. The house is perfect, bedrooms and beds prime, bathrooms are also tidy. With 9 adults fine to do. Outdoor room is great for chatting. Tip for the owner, a broken light here and there, check it out before new residents pull in.

owner was waiting for us very friendly, but language was a bit of a handicap but fortunately there is Google Translate. Very spacious home for 5 adults and 3 children, close to the center, yet a lot of privacy. In short, a must for a week in Normandy.

I took a group of American veterans to Normandy and we stayed in Villa Normandie for a week. Christian, the owner came to welcome us. The house was impeccably clean, the dining table fit all 8 of us, plenty of dishes and cooking gear and the location was just a short walk to town. I'm bringing another group to this house in September.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bayeux. The house is centrally located and you are 5 minutes in the center of Bayeux with many restaurants and shops. The Cathedral, the Normandy War Museum and the Tapestry are also well worth a visit. For the rest, there is also plenty to visit within a 30-minute drive. The beach is a 20 minute drive and it is beautiful! The house has all the amenities you need and the welcome was very warm. Highly recommended!

Nice house, just next to the roundabout. It is a nice big house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, great when you are with many people. Everything is available (hand soap, washing detergent powder with a small bowl, plenty of towels and tea towels, aluminum foil, etc. It's really very convenient. We liked the benches at the table a bit less when we "were all at night. And in the living room is just not enough chairs. well equipped kitchen. only the coffee is sooooo slow. Above nice space. However, many creaks of the wooden floor. in the bathroom on the 1st floor no real curtains. nice bedroom bed in bedroom 1st floor front is less. So some minor remarks on a fantastic house and a nice garden where we have celebrated great vacation!

Lovely house with lots of space inside. It"s located nearby the downtown of Bayeux, so you can rearch all sights within walking distance. The house is also nearby a roundabout, the traffic heard is mostly little to moderate. If you let the windows open, you probably get to know the local motorcycle scene in the evening or the rural traffic or daily sweeper early in the morning. The french owner is very friendly. Thanks for the fine holiday!

We were warmly received by the owner. The language was a minor problem, but with Google translate we managed very well. It was a nice big house with a lovely veranda where we spent the most time. We were within walking distance of the pleasant center of the city of Bayeux. great base to explore the Normandy beaches.

his spacious 5-bedroom holiday home can host 10 guests. Based in the centre of Bayeux opposite the famous Tapisserie, it has free WiFi, large rooms and has a front yard with a garden and barbecue for relaxing with great food, a terrace for soaking in the sun and is well lit with plenty of natural light.
All facilities within are available within walking distance and along with boutiques and restaurants. The charming Bayeux has plenty of tourist attractions like its famous carpet and the beautiful cathedral, museums and monuments which are a must-visit. Outside Bayeux are Caen and Mont Saint Michel which make for a nice day out. Leaflets in the living room inform you about the excursions and activities nearby and only 500 m away from the holiday home is the Tourist Office, restaurants and general supplies.
This holiday home is a modernized property which promises a quiet and comfortable stay. It is child-friendly as well and has 4 parking spaces available in the premises.
