Had fantastic weeks in Ittel! Very kindly received by Mr Thull and his wife. We really enjoyed the peace and space. Everything is available in the house, it was very nice that we could use the BBQ. If there was anything we could always visit the owner. We were even allowed to use their washing machine once, which was very nice. There is a takeaway pizzeria in the village, a 3-minute walk away. There are many things to do in the area. We had a nice swim at the swimming pools in Bitburg and Schweich. We were able to take a number of beautiful walks in the area, with the Mullerthal in Luxembourg standing out. Trier and Luxembourg city visited. Eifelpark Gondorf was also very nice. We really enjoyed this beautiful house and equally beautiful surroundings with our children aged 7 and 10.

The landlords are very nice, friendly and helpful people. The reception went perfectly. The house is GREAT in one word !! The environment is beautiful, hilly. The Eifel is not unknown territory for us, but it remains beautiful! The only drawback, which was already known, is that there are many flies because of the farms in the vicinity.

We were very kindly welcomed and also had a welcome drink in the fridge. For the rest, the owners gave great tips on where to go in the area. Only the flies are a minus you can hardly eat outside. For the rest it was really great the people are really very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and with children there are many nice things to do.

Very clean, friendly people, nice welcome pack (beer and bubbles) in the fridge. made beds and enough towels. Environment is great, Bitburg is nice, half an hour's drive from Trier which is a nice city. Luxembourg is also nearby!

The landlords are very friendly but in no way intrusive. The house, the barn, is very clean and well maintained, but an absolute unique, a museum, you have to see it. A lot of space, in the evening we sat very often in the front room. One page only windows, you can read and enjoy the scenery, or sit comfortably together at the panorama. But we also liked sitting in front of the house, on the stone wall and the old water trough. Very cozy. All in all, we felt very comfortable there.

Very nice and special accommodation especially the conservatory overlooking the Eifel is very beautiful. Very friendly owners who provide a warm welcome and stay. Keep in mind that there are fairly spicy costs afterwards we paid for electricity and heating (with very low consumption) over 100 euros (!).

Very nice house nice and spacious, clean and good beds. To see everything, especially decorated, atmospheric. We were warmly received, very friendly owners who gave all kinds of tips about the beautiful surroundings. With our three daughters and dog had a wonderful holiday. The weather was nice so we could enjoy the great view outside.

What a great holiday home with its own character. Sometimes you imagine yourself in a regional museum. Very friendly welcome and care, super clean and lots of space. This is a must if you like peace and a rural stay, in a small village between the countryside, a short distance from the most beautiful places, everything 30 minutes by car. Recommended!

Recommended. We can only be positive. The owners are sweet and helpful and did everything to make our stay as good as possible. The house is nicely furnished and fully equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated but everything was clean and not broken. The view is great and in the area there is enough entertainment for everyone. Shops and restaurants are at some distance. And with bad weather there is plenty to see in the house. It's almost a museum.

Upon arrival at the house, the beds were made to our surprise! That is not just a vacation that has to start immediately to make several beds ready for sleep. The cottage was very neat. Dark inside, little light, I had some trouble with that. Except the room with the beautiful view that is lovely light and the view beautiful. The kitchen is very simple, but everything we needed was there. The living room behind it offered especially a cozy atmosphere in the evening. You must keep all objects, agricultural names and animal skins with which the rooms have been decorated. But if this attracts you you can decide if you see the pictures on the site. What we liked less was the shower (rather small) and the effort to keep the water at a pleasant temperature during showering. The holiday is also nice spacious. We did not see the owners much, but they were very friendly. It is a tiny village village. To quote food we had to go to Welschbillig or other surrounding villages. There are beautiful landscapes and hiking opportunities in the area. But it usually requires a shorter or longer car journey. Treves and Luxembourg are very close. We had a nice holiday and still miss those beautiful landscapes.

Very nice view from the cottage. Cottage itself has a high Hansel and Gretel / museum content, very nice! Managers are very helpful and vriendelijk.Enige disadvantage are the many flying through the dung heaps of farmers besides the neighbors located zijn.In the immediate vicinity you can walk well with a hiking. Route is not necessary per se, but you can have a few marked trails wandelen.Ook trips to the Moselle region of Trier are recommended. Shopping can be done best in Bitburg (15 minutes).

The reception was good. The owners of the house are great !! It is a nice house with a beautiful view over the fields. With a half hour you are in Trier or Echternach.Trier is a real shopping city with a lot of history. In and around Echternach you can walk beautifully. For shopping you can go to Bitburg. And what fun is, to cycle along the Mosel. Good bike path with clear signage. Really recommended!

Friendly owners, spacious house, neat. Beautiful Panorama room, terrace outside. Centrally located for nice trips. Saardal very beautiful with car or bicycle. Cities such as Trier, Cochem and Bernkastel-Kues are easy to visit. Kitchen is slightly dated and small, but belongs to the house.
